Had a great stay at Sotetsu in Kyoto. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful little extras like complimentary face masks and other small amenities that added a nice touch. The included breakfast was a big plus too — convenient and a great way to start the day. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality and attention to detail. I would definitely book again when I get the chance.

The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and patient. They were willing to assist whenever I had questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I also really liked the laundry facilities. The machines can be operated conveniently through a mobile payment system, so there is no need to prepare coins or cash. It was very easy and convenient to use. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is close to everything — famous landmarks, shopping centers, restaurants, and the subway station are all within easy walking distance. The hotel also provides a wide variety of complimentary amenities, including coffee, tea, hair ties, face masks, body lotion, sunscreen, and bath salts.
