This was a girl trip. Hotel is in a good location. Everything was within walking distance. The most we walked was 30 minutes which didn’t seem long because there were shops you can see and sceneries along the way. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. We had two rooms. Both rooms were big and very clean. Bathroom big and clean. Beds comfortable. Each room had a mini refrigerator with mini bar but we used the refrigerator to keep our water cold. Coffee maker with coffee, sugar, cream and tea. Breakfast buffet excellent, warm and different varieties. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is a Great Hotel except the rooms are a bit small. But I guess this is typical for Venice.

The hotel is modern, clean and quiet. The receptionist was very helpful with direction and arranging water taxi to airport. The full breakfast is good. The hotel has a free water station in lobby that you can use to refill water/sparkling water. A/C was good during our stay when outside temperature was between 80 and 90 degrees. The hotel is close to bus station and train station but don't attempt to walk to this hotel especially if you have any large luggage. You will regret it otherwise as soon as you get over the first walking bridge, believe me. Either take a water taxi 60 euros from train/bus station or use porters to carry your luggage. The water taxi drops you off in the canal that's on the left side of the hotel Unless you are used to walking a lot , use water bus 1 or 2 to go anywhere within Venice since this hotel is at the east end and your feet will thank you :). It's a 10 min walk to either water bus 1 or 2 stop. The water taxi from hotel to airport is 160 euros. Definitely recommend taking the water taxi to the airport if it's in your budget as it also provide a nice views and experience. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel.

Helpful staff, convenient location near Piazzale Roma The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the location near Piazzale Roma is convenient and easy to find. The AC works well, and it's quiet on days without events. On the downside, the garden can get busy with social activities. The room is small—fine for two petite travelers, but larger guests may find it cramped. The bathroom has wet/dry separation, though the shower pressure is weak.
