The room was nice and clean. The housekeeper & hotel staff ( front desk, and door personnel at the lobby was very helpful and polite). The attached restaurant served good dishes, decent serving and not pricey. The staff of the restaurant are all nice and the hostess Jenifer (Filipina hostess I think that’s her name)

Amazing stay at this hotel, the location was excellent, right opposite the metro so we easily got around to various places with children. There was a supermarket a short walk from the hotel which was very convenient. The room we had was a suite with adjoining rooms and it was huge and spacious for 2 adults and 3 children. It was very clean and comfortable and also had mini fridges which was a bonus. The rooftop pool was a highlight, warm to get into even though we visited in February and not the hottest months. The breakfast was varied and we really enjoyed this every morning and our children always found things they liked as well despite being a bit fussy. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and also had room service and both were excellent quality and value for money. We never caught his name but the man who cleaned our room was fantastic and helpful, always happy to work around our sightseeing schedule and always with a smile on his face. All of the staff were helpful and friendly and we would definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Dubai.
