Having used Premier Inn in UK, I booked the same here. I liked the rooms, location and cleanliness of the property. The room has comfortable beds, with clean linen and towels. The staff is excellent and the onsite restaurant served lovely food during lunch hours. Breakfast was continental plus one or two local and international variety. It had idli one day, wada the other and parantha with sabzi. It also has an onsite Costa cafe and a temperature controlled roof top swimming pool.

The hotel was always clean. The staff was pleasant at all times. I wish the pool stayed open later. It closes at 8 pm and the industry standard is usually 10. However, they also keep a lifeguard on duty which I don’t think I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Overall, I would 1000 percent stay at Premier Inn Al Jadaf if I ever visited Dubai. Our family had two rooms next to each other and it was an awesome vacation❤️

The staff are excellent and very friendly, especially Penina from Kenya in the catering section and Noor at reception. The swimming pool is lovely. Only little detail: no cappuccino, lattes or expressos for breakfast.

As usual Premier Inn Dubai Al Jaddaf is excellent, but this time I noticed that the underground parking is always full especially during the night and I was obliged to park outside far from the hotel. Many cars are not owned by the people residing in the hotel (maybe guests/visitors) which I believe it is unfair because this parking shall be reserved for the hotel resident only.

I’m glad I chose this hotel. I read the reviews before I booked a room here. Gym and pool were very good. Breakfast was amazing with a good amount of variety. Staff at the restaurant were great especially Annie. You have shopping options in the area like pharmacy, supermarket and others. It was like 15-20 minutes away from downtown and other interesting places, if you have a rental car. I highly recommend this place.

Underground parking is not great as there’s not enough parking spaces for guests. The entry has no pass entry so anyone weather you are a guest or not can park there as they don’t know or check if your a guest. I have seen a few cars in my time if stay that looked like they have been parked there for awhile. Not right

The place is comparable to Hilton. If you are driving and have to park a car after 7 pm you might be out of luck as parking space are limited for the size of the hotel. Staff is very helpful.hotel is clean.

Convenient location for Dubai. Very reasonable rates. Plenty of parking. Views are disappearing with more and more construction of the area. Quite busy. Fabulous pub and restaurant. Food is excellent. We didn’t opt for breakfast but there’s a costa coffee inside the hotel as well. Third time we’ve stayed here and this time big issues with their fire alarms shocking us at 4 am for two days running. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Great value for money. Paid no more than £30 a night. Which is far cheaper than UK premier inns. Staff very friendly. Room was huge. Bathroom large. They have a rooftop pool and a nice gym with a smith machine. Location is a bit inconvenient. Unless you want to walk to the metro then you have to get ubers or taxis. 24hr supermarket close by. Room service was very fairly priced and excellent quality for food. Much cheaper than delivery apps! Bed is absolutely massive. Expect all you get from a UK premier inn, just bigger and better. Great value for money. Free daily water bottles and tea/coffee. Good in room AC control.

First night (of 8) was terrible since our our room faced the construction of the new hotel just a couple a meter from premier inn. We asked to change room facing the other side for the rest of the stay and it was very quiet and peaceful. Good price for the hotel.

The hotel is not old and everything is working fine and it has relatively large rooms. Jadaf area is in close proximity to half of the things in Dubai ( downtown and old town but not marina side ) so for visits on this half it is a nice location and a cheaper option than downtown or trade center area. There are supermarkets, restaurants etc.. anything you many need nearby. Jadaf metro station is in walking distance. Hotel staff is kind and easy car parking. Overall we enjoyed.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et la bienveillance de tout le personnel ; aussi bien celui de l'accueil avec Ahlem, Hindy et Khier que du personnel présent lors du petit déjeuner avec Jorel, Annie, Shighil, Rose... Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et très copieux, il y avait de tout. L'emplacement de l'hôtel était au top, à proximité du métro AL JADDAF et non loin de tous les centres d'intérêts et notamment l'aéroport qui se trouve à seulement 10 minutes. The staff are fantastic. From the reception staff, cleaning, bar staff, pool attendeñt, in my 9 days there i had excellent service. Al Jadaf is a massive building site, but itbis a good location for the WTC and the city center. Gòod value drinks and food for Dubai.

Great budget hotel. However the area is not well connected. Customer service was very mediocre. It was really hard to communicate with some of the staff. In many instances, they did not have the right answer to our enquiry and they still gave us the wrong answers.

I am in the hotel and schedule to depart today but on request to grant 30 minutes, they inform that since you have booked through Expedia although hotel is not busy due to Eid holidays, they refuse to extend check out till 1300 hours which means I have booked though hotel that would have extended even 1400 hours, Isn’t this surprising?

Overall a good property to stay at. It is close to the Metro station, hence getting around Dubai is no problem. Only minor negative is it is surrounded by a dusty construction site, and you will need to navigate through the sandy ground to get to the Metro station at Al Jadaf.

We had really good experience with Premier Inn Al Jaddaf. It is located 10 min drive from the Burj Khalifa and minutes walk from the metro station. Staff was very helpful and incredibly professional. Overall service was like at the 5 star hotel. We had the most delicious breakfast at the buffet. Restaurant staff was beyond amazing! Room was cleaned every day. The pool is soo good. We just can’t fault the hotel. It is very very good! Highly recommend!

Nice and very quiet room. Breakfast buffet is just Ok. Not much choices for an international buffet but service crews are friendly and attentive. The location is not so good as you have to walk to and from Metro under the scorching heat of the sun. It will be much nicer if we visit at winter time. Can request for late check out up to 3PM for a few of AED50. Most hotels I stay don't really charge for late check out if the room is available. There's a nice and affordable restaurant near the hotel.

Friendly staff at reception, the pool and at catering (Noor and Penina for instance). Very comfortable rooms. Breakfast is good if it were not for the lack of options for coffee (no cappuccino, no latte, no expresso, just American sock juice).
