Excellent hôtel, à 5 minutes de Kyoto Station. Gros + : le sento.

Good distance from station. Has a laundry. Onsen is very popular. A fairly Japanese style breakfast but varied and does have a selection of more wester items. If you choose the eco clean they provide clean towels, remove trash and leave a bottle of water for each guest.

Breakfast was great, the onsite onsen was a treat! The ammenties at the front deak where great and they jad cendinf machines and a massage chair on the first floor! Staff where wonderful and accomodating! I mentioned potentially wanting to forward my luggage and i was still decidinf but the staff later that day realised the cut off would be 5pm and so they personally called my room and advised me of this so I didnt miss the cut off! Thats next level service!

大変良いホテルでした。お部屋もお洒落で、食事も美味しく、駐車場も広く。 宿泊者エリアがしっかりとカードキーで区切られている点も、ランドリーに洗濯乾燥機が3台あったのも嬉しかったです。 ただ、お部屋に備え付けのグラスに、見てわかるほどの手垢がついていたのだけは残念でした。

공용시설에 여러가지 차는 제공 됐는데, 원두커피 머신이 없는게 조금 아쉽네요.

The hotel included so many convenient amenities. We loved the on site bath. We also appreciated the availability of laundry and the rest area for us to wait for the laundry to finish. The free ice cream freezer was a nice bonus. The rooms were beautiful and we loved how cool it was compared to the hot weather outside. The site was clean and beautiful. Our favorite hotel in all of Japan!

A nice hotel which is close to Kyoto JR Station. The room is spacious and clean. However, there are only three washing machines in the laundry room, which is totally insufficient. Besides, there is free soft drink and ice-cream, but there is no coffee machine, which is uncommon for a hotel with residents of different countries.

This hotel had an awful laundry situation. You have to pay via QR code with your card, then the doors don’t lock. Another group opened my laundry mid-load and left it open, and even added a few socks of their own, so I had to go back in a restart it because you get a notification of your laundry being opened. Felt extremely invaded, people going through mine and my girlfriend’s underwear and other garments. Really poor experience with this specifically - otherwise the hotel was OK. You get 1 free ice cream a day, and there are bath houses that don’t allow tattoos.

It was close enough to kyoto station and convenient but the room was dusty and made our throat itch.

とてもキレイでスマート、不便さを感じることも無く快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 大浴場も清潔でとても気持ちが良くリフレッシュ出来ました。

The staff are friendly and polite, the amenities are plentiful, it's close to the station, and the public bath is clean and comfortable.

女子風呂の足マットがびしょ濡れで不快でした。洗面所と 風呂の排水溝につまっていて不潔でした。もう少し巡回頻度をあげていただくとうれしいです。それ以外は、コスパも良く満足しています。

My only complaint is that the elevator floors were very dirty. I know it’s a high traffic area, but they had the same stains during my two week stay. Don’t get me wrong. Everything else was great and I plan on staying here again in my next stay in Kyoto. Please. Work on closing an elevator at a time for cleaning.

ホテル名は京都八条口と言っているが、ほとんど九条通のそばなので、地下鉄九条駅の方が近い。 駅が近いのでアクセスは良い。ただし、ホテルの周辺にはあまり店舗が無いため、買物や食事等は京都駅まで行く必要がある。 エントランスは、やはり周囲のホテルと同じように「京都にあるホテル」を演出している。似たりよったり。 チェックインは電子宿帳を採用し、紙類への記入は一切無い。ただ、このシステムが少々使いづらい上に他のホテル京阪とデータを共有していないのか、他のホテル京阪に泊まったことがあったとしても、いちいち個人情報を最初から入力しなければならずかなり面倒である。 建屋は高さ規制のためか5階までしかないため、エレベーターで長時間待たされることは無い。ただし高さを犠牲にした代わりに横に長いため、竹田街道側に部屋をアサインされるとかなり長い廊下を歩かされることになる。廊下の至る所に掛け軸が配され、京都感を演出している。 自販機やランドリーなどは、1Fのフロントより更に奥のギャザリングラウンジスペースに集約されているため、いちいち1階まで降りる必要がある。もっとも最上階が5階なので目くじら立てるほどのレベルではない。 コイン返却式のセルフロッカーがあり、チェックイン日からチェックアウト日の2400まで利用できるので、京都駅でコインロッカーを探して右往左往する必要が無いのは嬉しい配慮である。 部屋にはアメニティグッズの類は一切置いていないので、フロント脇のアメニティバーより使いたいモノを持って行く必要がある。 部屋は落ち着いた配色とライティングでリラックスできる。周囲が住宅地である上にホテルの高さが低いため、窓からの眺望は全く期待しないほうが良い。廊下から4方向を見渡しても、目に入ってくるのは民家の屋根だけであり、京都駅と京都タワーだけがやたら目立つ。 客室内は必要なところに電源の取口が無いため、延長コードなりテーブルタップなりは携行していた方が良い。また、デスクがとにかく狭いため、PCを置いたらもう他には何も置けない。PCで何か作業をやろうとは考えない方が良いだろう。冷蔵庫やミニバーが客室出入口のすぐ脇にあるため利便性が劣る。 どうもリニューアルした際に、モノの配置がチグハグになってしまったのであろうと推察される。 ユニットバスはトイレと浴槽の合造となっている。洗面台が不釣り合いなほどデカイため、トイレの便器に座ると肘が当たって激狭である。体格のいい外国人観光客などはさぞかし窮屈な思いをしているのだろう。 バスタブは楕円形のためさほどの狭さを感じない。シャワーの水圧も十分であり、好みの温度を保ったまま水栓の開閉ができるのは評価が高い。しかし、シャワーの水圧に見合った排水能力とはなっていないため、体を洗っていると汚水がバスタブに溜まっていくこととなる。 とにかく、バス・トイレ合造構造のユニットバスは、令和の時代で滅ぶべきである。 ベッドも枕も適当な柔らかさであり、寝心地は良い。 床の構造が良くないのか、上階の音がダイレクトに響いてくるのはいただけないので、改善して欲しいところ。 また、他の方も指摘されているが、目に見えるところは清掃が行き届いているやに見えるが、部屋の隅やモノの陰などは汚れが溜まっており、清掃が完全には行き届いていないと感じた。 さほど悪い部屋ではないのだが、客室内の配置の悪さ、トイレの狭さ、行き届いていない清掃という点から、星は2つ減らした。是非とも「京阪」ブランドに恥じないホテルになって欲しい。

京都駅に近く観光に便利。清潔感のあるホテルでした。また利用したいです。

Cet hôtel est vraiment très bien. Il y manque seulement un peu de place pour les valises. Vraiment très propre. Les bains chauds très agréables. Très calme, et près de la gare de Kyoto et de quelques restaurants.

シャワーの水圧も強く良かった

今回家族で利用しました。車での利用だったので予約で敷地内に駐車出来ました。チェックイン、チェックアウトはタッチパネル式のチェックイン機でしたのでスムーズでした。部屋は広くバスルームとトイレが別だったので良かったです。大浴場の有り旅の疲れもとれますし、朝食も一日の始まりとして良かったです。

フロントスタッフさんたちはとても親切で 感じが良かったです お部屋は広くて清潔で快適でした 大浴場があるのもありがたいです 雨天時や暑い日は駅からの距離が 応えそうで、それだけホテル選びをする際に 引っかかります

This hotel was nicely decorated, modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room was very spacious but unfortunately didnt have storage space, so had to live out of our suitcases. This appears to be normal for Japan though. Kyoto station is 10mins walk, Kujo station is 5mins and the bus stop is 5mins. This allowed us to travel all around Kyoto without any issues. I would highly recommend this hotel.

These were by far the MOST comfortable beds for our entire Japan stay. Super convenient location . Didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t speak to the food . Loved the free mini ice creams by the elevator. Was sad I couldn’t try the public baths because they said no tattoos, but I realize that’s probably like that a lot of places . I was so sore from walking so much I really would have loved to soak sf the end of the day though.

Walking distance to the train station. Very clean and because we got a room for 3, we had a pretty big room. Shower room was separate from toilet room. Would come back to this hotel when given an opportunity.

The rooms are small. Hardly any room to move around. It’s about 7 min walk from Kyoto station. Checking in is a bit cumbersome since the hotel tried to to have a self check in system. The front desk staffs should do it for the guests. Staff English speaking is low

カードKeyはよいと思いますが、宿泊エリアのエレベーター利用にも必要なのか？ スタッフはとても感じが良く、タクシーをお願いした際も丁寧な対応をして頂きました。

Der self check in bringt oft Probleme und ist erst ab 15Uhr möglich. Das heißt es warten viele Urlauber bis sie 15Uhr an den Schalter/den Touchscreen können.

Room was cleaned and breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful, we were able to store our luggage in early morning before the 3pm check in. It was about 10 min walk from the Kyoto train station. We would stay here again next time in Kyoto.

チェックイン時トラブルがあったのですが， 親切に対応していただけました． さすが京阪さんです．

I chose this hotel simply because it was near Kyoto Station and affordable, and did not really check the facilities closely. WOW! I was delighted to learn that they have a spa/bath on site. The room was also very, very comfortable - beds that were easy to sleep in, good lighting, strong WiFi, and a beautiful bathroom. There is a breakfast buffet if you choose to pay for it, and the selections are widely varied and delicious -- some, traditional Japanese items (rice, miso soup, fish dishes, pickles) and some Western-style (pastries, cereal, fruit salad, yogurt). The staff was also splendidly professional and accommodated all of our needs, even when it was difficult for them. Our group had 19 people, and we were a little disorganized when we arrived, but they handled our check-in with great patience. One member in our group also cannot take elevators due to chronic migraines, and although the staircase was not typically used by guests, the staff assisted us in getting access to it. Their professionalism and kindness was excellent.

Este hotel es un poco mas tradicional en su decoracion. El personal del hotel es super amable. Las habitaciones son grandes, comodas y tecnologicas. Tienen un Onsen para los inquilinos. Tienen servico de lavanderia. Tienen helado gratis para los huespedes. Queda al lado sur de la estacion de Kyoto 9 minutos caminando precisamente. La ubicacion no me gusto mucho. El nuevo teamLab BioVortex queda cerca a 10 minutos caminando. Pero para el lado norte de la estacion de Kyoto vi mas movimiento mas tiendas y eso.

El hotel está a 3 cuadras de la estación de tren, cerca hay tiendas y restaurantes. El personal muy servicial. Hay estación de café y lavadoras y secadoras de ropa. Excelente desayuno.

Very convenient to Kyoto station. Wonderful Japanese style bath. Would stay again but probably skip breakfast which was just ok.

O café da manhã tinha bastante variedades, mas não era reposto com frequência, como croissant por exemplo

Es un hotel muy acogedor, el personal es muy amable y las habitaciones están muy bonitas y cómodas, solo el desayuno creo que le falta variedad, el sabor del café no es bueno, el area de lavandería es muy lindo, cómodo y práctico solo la secadora se puede tardar hasta 3 horaa para secar una carga de ropa pesada como mezclilla y unas 2 horas para ropa ligera.

朝食の品数は多かったが、味はもうひとつといった感じでした。

The room was spacious and clean. Check in was a breeze with friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. Location near major train and bus is a definite plus. Family had a great time.
