I suggest arriving early for valet. It was full by the time we arrived so we had to self park without the in/out privileges. Otherwise everything was great! The hospitality staff was excellent! They were warm & welcoming and very helpful. They made our brkfst buffet experience nice. The front desk staff was also very nice - 2 young men - wish I had gotten their names. The rooms were clean & laid out well with a nice view of the marina. Thanks!

I booked six rooms via Hotels.com. When I arrived to the Hyatt House, they could only find two of my six rooms. They were almost sold out, so found three more rooms. But I had to send another co-worker to another hotel to find a room. The hotel and Hotels.com each blamed each other. So beware, that if you book via Hotels.com, their system may not talk to the Hyatt House system...and you could show up without the rooms you thought you booked. That you had confirmation for. And each will point at each other to avoid blame or having to compensate.
