Pros- Very nice, close to downtown restaurants, the Falls City Market is awesome to grab a quick bite. *** Shawn the bellman was amazing and so helpful! He had the best personality and should train other employees on how to treat guests. Cons- A man claiming to come to our door to change the air filter at 5 PM with no notice from the hotel was sketchy. He had a filter but the hotel had not notified us that anyone would be coming around so we told him no. The pool cabana experience wasn’t that great especially for an extra $250. No one was there to show us our rental and get us set up until 10:30, which was 30 minutes after the time our rental started. They didn’t even know we had ordered margaritas and a charcuterie board so it took a while for that to be delivered. The hotel allows non guests to get day passes and this causes the pool area to be over crowded. They were understaffed and you couldn’t get anyone to take your order. I stood at the bar to order food for 30 minutes with no success because our cabana waiter hadn’t come around for about a hour. The bar staff was very unfriendly. My suggestion is to let the paying hotel guest enjoy the pool before letting a whole bunch of non hotel guests get day passes.

Everyone we met on staff was friendly. Nice pool area. Falls City market connected to the lobby was convenient for coffee and food. No direct access to a parking garage, and valet area was congested.

Huge property with plenty of on-site choices for drink and food along with walking distance to the main Bourbon Row street. This was also an easy place to day trip to the other nearby regions with distilleries. One of the best things about this hotel is the rooftop lap pool and large hot tub.

The surfaces of my room were dusty, and the floors were filled with hair and lint. I asked one of the service ladies to clean the surfaces, and she used a dry cloth that just moved the dust around.

Beautiful hotel! So large with so many amenities. Restaurant with really good food, coffee shop, pastries shop, breakfast and lunch sandwich shop and a convenient grocery store. Room was very clean and comfortable and service staff were so friendly and helpful.

Rooms are looking worn down and unclean. Stains on walls and on headboard Valets are under staffed and took 30 minutes plus to get my car making me miss a meeting I came into town for.. Stayed for a weekend trip. Mold in bathroom shower. No towels upon check in. Couldn’t get in contact with hotel via phone, had to wait for someone downstairs for 40 min. Valet help was remarkable.

Disappointing stay. First, we walk into the room and there is a brown stain on one of the comforters. Go to get a shower and there is a yellow stain on the towel. Disgusting. Call to get our car and get transferred twice to the valet service who doesn’t answer. I leave a voicemail and go to get my car. Come to find out they don’t check the voicemail and we ended up having to wait.

The property is expansive. A bit much for my taste but the staff was friendly. What I didn't care for is paying for Wi-Fi, which is usually included during one's stay. Their notification system needs upgrading. We happen to leave our room at 9:30a and took off the DND sign off our door. On the way out the cleaning service asked if we needed the room to be serviced. We said, "Yes" and continued with our plans. Two hours later, I get a notification that they were unable to clean the room because the DND sign was still hanging from our door?! Most likely they took a count of the DND signs hanging from doors early morning...but don't do a recount after a floor has been serviced. I also feel they are extremely understaffed for a large facility. We stayed 3 days and had no TV service for close to 48hrs and HAD to purchase Wi-Fi to cast what we wanted to watch from our phone.... again nickel and diming. We were given a certificate for a drink and a piece of chocolate for the inconvenience. They had a convenient store on site to buy snacks and when you paid for the items you picked and packed yourself, there was an option to "tip" the cashier?! Excuse me? You want me to tip a cashier?Nice place but clearly a lot of 3rd party players here. Great venue for "influencers", if that's what you're looking for. Would I stay here again? No. There is no personality, just a lot of Jazz Hands.

This was my first stay at the Omni in Louisville. I found it to be a lot of fascade and very little substance. The highest floors are residential so the hotel is really only the lower section. Getting above the noise at steeet level is nearly impossible. Lousville seems to have a vibrant culture of motorcycle groups and car enthusiasts who tend to spend the late night hours driving loudly though the streets. The roof top pool is very small. More of a bar with a pool than a pool with a bar. Getting chairs was impossible. Tried several times to get a chair in the sun. Pool was always overcrowded. The design of the facilities was not meant to match the potential occupancy of the hotel in any good ratio. Dining options were uninspired and expensive. Do you really have "multiple" dining options if every one serves the same food and mixed drinks? Dont you just have a chain with multiple locations? Valet seemed overworked the entire time we were there. Everytime was a 20-30 minute wait. Area was so crowded I cant believe there were not accidents all the time. For 45 a night i expect a properly staffed valet. If you have weddings or conferences than add staff. Room was small and the non-bed offerings were uncomfortable and cheap. Nothing you wanted to sit in for any amount of time. No microwave, not a single plug within 10 feet of the bed, pillows were flat, and the ceiling in the shower was peeling. In short nothing impressive or special that would warrant price.

The property is beautiful and I especially liked the pool deck. Our room was ok with a view of the parking garage roof. We were not offered a room with a better view as our family members were when they checked in a day later. The lighting in the bathroom is very dim and the rainshower shower head in the bathroom is not great if you have thick hair. We chose to watch a movie one night, but it took an hour to figure out how to get it to cast from our device to the correct room even with calling the help line. It is a very nice hotel, but our experience did not live up to my expectations based on what we paid.

Thin doors so could hear every movement in hallway. Carpets needed vacuuming. Bathrooms were lovely. But room was right outside nearby roof condensers which ran all night.

This is a beautiful hotel located in a convenient part of the city. Just a couple blocks from 4th street. Our only complaint was that you cannot control the air-conditioning and we felt that it was too warm at night and it affected our sleep. Otherwise, there were a couple of restaurants, and a coffee shop in the hotel as well as a marketplace area to buy anything you might need. The pool area is also great, located on an open deck, with a bar and seating area.

Hotel was very clean and super convenient for local attractions. My only complaint is during checkout I asked for a receipt to which I was told I would get an email. I had to fight for a printed copy and when it got printed there were extra charges that weren’t correct, including double charges of 47$ per day (totaling ~94$ per day) for valet. When I asked them to fix it, the front desk attendant said that my card was already charged and I would have to call later and talk to her manager. Almost a week has gone by and I have yet to get in contact with someone that can issue a refund. Shady? Maybe. Frustrating? Definitely.

Upon checking in, I told Sharone it was our 44th Anniversary and we come to The Omni after spending the day at the KY State Fair. This was our 6th year returning. Not long after we were in our room, we heard a knock on the door. It was Sharone with a gift bag and two 4 gold balloons, denoting our anniversary! We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Bob’s Steak House at the Omni. Service was super and the dinner superb!

The front desk clerk was outstanding! I'm sure I will bungle her name, but I believe it was Mahoutme. I apologize if this spelling is off. She was wonderful. There was no bellhop working on 7/4 when we arrived a bit early at 1 pm, so she brought our luggage up to our room personally. Fantastic service!

Stay was great but check in and check out precession was terrible. I paid with my debit card upon arrive put my pin in, was fully charged and then was told that was a hold for the full amount that I needed to pay the full amount again and I will be reimbursed for the hold. That’s paying in full twice, I said absolutely not, manager came over apologized and we got out keys and went to our room. The next night the phone rings and it’s the front desk saying we have to pay again after we already did. I explained we did and hung up. Then checkout same thing, the wanted payment again twice. I really don’t think the front desk knows what they’re doing

The check-in experience was terrible and slow. I specifically asked to be placed somewhere where noise would not be an issue, and ended up being harrassed by hotel staff twice during the evening for moderate at best noise. Additionally, bell hops/valet were very forceful of telling to my wife to move our vehicle when we didnt use their service.I would like a follow up with Senior Management at your earliest convenience.

Very disappointed . Couldn’t even get in through valet at check in at 4pm. Had to get out and park on the street. Got inside and there was a line of 50 guests trying to check in. Minimal staff at the front desk. Came back at 5pm went through check in process and then was told our room was not ready and wasn’t guaranteed to be ready even if we checked in at 3pm. The hotel is nice but understaffed. Every restaurant/market closes early. Would definitely never recommend or return.

Great pool and bar, great cleaning staff but the complete rudeness of reception scores it low here. The check out agent Kevin was very rude when we left, and despite contacting the hotel manager we received no response from our email. Avoid this place until they train their staff better and get a better check out system

This was my third stay at this Hotel and every time has been a pleasure. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and Bobs Steak is the best. When ever I come to Louisville this is where I will lay my head. Thanks for another great stay.
