Stayed 2 nights

We arrived to the location thanks to Google Maps, as there was no sign on the building with the name of the hotel, it was actually another name. The staff were friendly, but quite useless. We got shown to our room and were told we have to notify them ten minutes before we wanted to shower so they could turn the hot water on. There was no shampoo in the bathroom. There were two bars of soap, one still wrapped and the other not. That one had hairs in it. The only thing provided were two small towels. Housekeeping never showed up the next day to clean the room or replenish the toilet paper, we had to ask for more when we returned at the end of the day. The wifi never worked the entire time we were there. We asked them about it and they said it was working. We showed them it wasn’t and they had no idea how to fix it. Breakfast was continental, and was adequate. I think we surprised them the second morning because there were other guests and I think they gave them all our breakfast as well because when we came down he had to run out and pick up juice and eggs. There are no blackout curtains on the windows and as our room faced the street, the streetlights shone into our room as the curtains weren’t even big enough to cover the entire window. I am so glad we brought sleep masks with us. All in all, not a great experience.

This family owned business provides service to meet your needs. Alex accommodated an early check in for us. Furthermore, he provided everything we asked in the room like hot water and tea. He also let us borrow a towel for the hot springs as an example. They stored our luggage until the evening as our train didn’t leave until 7pm. We were very happy with our overall experience during our stay.
