Great cozy and queit location close to Heathrow air port near aminities like shops, local food market and tube station the place has privet. The staff and manager very nice and helpfull free parking! the room was a little hot so they imidiatly provided a quiet fan. Note - there is no lift and no aircondition

Decent enough accommodation for a one night stopover & good value given location. Room very small for two but modern, warm and functional. Bed rather short for me at only 6ft. Free car parking on site a real bonus for the location, a mere 10min drive to LHR.

You get what you pay for. I spent a couple of nights here. Luckily it was not too busy due to it being off season. But the sound proofing is very bad and you hear people coughing and walking in their rooms at night. Staff is friendly. The window in my room won’t close and it was -4 degrees; so they changed my room, towels had a few hair. But overall premises were clean.

Tiny room but adequate for my needs. Good bathroom, comfortable bed, clean. Handy to Heathrow Airport by short Tube ride, but on the other hand, it’s close to the flight path, so can be noisy outside. Soundproofing OK inside. No upscale dining options in neighborhood, just fast food and ethnic.

I’ve stayed here several times over the years and it is a great place to stay. This time I opted for the convenience of the en-suite facilities and really glad I did. I think the silicon at the bottom of shower door frame was compromised and let water leak on to the floor. Other than that no issues. Realize that there is no AC but a fan was provided. I stayed during a heat wave and the fan was having a hard time keeping the room bearable. Another down side that bothered me more this time than others is the inconvenience of being a 40 plus minute tube ride into the city. It was not really feasible to go back to hotel during day to rest or drop stuff off. As much as I like the Imperial Guest House, I plan to stay at a more centrally located property. No slight on the IGH, just convenience for me. Great stay and the staff are fantastic.

Cons: The frequency of the flights to Heathrow ebbs and flows, but one particular early morning the noise as basically non-stop for over an hour. And it's *very* noisy. Also, I booked a room with a "private toilet" - which I thought meant bathroom/washroom - but not, it literally meant just a private toilet and I had to share a shower down the hall. However, it was only a minor inconvenience and I'm willing to chalk that up as a misunderstanding. It's a residential neighbourhood, so not much to do in the immediate area. Pros: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Both the room and the rest of the building were very clean. Very short walk to Hounslow Central tube station, which takes you straight into central London. Price was very reasonable. Was in town to watch a rugby game at Twickenham stadium and it was conveniently located for that purpose.

We have just got back from a 2 night stay at this guest house and we have been extremely impressed. Ok the rooms are not very big but there is everything you need in them and it was very clean and comfortable. We thought we might have struggled sleeping in a double bed with a soft mattress but we both slept really well. The gentleman on reception(Darvind) was lovely, very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Literally less than 5 minutes from the underground(Piccadilly line) This place is excellent value for money we will definitely return 🙂 We have had a great weekend

The staff were all lovely! We arrived before check in but they allowed us to use the facilities to freshen up. We checked in late at night and the staff were equally as friendly still. Excellent and safe parking. Very easy walk to get to the Twickenham stadium and there were also bus routes. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent. Friendly helpful staff. Bed a bit soft for my husbands bad back but still managed a good nights sleep. Free car parking at rear of property. Room compact but everything you need in them. Would definately stay here again and would recommend.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Great staff, immaculate residence and amazing value. Also 24 hour front desk is a bonus. Biggest bonus is the exceptional value you get, and the location. Faultless, and I will stay again, and well done to the staff. Always smiling and helpful.

Our entire booking was cancelled without notification, though the property was informed of our delayed flight. Supervisor declined that her nor staff were ever contacted by me or expedia, which was blatantly false. When provided receipts of my interaction with her staff, she was still dismissive. When asked for the day refund or anything complimentary for the abrupt cancellation, she stated their version of compensation was that they could still let us room for the remaining two days. Very discourteous and unprofessional behavior. Otherwise, the room and amenities were okay.

My stay at the Imperial Guesthouse was perfect for a quick stop over. Staff were informative and pleasant, and my room had everything I needed. I used the Imperial Guesthouse as a one night stay to catch an early morning flight from Heathrow and the location was absolutely spot on. Plenty of places to eat around the area and also just a few minutes walk away from Hounslow Central tube station, which then took me just 10 minutes to reach the airport. I would definitely stay again.

It was a 5 minute walk to the Tube and High Street for shopping. The facility was clean and good for an overnight stay with easy access to Heathrow. There was no air conditioning and it was warm the night I stayed but a fan was in the room. The room is small but was fine for my purposes and as advertised.

Good for short stay. It is close to Heathrow so noise from planes from 6am till midnight, but not so bad with window closed. Very good and friendly staff. Parking behind the building is very good, secured by a gate at night. Room is generally clean except floor, it is hoovered but in need of wet cleaning. Everything else is very good, will come back

Nice guest house near Heathrow, good value for money. It is clean and the staff are friendly. No breakfast offered but there are plenty of cafés nearby. Short walk to the underground station. The only thing I didn't like was that my room was near reception and sometimes it was a little bit noisy at nighttime, with people coming in late etc.

Tiny room but adequate for my needs. Good bathroom, comfortable bed, clean. Handy to Heathrow Airport by short Tube ride, but on the other hand, it’s close to the flight path, so can be noisy outside. Soundproofing OK inside. No upscale dining options in neighborhood, just fast food and ethnic.

This property is very convenient for Heathrow, stayed one night in a one bedroom apartment which was quite small but very clean with a comfortable single bed.The secure free parking was a bonus, there were a number of shops, and eating establishments within walking distance with the Hounslow food market worth a visit if you like spicy food.The staff at the guest house are very helpful and polite and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

The guest house is in a great location very close to a tube station, restaurants and groceries. The clerk was very accomodating and moved us, when we discovered our room was next to the front desk area as I am a very light sleeper. The entire place was spotless and in great condition. The beds were a bit too soft or sunken for us, probably time to be replaced. We thought this was an ideal location for our stopover of two nights near Heathrow Airport.

This place was perfect for us. The room was clean and compact, with most things you might need in the room, without wasting space. The front desk is staffed 24/7, making it more secure, and the neighbourhood is a vibrant multicultural place within many interesting eateries.

This is my 2nd Good stay staff are very friendly hardly any noise in the guest house had a good night sleep. Food wise is less then 10 mins walk on the high street market where they do all sorts off traditional breakfast and lunch and dinners made freshly definitely recommend this guest house not to be missed out

As a cabin crew member, finding a hotel to accommodate me for a restful nights sleep is always a challenge. But Imperial Guest House was fantastic. I arrived late (11pm+) and the guy on reception was fantastic and super friendly. The rooms are clean, tidy and had everything I’d need to wind down after a long day. If you need to relax, in the heart of Hounslow or need somewhere very close to LHR then this place is a must. Prices are fantastic too!!
