The property was nice,modern,cozy.check in was cumbersome computer system bumped you out several times, you end up waiting for guests service to help,front desk doesn't answer phone at certain times,you end up having to go downstairs to request items etc same for housekeeping, you can't reach after 7pm,so you wait until 8am to request items.there no room service for food ( under construction) breakfast voucher@ masso across the street,they serve breakfast items to go.other than these quirks the hotel is adequate accommodation, bed could be more comfortable.

It was a good stay and the staff are very friendly, helpful. Requests to front desk were dealt with particularly clearly. As it has recently come out of the Mondrian group it is clear that some issues exist and it is in need of some refurb. Towels bit threadbare, marks on carpets etc. I’m not convinced the hotel needs to charge a $40 p.n. resort fee. There is no gym, swimming pool or bar for example. There is a “free” breakfast in the nice rooftop room.

Check-in process was a do it yourself check-in that had many glitches. No front desk to handle issues, only a couple people walking around helping with the glitches. Lots of road noise, so take ear plugs for sleeping at night. No late checkout possible. But…a nicely renovated property in a good area.

Overall it was fine, pretty quiet location and great area central to a lot of tourist stops. Very walkable. The rooms are small but I think that’s what you get anywhere in NYC. Staff was very friendly, breakfast on the Terrace was very nice.

Great hotel, great value, and very friendly staff. The one thing that I would like to see improved is the availability of ice. You have to go to the front desk and ask for ice, and they send it to your room. This is very annoying. I like to just get my own ice when I need it, and not have to wait 20 minutes. I would also like a hotel bar/restaurant. I did enjoy the 15th floor terrace.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it's located in a great location. All staff were nice and pleasant, but most of them did not go above and beyond. Something seemed to be lacking a little bit. I enjoyed the complimentary water, soda, and chips in my room. I liked that the hotel is thoughtful too have an umbrella and cloth tote bag available for guests to use. I did not get to check out the speakeasy in the basement, but it sounds like a cool idea. In ny first room, I was never able to get through to the front desk or the restaurant by phone, even though I called numerous times. I ended up going downstairs in person to get my questions answered. In the 2nd room, my phone did not work at all. I had tea and garlic bread from the hotel restaurant the first night, which was tasty. I planned to try the hotel breakfast, but ended up ordering delivery. One thing that did deter me, is that it wasnt clear to me of the restaurant offered room service. Initially I wanted to eat downstairs, but preferred to eat in my room and just enjoy my solo time since I was having a bout of anxiety. There wasn't a menu for the restaurant in the room either and I could not fins the breakfast menu on the website. The shower construction causes the whole floor to get soaked, which sucks and is annoying to clean up.

This hotel is still under renovation so there are zero facilities, hence the low score for that. Breakfast consisted of a bag from Pret A Manger but there was no coffee and no coffee making facilities in the hotel! Starbucks the block down got our jet lagged business for that. House keeping wasn’t quite up to standard with towels and face cloths not restocked after the room was cleaned.

Not as “busy” as other midtown areas like Times Square which can be good/bad depending on your perspective but I appreciated less crowds. Not a typical front desk setup but all staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. Hotel provided vouchers for breakfast at establishment across the street which was ok (onsite restaurant slated to open Fall ‘25). We opted for drinks/bakery options with vouchers and bought bagel sandwiches at restaurant next door which were really good. Nearby dining options were sufficient with several chains nearby (Chipotle, McD’s, Chick-Fil-A, etc.). Biggest gripe was no easy access to ice/water on each floor. Asking for canned water at reception or using a sloooow fountain in the gym area were the only options. Staff were able to provide ice from an area not accessible to guests (basement?).

It was dirty, the pillow had a questionable stain, the curtains were filthy with holes, peep hole didn’t close, the toilet bowl was not clean properly, had to put my drinks on the balcony because the fridge made our drinks warm, and robes were advertised but not provided.

The hotel itself is not bad. It is located in an area from which everything is easily accessible. Our room on the 4th floor was extremely small. On one side of the bed it was difficult to pass without tripping over the closet. The air vent blows right onto the bed. Unmanageable. The noise level is significant both between rooms and towards the outside. The early hours of the morning (4am) are already quite noisy. Perhaps on the higher floors these inconveniences are less. The staff is kind and welcoming. Too bad for the advice of transport to the airport by taxi which cost us much more than $100 as had been indicated to us.

Everything is good, but the shower area is really bad. Water comes out under the shower curtain, and if I step on it I could slip. 😡 I have to keep putting towels over the overflowing water, and it even starts to smell.

This hotel is a convenient location, just a couple of blocks from the metro and close to Broadway. There are lots of fun Korean restaurants close by. The room was nice, comfortable bed, mini fridge with free water, and breakfast was good as long as you are ok with carbs. You can enjoy the view from an outdoor patio. Internet was slow, challenging for zoom/video calls, and at one point I got the message it was full. At the front desk they gave me a different network and I was able to get on. Elevator was an ok speed. Plan ahead if you want ice as they have to deliver it to you. (But no noisy icemakers on the floors!). Staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

The property was easily accessible and in a good location. The staff, Bryan and Stephanie, were amazing. From helping us to get checked-in and out for our stay, ensuring that our luggage remained safe while we explored the city, providing recommendations of things to do/places to eat, they truly enhanced our stay making us feel as if we were simply in a home away from home. Before arriving I emailed to see if it was possible an early check in. They said it was ok and it would cost 75 dollars. Days before I arrive, I tried with no success to contact . Decided to get a room one day earlier as would arrive at 7am. Asked for a late check out. They said it was ok for 50 dollars per hour. Said would stay until 4 pm. Confirmed 3 times during my stay and they said there was nothing written so we could not have it. Very disappointed with the amount of misinformation between the employees and if you want something get it by written !!!! They will think you are lying. Disappointing

It was a surprise to arrive at a hotel on Park Av to no front desk.There is a table with kiosks. The employee expected me to fill in my own information, acting like it was commonplace. He kept going telling me to type my email address. He didn’t inform me of a WiFi password, or any hotel amenities or services at all. There is no air conditioning in the entry area or the lobby, so no relief from coming in from outside. Most of the employees didn’t greet upon returning. I called the front desk various times and no one ever answered the phone. I was stuck in the elevator with another guest and no one answered the phone then either. There is no elevator key security. Anyone can walk in and go upstairs. I would never stay here again. I only stayed 5 days because I prepaid.

The staff was so kind and thoughtful. I especially enjoyed the gift in the room. They did not complicate anything, even when I needed to switch rooms. They answered the phone promptly and truly made my stay effortless, as well as my colleague’s. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was great. It was in a nice location and the staff were all very polite. The room was clean with nice amenities. However I do have one complaint, I requested a lint roller from the front desk. The let me know they had one and would send it to my room. About two hours went by and I reached out again due to not receiving it yet. About five minutes after reaching back out an employee came to the room opened the door where my friend and I were getting dressed and ready. Never did he knock before coming in the room. He literally opened the card locked door and came into the room unannounced. I had bottoms on but only a bra on top. That was not ok.

Best luxury value in Manhattan - and super convenient to 6 subway and all else great about NYC. Recommended! I had to think long and hard for anything that could be improved. The checkout system needs to refund automatically - but the staff helped me sort through that at 3AM without holding me up. The HVAC system was on the loud side, but had good ventilation, which can be a problem in these large buildings.

I am incredibly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Everything was fine until the checkout on Wednesday when I was given a paper receipt and noticed they had charged me for an extra night of parking. I have no idea why this happened as we only parked for one night. When I approached the woman at the reception to explain the situation, it should have been simple to resolve. Instead, she kept asking me the same questions repeatedly and acted as though she didn’t believe me. Despite me clarifying that we only used the parking for one night, she insisted on calling the parking service to verify, which was unnecessary and frustrating. What was even worse was her attitude throughout the interaction. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and even said, "You're confusing me," when there was nothing confusing about the issue. It was a straightforward mistake. At the end of our conversation, when I took the paper from her, she reacted by loudly telling me, "DON'T SNATCH THE PAPER FROM ME!" This was completely inappropriate behavior towards a customer and only made the situation worse. I left the hotel feeling angry, disappointed, and disrespected. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I advise others to think twice before booking here. Customer service should be a priority, and that is clearly not the case at this establishment.

Property is at the great location. A couple of blox away from the subway station, walking distance to the times Square and many other tourist attractions. The hotel is very clean, employees are very professional and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Great central location in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. It seems the hotel has been recently renovated and all the finishes were beautifully done. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed linens. Very helpful and friendly staff. We super appreciate the early check in upon arrival as well. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful room, very comfortable, gorgeous new restaurant connected to hotel, friendly prompt and helpful service. Only downsides were that we paid for breakfast and it was just coffee and a pastry, it would be nice if they had a microwave because so many places you would eat there would be leftovers and nowhere to warm them up, and be sure to have a credit card available to charge at least 100 a night you are staying there. My card was overcharged at first but they said it will be fixed and returned.

The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible by public transport from the airport and convenient for getting around on foot. When choosing a hotel, we had two main criteria: location and breakfast. While the location met our expectations, we were extremely disappointed by the breakfast and by how the staff handled problems or tried to find solutions. Upon arrival, we found out that the breakfast room was no longer in use, probably due to ongoing renovations, and the hotel had arranged an alternative with Pret a Manger, which consisted of a yogurt with granola, a banana, and an orange juice. We had paid for a continental breakfast and were given something we didn’t even like. When I mentioned my severe lactose intolerance, the receptionist on duty told me that he also suffered from it and that I could just eat the banana and drink the juice. When I asked two other receptionists if it was possible to get something else, they told me it was a fixed menu. I work in the tourism industry as well, and this is unacceptable! Not to mention that we were only given two paper bags for a six-day stay, which we had to remember to hang on our door handle if we wanted breakfast — otherwise, we wouldn’t get it, even though we had already paid for it. On top of that, the setup meant we were stuck waiting around for breakfast rather than being free to eat whenever suited us. To be fair, they did provide tea, coffee, and milk on the 15th floor until 10 a.m. The final straw came on Sunday

Great location. Access to subway was really close. The vouchers for breakfast across the street were great. The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient. Our double queen room was good siaze and the bathroom was huge. I missed having a lobby or space to sit. The carpet in the room seemed old.

Honestly, pretty basic room but the location makes it pricey. Don’t even bother with breakfast to be honest, I was fooled with that allure. It’s just toast, bagels, coffee, basic yoplait yoghurt, cereal, green bananas, butter, jam and cream cheese; so if you were looking forward to eggs or anything protein, don’t waste your time thinking the price is good because you get breakfast.
