The room was very nice. There seems have been popcorn on the floor left from the previous guess. There was something on the floor in the washroom behind the door that I could not identify. There was a distict smell of urine in the bathroom. The elevator was broken. Difficult to carry luggage up to the 3rd floor.

The Loft was as pictured, well appointed and comfortable We enjoyed the area for tourism. Parking was the only difficulty as the lot where the owner can reserve spaces was closed for the weekend.

The room was so incredibly clean and the bed was comfy. We were on the 3rd floor and no elevators so lots of up and down climbing. Good thing we are walkers and are in good shape. It took a little bit to figure out the lay of the land, but once we knew where we were, it was smooth sailing. We loved that we could walk to most places which we did a lot of, and when needed, we took ubers, which was really easy Any issues we had were quickly addressed by the staff through email. (My netflix wasn't working, which resulted in getting a brand new tv that had the apps on it). We liked that there was a full kitchen there as we made meals occasionally. The only suggestion I would make is, it would have been a nice touch if there was a few bottles of water there to welcome us. I didn’t like the tap water so had to wait until the next day for water when we went grocery shopping for a few staples. We took an uber to Metro +. There is a Petro-can close to the property (3 min walk) where we got our morning coffee. We would definitely go back. Thanks to Camille, Julia, and Adele for a wonderful stay. Lee & Moe

Loft was a comfortable, a good size and modern. Lots of stairs if you can’t do stairs. Some coffee / tea would’ve been a nice touch and it’s quite bright at night through the big windows from the street lights so was glad to have an eye mask.

Close to areas of interest, clean, spacious and comfortable. The flight of stairs to get into building is not ideal, tough especially after a full day of walking and sightseeing. Lack of AC in bedroom means you have to keep bedroom door open to allow for Living room AC to cool down the bedroom. No curtains in living room means ur up from the sun by 6am daily.

These lofts are just outside of the old city walls. There is shopping and many restaurants within a quick walk from the lofts. Great centrally located place to stay . The parking garage is one small block away. There is also easy access to the River and walkway along the river.

Perfect location to explore Old Quebec without worrying about parking, and the parking is at a convenient location to access other areas of the city. The loft is very well-appointed and well-maintained. Just perfect for our family of three. Great value for the money. Would highly recommend. Make sure to arrange your parking through the owners in advance. Only recommendations are for the kitchen (and these are tiny nitpicks) - paper towels and some sort of plastic wrap for leftovers, and these are only suggestions because it is a well-appointed kitchen you will want to use and such a great set-up for making this a true homebase.

Great stay in Quebec City! We were down on the lower end of the city only a few short blocks away from cafes and restaurants. We were super impressed with the area and all Quebec City has to offer. Also grateful for the AC in the unit after a very hot few days of sightseeing in middle of summer! Don’t forget to reserve a parking spot with property a few days before your stay if you have a car. Parking was a few blocks away but you don’t need the car when walking through the old town.

It was located close to Place Royal. The kitchen was well equipped but the fridge was not properly cleaned inside. The bed sheets were clean but looked old and the bed mattresses were not in best conditions. The parking place was close to the loft.

Le loft est vraiment beau. Très bien décoré et toutes les commodités y sont. Le BÉMOL, la propreté(vieilles toiles d'araignées poussiéreuses au plafond à plusieurs endroits, tables de chevet non époussettées, nourriture sous le sofa et les meubles et le plancher devrait être nettoyé avec une moppe. Dommage sinon c'était un sans faute! Je recommande cet endroit!

Place was spotless, awesome location, shower was excellent, very comfortable bed, wonderful space and very roomie. I would only recommend to have a coffee machine with some coffee and tea for the guests.

The location of the property was very convenient. The check in went smoothly. The unit was clean but it smelled like sewage. You could smell it as soon as you walked in. I sent two emails stating my concern but still have not heard back from the management. I chose to communicate through email as that is how they communicate through the whole process. I probably won't be staying there again which is a shame as the property came highly recommended to me from a friend.

Eveything was exceptional. Very nice and beautiful loft. Great location also! Only thing bad is the kitchen table was not well cleaned when we arrived. Besides that, a very recommended place!!! 10/10

This was a wonderful location for a weeklong stay in Vieux Quebec. The room was clean where it really mattered (sheets/towels, bathroom floor/counter, kitchen, etc…) but could use some detail attention (the light shades looked filthy and had fingerprints on them, there was a small amount of grime on the caulking around shower basin, visible streaks on the wall next to the toilet in the bathroom, the toilet bowl itself could use a good scrubbing). The location was wonderful, within walking distance of the Old Port, and Petite Champlain. We were able to explore the areas of the city that were most interested in from a cozy base of operations. It’s convenient to have a kitchen when staying for so long, unfortunately there weren’t any real grocery stores nearby but we were able to take advantage of a couple of small markets and enjoy a couple meals of charcuterie at home.

Great location, nice apartments with some character, spiral stairs and exposed brick. The main bedroom is open to the rest of the unit so if you want to sleep while others are up that's not going to work out, but if it's just a couple it's fine.

This property is great. The only issue is there is no audio privacy between rooms. Each bedroom has open wall slats that are decorative and there are blackout curtains to draw across but the entire unit is open to noise from all rooms except the bathroom.

Great location, very clean. Walls are super thin between apartments and also cielings are open between bedrooms. No extra blankets but plenty of towels and pillows. Well stocked kitchen as well.

But could be better: - art on the walls there currently is none - plates and pans are pretty rough - two bottles of shampoo but no conditioner - toilet paper is low budget - Air conditioner in upper living room not working - Air conditioner in main bedroom noisy fan

Nice apartment, but absolutely NO view except a brick wall. The information said we could drop our bags at Hotel Le Gardin, but that was over 25 minutes walking distance and no one in attendance at the Hotel.

Overall a great place to stay. A central and safe location to check out the city. Room was spacious. Loud at times given the loft style. We also found the rooms extremely warm as there was no AC option and the previous guests had obviously had the heat cranked. Windows unable to open.

Great location, great property. Communication leading up to stay and during check-in was lacking. Almost had to find other arrangements last minute when they had not processed my security deposit and never provided me a check in code as their policy states. My only complaint is their policy of not running the deposit until 3pm the day of checkin and then sending instructions for check-in. When they make a mistake it can be stressful. Thankfully they were able to resolve in time. Once we got into the property the location, amenities of the unit, etc were fabulous!

WOW, what a find! Awesome location within a 3 minute walk of Petit Champlain. The loft had everything we needed, complete kitchen, dishwasher and unexpectedly, a washer / dryer (unit 103). This is great to know for a future visit to Quebec City. Only minor glitch was that we arrived at the loft, but check in instructions had not yet shown up in our email. We emailed the property, and within minutes had the check in codes and details, so the service was very prompt and helpful. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, right near the heart of the old city and was a great location to explore the Quebec Christmas markets!

Location was fabulous - close in to everything to wear you could walk everywhere. The apartment was modern, restoration style but nice and well thought out. We were able to cook one night and the pieces were all there. WE did ask for more towels from the support staff after day 1 and we were given them promptly.

It had everything we needed. The value for money is there. Kitchen area is great for self-catering. Washer and dryer are a big bonus for a longer stay. Walkable to all the important tourist sites ( uphill would be tough for older clients).

The great location. There is a parking garage in 2 min walking distance (18 CAD per day).17 min walking distance to the upper town. 10 min walking distance to the cruise by boat. The only concern - not enough cups and plates, glasses. I would definitely recommend the Loft for staying.

My wife and I stayed at the Loft St-Pierre for 3 nights. The loft was nice and well appointed. We wish that some coffee ground would have been included as a starter but guess it`s a minor detail. Great location right at the base of Le Petit Champlain with parking space nearby. If you intend to use the kitchen for some cooking, it`s very basic and there is no grocery store close by. We had a good time and will use Les Lofts du Vieux Québec again.

We only met the on site manager once. We needed paper towels and laundry detergent which he brought. It’s just that the 2 other hotels had outstanding staffs that made us feel very welcome
