Stayed 1 night

Great base for a short stay. Had been to see an act at Sheffield City Hall as well as see my daughter at uni there. Great central position. Not the owners fault, but as a single female could see how could be a little intimidated, two lads were sat legs out their window by the main entrance as I walked my daughter to friends around 11pm.

Stayed 2 nights

AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of. A number is given to contact and says it's staffed until 8pm. We arrived about 8:30 but messaged basically saying the above expecting to hear back from them the following day (we never had a response or apology over the two nights we were there). We were here to attend a wedding and decided not to get out wedding clothes out of our bags to hang up so to not risk us stinking of smoke for the wedding. On getting ready for bed we noticed lots of hairs on the bed and opened it up to find even more hairs inside the bed (different lengths and lots of them!) it was as if the bed sheets hadn't been changed. We spent 20 mins picking them out. The next day around lunch time a cleaner came to change the bed sheets. No mention of anything else or apology, although she was pleasant enough. So we assume at least our message to that number was read they just didn't have the courtesy to give us any form of communication. Honestly this place looks like it should be confided to drunken groups only. Plenty of options in Sheffield, go and stay in one of the nice chains nearby.

Stayed 3 nights

Stayed 3 nights in a one bedroom appartment.Accommodation is in a great central location beside the cathedral.Easy access for buses, trains and trams.Within walking distance for city centre shopping etc.Apartment was spacious and had everything needed to make a pleasant stay. The only negative comments would be the TV in the livingroom is very small for size or room. The bed could be bigger with a more comfortable mattress.Lamp on bedside unit was very small with a damaged lampshade.
