Nice rooms and good breakfast. They had cereal, oatmeal, muffins and danishes, omelets, bacon and good choice of drinks. Spa was broken which was unfortunate but nice pool. They did get it fixed the morning we left. Had to get clean towels at front desk but I think it was because we had a dog and they didn’t want to come in room when we weren’t there. Good thinking. Very pet friendly.

Very close to Long Beach airport. Nice hotel, very well maintained. There is a really great outdoor area and pool. Awesome breakfast Area has walkabke restraunts and some shopping. There is a shuttle pickup from LB Airport. The driver was unwilling to help load our bags into the van. After a long day of travel that ticked me off. They have NO shuttle to the cruise port. Uber took us.

Really impressed. Gym is phenomenal, lots of equipment, very clean, everything I tried was working. Really solid breakfast, even nice enough to give me a to-go box to take to my sleeping family. Very friendly check in desk, convenient location, room was clean and comfortable. Overall a great stay.

The room was clean but there were hairs in the shower. The staff was accommodating. The complimentary breakfast is convenient and was good... the menu changed daily.The bed was very comfortable. The door to the room was extremely heavy, difficult to open and quickly slammed close but didn't fully close. An item in my room was missing. Someone took food left on the desk in my aunt's room next door.. The hotel is ideally located 5 minutes away from the airport and across the street from restaurants, Whole Foods and down the street from.a mall. One disappointment was that there was no shuttle available; I received a text telling me to call when I arrived and I would be told the pick up area. When I called, the woman on the phone said we don't have a shuttle. I told her that the website and other references say they do provide it. Then she clarified saying it was in the repair shop. I asked what could I do to get there since I had never been in Long Beach and she quipped " get an Uber" and hung up. The airport attendant overheard and suggested I catch a taxi, which I did. The taxi driver suggested that we ask for a voucher sense there was no notification and the manager said she would make the exception.

We had a great experience from when we checked in, the amenities, cleanliness, easy parking. The only issue for me is how thin the walls are and to next time ask to not be below a family with children - being woken up at 6:30 am because you can hear the kids jumping above you.

It is a good property and I had a decent stay. My biggest issue is that my room curtains didn't close all of the way leaving about a 4 foot opening. The room never got fully dark and anyone looking up could see into the room when it was dark outside.

Shuttle not available. Although I called hotel on 11/1/25 to get instructions on ordering shuttle, there was no mention that shuttle wasn’t operating. Upon arrival at LGB on 11/7 at 9:00 pm, called hotel and was informed shuttle not running. On our own to get to hotel and back to LGB airport next morning. Had already booked next stay for 11/11. Called on 11/10 and was informed they were waiting for a replacement shuttle. On our own to get from car rental to hotel. Taxi driver asked if we were offered “vouchers”. Apparently, shuttle for Hampton had been out-of-service for at least two weeks! Some guests were provided vouchers to defray cost of taxi fare!!! Obviously, we were not. Are we ever staying there again? Nope.

I stayed twice in about two weeks. I would rate first night at 9/10. Staff was super nice, pool was great, place was clean and had great shampoo and conditioner. Only cons were really uncomfortable beds and the homeless using the pool (which I actually love, just wish they were offered a shower first). Second nights stay was awful. Staff was surface polite, but very short and left us feeling like an inconvenience at every interaction. This was polar opposite of our first visit and set the mood of our stay. From there, the pool was closed for our stay (found out at 9pm it was re-opened, but by then it was cold and windy out) and the bed was uncomfortable to the point of keeping us up all night. I have spent a quarter of the money on stays with clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Honestly, the rude girls at the front desk completely ruined the stay. We received a text that night asking how are stay was going and offering assistance for anything we need. I told them the stay was a 3 compared to a 10 due to staff and pool. They said “good news! The pool is open!” They never addressed the staffing issue and it felt very invalidating.

First and foremost, I’d like to give a special thank you to Marco. Prior to checking in, I called the hotel to see if it was possible for my parents to check in an hour early. He told me to bring them by within 20-30 minutes. Upon arriving, he was very helpful. We were told the wait would be around 15-20 minutes. Thank you so much for making my parents’ trip comfortable and relaxing.

Everything about the stay was amazing till going to the front desk the next morning and encountering Nayeli( not sure of the spelling) She was the rudest, condescending grumpy desk clerk I have ever encountered. The other couple that rode the shuttle with us said they just walked away from her. I am back in Long Beach in April for another cruise and WILL NOT stay there again in case I would have to encounter her again. My pleasant start of the day quickly turned into a very unpleasant day because of her complete lack of customer service ( all facets of it) I do not spend my money to be treated this way.

Our stay was nice! The room is a decent size, the bed was comfortable. They do not clean the room everyday unless you ask as well as bring towels so keep that in mind. Breakfast was good and convenient nothing fancy but had what you needed! We used the gym which was clean and had enough cardio machines, weights and free weights for anyone working out for there stay. The jacuzzi looked inviting however I couldn't fit it in. The pool area was big with lounging chair ar but overall it was a good stay for our 3 nights.
