Rooms were spacious, clean. Had fridge and microwave with storage and kerhig maker. Beds were very comfortable. Even pullout couch was pretty good to sleep on. We traveled with kids so we had 2 queen beds with pullout couch. Loved the bottles of Dove soap wash, lotions. Even in the shower/bath, they provide the Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser with big bottles. Breakfast was good, lots to pick from to eat. Even had little breakfast bags or containers to take up to your room if you wanted. Was quiet. No kids running the halls. Pool was nice. Housekeeping was around cleaning every morning and providing clean towels, removing trash, cleaning floors or hallways. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The area around the hotel was excellent, lots of dining options and a supermarket close by. The hotel itself could be improved. The shower water smelled of dirt, the pull out sofa had multiple large stains so my daughter just slept on the couch instead of the mattress. We woke up on our 3rd morning to a large amount of ants in the entry, and many stragglers making there way into the bathroom. Elevator seems a little finicky and we took the stairs alot because there is only 1 and with a sporting event in the area there was long wait times. However, the breakfast was very good and the kids enjoyed the pool.

My daughter’s birthday! The only complaint is the other kids that were there were being a little disrespectful. There parents needed to be in the pool area. They were splashing out of control on purpose to make everything wet. They were rude.

This hotel is on the newer side. It is clean. The elevator was a bit bouncy and 1 of our teamates was stuck on it for a few minutes. The pool was not impressive at all!! The pool water was cloudy and the bottom of the pool looked like the paint was wearing off. The room where the pool is is hot and very noisy. 3 kids in the pool and the echo made it sound like 23 kids. The location is great and close to plenty of food and shopping options.

I specifically booked here to get a suite. What we received was a single room, therefore not a suite. The person at the desk was unable to help me in any way with changing my room, upgrading, or downgrading. There was also a pube in our bathtub.

Good location, great staff , would stay there again. Hallway carpets could have been vacuumed more often as we were there a week and never noticed them being cleaned l meant to tell front desk at check out but forgot that the toilet needs a new flapper as the tank was always filling every couple of minutes and the shower doors need to be adjusted square to wall because water leaks out .

The room and entire hotel was very clean, and even at a full capacity I did not hear anything during might night's sleep. The staff were really helpful when my daughter forgot her toothbrush and gave her toothpaste and mouthwash as well. Very kind staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The check in was special for our daughter because the staff were so kind to her. We loved the breakfast options daily. Our only complaint was that we could hear the people upstairs walking noisily…all the time. But that’s not the hotel’s fault that they didn’t learn to be soft-footed. But maybe bring a white noise machine just in case, haha!

getting into the hotel with all the roundabouts and the beds are not comfortable at all and when you check in, they don’t tell you after you paid everything you have a extra $25 charge to your card and it takes seven days to get that back

The lady working at front desk seem like she didn't want us there. We try to ask for a late checkout and she lied and said they was full but everybody was leaving. She was rude . She almost seemed prejudice.i wouldn't recommend anybody of skin color to stay there when she is working . Great location on north side of Indianapolis off I-65! Nice neighborhood to take a walk and if you like to shop, Old Navy & TJ Max are within walking distance, as well as restaurants and other stores. King bed was so comfortable! Beautifully decorated hotel with great variety of breakfast foods and drinks! We loved it! Hotel is a couple minutes from I-65 & it was so quiet....no Interstate noise! We'll definitely stay here again!

The breakfast buffet was amazing!!! With fresh, hot food that varied from day to day, along with fresh fruit, the basic cereal and muffins were available but much much more. And the staff was friendly, attentive and very courteous. All around pleasure to stay at.

Our family stayed at this location for two nights during a summer road trip. The hotel is in a great and safe area offering plenty of food and shopping options. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast offered a nice variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we were in the area!
