This hotel is bare minimum. No ice machine throughout the entire building. No coffee maker or machine. The rooms come with stoves and refrigerator but they have no pots pans or utensils. The front desk closed at 10pm. I loss my key and could not get access to my room. I had to sleep in my car until the clerk came in at 5am

After hours staff was helpful with switching rooms for me since the ac didn't work. The front desk clerks were always friendly and welcoming. The rooms was decent. I didn't mind but, cleaning doesn't happen but once a month so you'll need to take your own trash to the dumpster out back and ask for a broom if needed. There are no cleaning supplies so, if you're staying a week or more, you may want to bring an all purpose cleaner, paper towels and dish washing utensils. There are no dishes, pots and pans or silverware provided but you do have a sink, cabinets, microwave, stove top and fridge. Only coffee available in the lobby in the mornings. No free breakfast. It was a decent stay all in all.

Nice basic no frills place. There are no extras here. Not even a hair dryer. But there is a kitchen. If you want to use it though you need your own stuff or get one of there kutchen packs.

PROS Not over priced, has kitchen, hardwood floor in rooms, updated hotel, quiet, doesn't smell like smoke, Smoke free, has a gym, doors lock after hours, they have a beautiful pond/view that you can relax at, shopping and gas station is walking distance or 1min driving. It's right off of the eway CONS My sheet had someone else's blood on it, I'm African American with curly blonde hair, the shower had straight black hair in it, you have to pay for pots and pans(bring your own or stop at thrift store), no pool, no staff at desk after 10(you have to call the number), you get two cheap pillows, there's no iron in the room and the one that the hotel has they don't know which first has it. Cleaning service is every 7 days, you can drop garbage downstairs. No breakfast. All in all If I stay there again, I bring my own pillows, my own iron, wipe down like I usually do, I always bring my pans but I'll be sure that don't leave them lol if you want a park in front don't stay out all night lol everybody comes home here lol Don't lose your key after 10pm, they will charge you. Day time you're fine. Bring your detergent. P.s Some complained about people being in the parking lot, it's a smoke free hotel where else do you smoke your cigarette? It wasn't bad at all. Any person that I saw was respectful. If you smoke inside, police will be called, because apparently alarm will go off.

They had the front desk closed like a concession stand. I had to call to let them know I was there to check in. Their system wasn't working to check me in, so the front desk had to make three different calls to get me into my room. I booked a king bed with a pull-out couch, and I was given a queen bed. There was no breakfast, no ice machines. The elevator and second floor smelled like a bowling alley and like someone had just finished smoking.

Bare Bones provided. Front desk has limited hours. No small amenities provided. Shampoo, soap etc. Only 1 towel provided per guest. Toilet seat doesn’t have a cover seat to sit on. Coffee station in lobby not cleaned and very limited supplies. We would never return here.

The hotel room itself is very basic. No box of tissues, no hair dryer, no hand towels. Beds are comfortable. You have coffee 24/7 if you can find cups. Your bed is not made up everyday or garbage emptied. It is a very secure building though.

The construction made it extremely difficult to get in and out. It was very unsafe. The elevators and hall floors were very dirty. Staff were unavailable often. Next to no tioletries were in room. It was one of the worst hotel stays ive had in decades.

The floors were dirty when we checked in. We couldn't walk around on the floor without shoes or socks, if you did your feet would be black on the bottom.

The room that was assigned to our reservation was infested with live and dead roaches. They were literally everywhere. I have never seen anything like that. We left immediately. I have no idea how housekeeping wasn't aware of this major issue. I got a refund back but my family and I were not able to make reservations near that area so we had to drive back over an hour to find a place to rest since we had checked in late. I find this completely unacceptable. Expedia should be vetting all hotels to ensure patrons are getting a sanitized room. The pictures expedia has are immensely deceiving. Please save your money and time. Stay at your own risk. I was most certainly not going to stay with my baby there. I was highly disappointed!!!

Parking lot was littered w/ trash, hallway carpet was filthy, windows filthy, this place was gross. Room was 'cleanish' but stain on ceiling and the whole place had a dirty vibe. Super disappointing as the location is almost brand new ;(

One could tell she didn’t really care and didn’t want to be there. Hallway carpets were filthy, looks like hadn’t been shampooed in forever. Whole hallway smelled like weed. Room itself was ok. At checkout, again, no one there. Someone showed up (same girl as night before). She opened up the roll up window (begrudgingly). She didn’t offer a receipt (I had to ask for one—she reluctantly gave it to me), then immediately shut the window again. Not sure why keeping the window open and being accessible to your patrons seemed a bother for her. Strange. Perhaps some customer service training is due?

I got to the property and immediately checked out. When i arrived at 6:30 pm nobody was at the front desk and it was shut up like a concession stand would be so that shouldve been my first hint. Then when i got to my room the floors were sticky and the pillow covers were once white but now yellow. Some event was going on at the time so to add insult to injury they were charging 120- 130 a night when it was conditions for more like 25 a night.

Check in was good. The hallways carpets stained. Room had stained sheets, spots on chair and remote.

Very noisy, thin walls. It appears people live there and are disrespectful to other "guest" as far as noise, coming and going all hours of the night, gallway conversations, doors slamming. Need to mention, the fire alarm went off at midnight due to someone either neglected to turn off the burner or fell asleep, led a smoke filled hallway, fire department ariived, checked out the situation to deem it safe. Fans where then brought in to clear the smoke. This went on almost 2 hours, now 2am. My alarm is set for 5:30am which only allowed for a 3 hour nap, not enough sleep for a long day ahead. Oh, there is more, NO HOT WATER to take a shower! Upon exiting the building to start my day, someone had puked right outside of the entrance doors. What a greeting to start the day! Enough said!

The hotel is in a really good part of town. Lots of shopping. My only complaint is the bed. One side of bed was really broken down. Those are details they need to pay attention to.

The room was spacious. The sofa was raggedy. The kitchen didn't have kitchen dishes.

There's was no hot water

No shampoo but I had read this.The hottest the water got was maybe warm. At least it wasn't cold. Water pressure was terrible. Booked for 2 nights but card wouldn't work on return for second night so I had to call someone to re-code the card. On the good it was clean and didn't smell like other low cost motels.

There was a sign posted to call a number for assistance, but when dialed it tells you your call cannot be completed. A random guest told us someone who works at the hotel also lives here, so after an hour of asking anyone walking by if they work here, we found someone who actually did. Except we were rudely greeted and talked down to, made to feel like we were stupid and just “call the number”. I felt belittled during the check in process. She later apologized when finding out the number actually doesn’t work, but too little too late. First impressions matter. Our room was dirty with stained towels, a maxi pad in the pull our couch, and beer bottle caps. Thankfully we just needed it for a night but will never return. The plus side is easy and convenient location right off the interstate. It was quiet and the pillows were comfortable.

We had a very comfortable stay. Staff were very courteous and professional. Hotel was super clean. Less than half a mile from shops and restaurants. Unbeatable pricing. Will stay here again without any hesitation.

Somethings to be aware of if you stay here: 1. The pet fee is $50 non-refundable. I've traveled the country with my dog and this is the highest I've ever paid for a pet fee. 2. Check in is at 3pm and the front desk closes at 4pm on weekends! So after 4pm there is no one working in the building! 3. The smell in the hallways is terrible. It smelled like rotten fish. 4. The bathroom has one towel and one wash cloth, and one bar of soap! No hand towels or soap for the shower, the bathroom didn't even have a garbage can. Other than a bar of soap the rooms contain zero personal amenities. Even the pillows were flimsy and smaller than a standard pillow. 3. There are stores and restaurants near by but nothing walking distance. It was surrounded by apartment complexes, and an auto shop. I travel a lot going to National Parks and am willing to take a chance on some of the cheaper places when all I need is a place to rest before heading back on the road, so I've seen it all and if I were you, I'd pick a different place.

No one was on the property for an afterhours check in, despite them having an afterhours check in process. So we had to go next door to Home2 to get a room. Disaster.

The manager was really rude when it came time to check out. It wasn't very professional to act the way that she did. The other employees were awesome but she definitely needs help in handling customer service.

1) the road to the hotel was under construction and very rough 2) the area was nice with good shopping and restaurants. 3) check-in was quick and easy 4) elevator smelt like pot but that’s the world we live in. 5) the hallway carpet was dirty and they smelt musty and dirty but the place lets people bring pets so that’s the main reason. 6) the room was nice and clean. Everything about the room was clean, bed, bathroom, kitchen area, all clean. 7) the bed was pretty hard and there was only two pillows. It was a rough sleep. Some people were arguing loudly in the hallway at 1am. 8) There was no breakfast of any kind 9) Check out was easy. Overall, it wasn’t very good but for the price we paid, it could have been worse. The cleanliness of the room saved the stay. I know there are worse places to stay and it served it’s purpose because we just needed a cheap place to sleep. Next time, will probably try to book a different hotel.

They keep over charging me they even charged me a pet fee I don’t know why because I don’t have a pet. So they advertise 58.dollars a day but they charged me over 100 dollars a day no breakfast just because I guess that’s for 3 days
