Multiple day business trip. Room itself was good, nice comfortable bed. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Make your own breakfast sandwich is a nice idea, but please provide a microwave so the cheese is not cold on the sandwich. Biggest issue was my business trip was to end 1 day early. i gave hotel + 2 days notice, but they declined to work with Hotels.com to allow me to check out one day early/not incur 1 extra unneeded night charge. I received a lecture from the front desk rep (as the manager on charge decided not to talk with me directly, but rather have the poor desk person deliver the message) that this is what I get for booking with Hotels.com instead of directly through Hilton. I typically have a dozen or so room nights a year with Hilton...but no more. I will take my business to another chain. I have also made it a point to tell our team that handles company travel about this, and word is spreading to our 1000+ US employees who travel. Hope it was worth it, Hilton!

Hotel was excellent with exception of our bathroom door wouldn't latch/lock.Since we were with 4 grandchildren that was a nuisance. We didn't notice this until we were all unpacked. They did offer a room change but we didn't want to pack up everything and move. Pool and surrounding area very nice and clean. It is VERY humid in the pool area.

verall, we enjoyed our stay, but I believe there is room for improvement regarding the cleanliness of our room. The carpet had some food and paper on the floor, which could be addressed. Not bad at all and pretty clean. Had some issues with ants on the first floor in our room and heard a dog barking very loud everytime I left the room and I had a newborn with me

The check in staff was friendly and sincere as was the check out staff. Our room was nice. I would say though that the bathroom needs some love. Particularly the shower stall. Needs new caulking and there was a dark smudge on the shower wall below the shower head. Rails where glass door sits in needs some extra scrubbing. There also was a ceiling smudge over the sitting area. Kitchen area seemed spotless, fridge very clean. (fridge was only appliance used on this visit) Bed was nice to sleep on. Sheets were pilled though. With all of this though, we would stay again. Thank you!

Overall - we enjoyed the stay - plenty of additional space in the room and the lobby had great seating options. The TV channels were a plus - as they had the Tennis Channel. :-)

Pretty nice place and suites. Well designed with nice spacious rooms and features. Love the space. One issue, though it's minor, but they should have bathroom doors locks, it's missing that throughout, which is very surprising. Staff was friendly, I reported there was not lamp shade on one of the lamp in the room, they fixed it promptly. I would recommend this place!

When I made the reservation, I didnt realized that i picked your location(Lafayette) instead of the one at West Lafayette. When i called your location, spoke to Amelia and informed her that we're going to be checking in late,she just said its ok and that was it. When we arrived at the hotel and as we're checking in,I noticed that my bill was not the same amount that it was when i booked it, I asked her why and told her that when i made the reservation the rate wasn't that much. She said I booked the hotel thru a third party which is expedia thats why the rate is high. Im like annoyed, I was going to show her the email that i have when i made the reservation but my husband stop me as he's already tired and doesn't want to deal with her. So we just decided to go with the expensive rate that she charged us and left the counter. She didnt say anything at all,not even thank you or whatever. Never again.

Night clerk was not at all friendly or welcoming, breakfast was not at all good, offered very little and everything was dry and tasteless. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and spacious, hotel was easy to access and there were plenty of parking spaces. Overall not a terrible experience but honestly would probably stay elsewhere if i returned.

When I arrived to stay I was told that my room door was malfunctioning and that they needed to call maintenance. After about 10 minutes I was told that maintenance was not answering their phone and they were booked so I would need to find a new hotel. The person at the front desk did not offer to call around or assist in any way. It was midnight and I was in the lobby with 2 children while trying to figure out a solution. The new hotel room was significantly more expensive that this one. Nothing was done and I still have not been refunded. The next day I received a call stating that someone unauthorized was in my room and they wanted to know why I checked out the same day that I checked in. A manager is supposed to call me, but that has yet to happen. I would not recommend them or take the chance that this could happen to you.

We were visiting my daughter at Purdue and the good price and proximity of the hotel to her church and shopping and food was great. We really enjoyed the studio suite. Could use more pillows but the room was very comfortable

Room was nice and spacious and very satisfactory. Room service is only provided every other day (which we were not informed about at check-in). A couple bottles of water are provided (after we asked for them) which is nice. Breakfast is supposed to run until 9. We showed up at 8:30 and there was very little left. We went earlier the next two days and there were more options.

Overall a bit more shopworn than other Home2Suites we’ve used. Breakfast hours on Saturday are 7-10 PM. We got to breakfast at 930 and almost everything was gone/not being refilled. Room was clean so not a bad place to stay.

Front desk staff top notch; good-sized pool for girls to swim; unbelievable hot breakfast bar with SO many options; huge room with at least 20 feet of countertop to store things on not to mention lots of drawers; full-size refrigerator; clean/modern bathroom with comfy towels. Will definitely start staying at these properties when an option.
