The Elizabeth Hotel, Autograph Collection

We loved our stay at The Elizabeth! Every room has a record player and they have a variety of records you can borrow to play in your room. That was such a fun touch. Also, live music was provided in two areas of the hotel, each a different type of music. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was excellent! Room very nice, clean & spacious. We tried all 3 bars on site & ate breakfast & dinner at The Emporium. We were extremely pleased with our whole experience!

The location is prime. We have stayed here a few times and we enjoy all the amenities, comfort and aesthetics. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is on-site live music a few nights a week, a generous indoor bar with a broad patio outside, as well as varied and cozy seating inside.

Overall a very nice hotel, but over-priced. Parking is convenient in parking ramp next door which had an inoperable "gate" left open. We stayed one night only yet were charged for 2 days parking. Excellent restaurant a few blocks away called RARE.

Please explain how parking works better at checkin.

The stay was for an anniversary getaway. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The entire property has so much class and character with a lot of cozy nooks and corners full of retro furniture to hang out in. Being a music-themed hotel, you can find records all around which you can take up to your room and play on your own personal record player. The hotel also has a unique bar that features live music, as well as a separate full restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are amazing, they are not the biggest, but just right in a comfortable way. Also for those who prioritize their fitness, there is a gorgeous gym that can accommodate your fitness needs. It is situated on the corner of the second floor and offers a nice floor to cieling view of the city. The hotel has created an amazing ambiance that makes you just want to spend time there unlike other generic standard hotels which present no reason other than to just sleep there. On a side note, for a hotel with a bar that features live music from 8-11, we did not hear a tune from our room on the second floor which was nice to know we could relax and get some good sleep in a quiet room.

Best location in Fort Collins, on the downside, the 1st level of the parking garage (which is reserved for guests) was always full at night, bit of an annoyance if you're arriving at night. I ended up parking in the public pay levels 2-4, and the desk did take the parking off the bill. The hotel and public parking are both $23/night, so they should probably just charge $30 and have a valet.

I loved the hotel. The rooms were elegant and clean, and there was a good gym and lovely amenities like record players and albums for in-room listening. My only complaint is that the black out curtains did not actually block out all the light. The piano bar on the roof was gorgeous and the free bikes were a great addition.

Our room had socks from the previous guests pretty obviously on the floor. I was already concerned it had not been vacuumed, this sealed my suspicion that I’m not sure the room had been properly cleaned.

This place is great, super clean and the staff are all so friendly! We had such positive interactions with front desk staff, housekeeping staff, and wait staff. We'll definitely stay there again.

My bed and pillows smelled of urine.

Our room could have been cleaner (some weird splotches on the wall behind the bed) but overall it was a nice hotel.

The sheets were stained in an area that was only revealed after the bed was already slept in. Otherwise the hotel looked nice. I wish we had been able to see the stain when we got there and moved rooms.

The hotel was just amazing! The lobby area and other public spaces on the first floor are beautifully designed and comfortable. We loved our room! It has everything you need for a great stay. The hotel restaurant was wonderful as well. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners here. The staff were super helpful and very nice! Overall a really fun place in a great location.

I’ve stayed at The Elizabeth several times over the last 4 years. It’s definitely the best option for ease of nearly everything- shopping, dining, access to the Foothills & visiting college students. The staff are always exceptional, helpful & hospitable. The facility is in good condition and The Emporium has very good food - every meal of the day. We always enjoy the records & in room record players & guitars. The one thing I’ve noticed is that the rooms aren’t as well kept or as clean as they were the 1st time we stayed. I dropped something on the floor of my room & bent down to pick it up & discovered an item from a previous guest next to my dropped item, just under the corner of a bed. The walls had random marks on them, there were food splatters on the curtains & there was someone else’s hair on the bathroom floor & when I when to utilize the laundry bag- there wasn’t one….obviously no one had checked the closet to see if anything needed to be replaced or cleaned. The beds were clean & are always comfortable. We’ll likely always stay at The Elizabeth when we’re in Fort Collins but I do hope that the room cleaning is elevated. We brought friends along with us this time & admittedly, I was a little embarrassed b/c told them that the only place we stay when visiting Fort Collins is at The Elizabeth. I don’t like to leave negative reviews - but feel like this is necessary feedback. We still had an overall positive experience & will return.

The room was clean, lobby was nice and we were always greeted by staff when we can in, if I have one complaint it would be that the towels were not a better quality, one of the floor mats actually had a whole in it.

While the hotel itself is lovely it was one of the worst rooms we have ever stayed in. Nothing worked. it was TINY ( t should be against the law to post photos of rooms that are less than half the size in reality). there is zero storage - no drawers, a tiny closet and barely enough room to get past the bed/beds. we had 2 queen bars and the little shelf (no drawer)

We loved our stay and wish we could’ve been there for more than a night. We reserved a room with a balcony/patio and loved hanging out listening to the live music down the street. The patios do connect to the larger hotel patio so they aren’t fully private. Highly recommend staying here when visiting old town Fort Collins!

The air conditioning sounded like a freight train in-room from the moment we turned it on. Finally at 1:00 a.m. we cut bait and drove home. Very poor. Would not consider another stay at this business.

Such a cool concept. Beautiful decor. Record players and vinyl to use while visiting. Restaurant food uneven and disappointing. Terrible Wi-Fi. Trouble entering and exiting parking garage every time.

We have stayed here before. Nice hotel. Simple. Room are small but nice. Plain. Perfect location to walk to eat.

The outlets on the left side of the table between the beds were unusable. The outlets were loose and didn’t hold plug-ins in place. And the light switch on the left side didn’t work properly. You would turn it on and it would work for maybe ten seconds before it would fail. Then if you tried to turn off and turn on the light wouldn’t work. Other than that the stay was very nice.

Loved the location (close to tons of restaurants and stores) and enjoyed our room. Also loved that they had santa in the lobby with hot chocolate during our stay and they have 3 places to grab drinks/food on site. I will say that the service at the Emporium was just ok. Not very attentive and on a couple of occasions, they were not sure they could "get us in" even though my family had many rooms rented. Also, our room was not cleaned even we did not have the do not disturb sign up and were gone almost all day. When we called at 4pm, however, they did come up and clean it.

It was our wedding night and we got stuck in the extra small corner room almost no room to get out of bed. We got extra charge for the room and had to deal with very incompetent staff to get the credit back

The front desk clerk was not helpful. I needed help to book a Uber at 5:00 a.m. To get to bus station, a few blocks away from hotel. Why? The hotel internet was not working. She could not help me and I missed my 6:05 a.m. bus. 🚌 a Uber cost me $65.00 to get to my destination.

Friendly and professional!

This is such a great hotel. It's such a different and cool vibe. If you love music, you need to stay here. I stayed in a terrace king room and it was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed. I love the decor throughout the hotel. The exercise room has plenty equipment for a good workout. I would recommend a stay here. The drawbacks for me was not knowing the checkout time, I assumed it was noon like a lot of places and they knocked on my door twice at 11:05 and 11:10 and were rude that I was still in my room. Also, I just got a bill for overnight parking and I wasn't informed of that. So my stay was good but the end sure wasn't pleasant. There needs to be a clear presentation at the check in about check out time and parking lot charges.

We were there for 5 nights so got a good sense of the hotel. The staff, and I mean all of the staff, was friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to do, places to eat and being just welcoming. Aside from the hotel itself being wonderful with a restaurant and bar with music, comfortable rooms, the hotel and restaurant staff made the stay even better.

Beautiful property with everything you need in the best location in town! Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, breweries, and the Poudre River trail. The property was modern and clean. Would definitely stay again if we're looking for a place in Old Town.

We came to town for a swim meet. Hotel was very nice and in great location. Wedding reception going on on first level which was quite loud, but hotel staff was very accommodating and kindly moved us to a new room. On premise restaurant is spectacular with fabulous wines.

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff. Great bar. Very nice breakfast place attached. We've stayed here several times when visiting our daughter at CSU. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Convenient self-parking in adjacent garage.

We had a good time until we ate dinner. My husband had fish and chips. Quality wasn't as good as Fish & Chips fast food. I hand the salmon. Not sure why you would put a breading around salmon. My husband got really sick later that night. The staff is very professional and kind.

Loved walkability to Old Town. Emporium restaurant was great and LOVED the music theme at hotel...the in room record players and vinyl library...Magic Rat club...and being a huge Bruce fan this was an amazing surprise! Comfy beds...cozy robes and great amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent accommodations. Wonderful restaurant and lounge. A welcome respite after a week of mountain adventures!
