Hotel was beautiful, perfect for catching a braves games. Nice beds and great shower. Hotel bar was good but not opened all the time so check the hours. Id aviod the hotel restaurant unless its from the pool. Takes forever to go sit down even when its not busy.

The stay was wonderful. Great place. I do think Hotels.com failed on this property in one important aspect. Parking. It is $50 a day no matter if you self-park or use their service. In Atlanta, nearly 100% of guests will have cars. It should be noted on the description that the charge is that high. I chose between several local properties and that maybe would have affected my decision.

So convenient to the Battery and Truist! Clean and nice rooms. Two bars available for pre game and post. Down side was an absolute wreck of a valet system. Terrible mess when checking in and took way too long to retrieve our car when leaving.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff were great! The only frustrating part was that they have a lobby bar (on the third floor) which was closed the entire time. As well, there is a gift shop on the third floor that was closed the entire time. Although there was a note on each location to go to the restaurant, I don't understand why these amenities would not be open for service (particularly the gift shop).

Valet parking at $58 a night is a little crazy. Service was a little off for the cost of stay but it was a clean safe place with the proximity to the battery and stadium unbeatable! Over all i would come back. The menu at the restaurant was a little wierd even for this foodie but was decent but the wait staff was excellent.

Amazing property. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Very clean. Lots of dining options nearby in the Battery. Pool area has a bar. Full gym area. If going to a Braves game? You are literally steps away from the entrance. The area is super clean and safe. Would definitely stay again.

Each and every member of the staff was outstanding-very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent although I killed a roach in the bathroom and never figured out how to turn off one of the lights. Charging for WiFi with the room rate as high as it was is stealing. Having said all of that, we will come back to this hotel if we get to another Braves game.

There was some type of water damage on the wing of our. Floor and they had commercial dehumidifier s and dryers running constantly in the hall for entire stay. For what i paid for the 2 nights and the noise i would have thought they would have been proactive and moved the guests on that wing. Access to the baseball games is only reason for stay. I have stayed at much nicer hotels with better service.

The hotel was great to be able to walk out and be at the ballgame. It was clean even though we had to smell paint everytime we went out our room. Booked on Hotels.com and they do not let you know there is a 50 charge for valet per day. Also check your statement because the hotel itself charged an extra car to my card and if I had not called I would have paid it.

We visited Atlanta for a concert, hotel was the best experience and location. Very clean, carpet in room could use a deep clean. We used valet parking, very easy and only $50 for thr day. Hotel was able to get us an amazing view of battery patk and the stadium. Best hotel stay in a decade because of staff, cleanliness and decor

Great stay at this hotel. Right next to Truist Park. Exactly what I was looking for, just a 2-3 minute walk back to my room from the stadium. Great way to avoid traffic. Room wasn’t ready when I checked in, but they found another one right away. I guess the only issue was that the HVAC/AC was a little loud for me, since I’m a light sleeper. Other than that, great hotel.

The room had a bright green fire alarm light that blinked every 5 seconds right over top the bed and if you’re on the highway side, you hear a lot of the traffic that goes by. Surprising, this hotel which is supposed to be the nicest in the Battery doesn’t even have a basic convenience store in it. I really needed some Tylenol PM or Nyquil to help with the conditions in the room but they don’t have those basic items that are standard in even 2 and 3 star hotels. Overall, wasn’t worth the extra money. Next time I’ll stay in one of the other hotels in The Battery.

Way way overpriced for a tiny room with view of construction site and parking lots. We needed a one night stay cuz we were stuck in Atlanta after a flight was cancelled. I didn’t realize how far away this Omni was from the airport. 75$ cab fare each way! I thought I was booking luxury in downtown Atlanta,,,big mistake, big, huge!

Stayed here for a Braves weekend. Had a "room with a view". Awesome view overlooking the stadium and the Battery. Just be aware, after a home, weekend game, the VERY LOUD music coming from the nightclub at the Battery will go on until 1 to 2 in the morning and will permeate the rooms with a view. As much as I loved the location, I will not get a room with a view again on Braves weekend home games. Loved being able to walk to the game though. Maybe an interior room. The hotel is very nice and the staff as well. If you plan to stay up late on game nights, then you won't mind the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as we arrived and all the way through our stay offering to meet any needs we had. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. The view from our balcony of the baseball field was clear! Amazing stay! Looking forward to staying here again!

Nice location. Room was good, shower was under sized. No microwave, no freezer in fridge. Had big issues with the tv trying to use GoogleCast. Had to ask for room cleaning. Friendly staff. Would be nice to have free breakfast for the price.

I should have cancelled my reservations when I called to ask questions for the second time . Anna answered the phone and she was so rude. She gave me bad information. It did t match what the hotel said the fist time I called. She didn’t want to transfer me to the hotel. She called the hotel and she spoke with Lisa first. When she transferred me to Lisa she already had an attitude based off of Anna told her. It was very evident. Lisa cut me off and transferred me to Omar, who was also rude. I’m sure based off of what Lisa said Anna told her. He kept cutting me off as well. When I checked in Omar was at the counter. zhe wasn’t friendly and didn’t crack a smile. He was very short with me. I made him know who I was. He wasn’t friendly at all. Very poor customer service. I’m so disappointed because my complete experience was different on my last stay. When I called the first time to ask question. Alex or Allison was simple amazing. Her customer service was unmatched. So I’m confused by the actions of the other rude employees. Being check in, and charged for a night that I wasn’t even there is unacceptable. I called in advance to cancel for the first night. They referred me back to Expedia. At Expedia you can’t even speak with anyone. All you can do is chat. Poor customer service experience. The property was amazing.

Great hotel. Excellent staff. The only negative about my stay is that the system was down, or out, which prevented the hotel staff from being able to activate key cards to the rooms. Each time you needed to get to your room, someone from the front desk had to take you there. At times, the front desk was busy so there was a wait, but overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Check in was quite the hassle. Now I know we booked the hotel for a concert but the staff should have been more prepared for the event. It took almost an hour to valet park once we got to the hotel. We arrived early and I’m so glad we did or we would have missed the opening show. Since it put us an hour behind we did not have time to sit down to eat like originally planned. Also, the hotel should really be more accommodating to food options after a huge concert. Room service was not available when we got back to the room at 11:30. No vending machines or anything. The only thing the front had to offer was a bag of chips and a Diet Coke. Which forced us to door dash and finally got cold pizza at 1am which was much better than a bag of chips… but again, the whole concept here…. We paid a lot of money to stay for one night primarily for CONVENIENCE, which was mediocre. The hotel in itself was nice and all areas around it was very nice but again, I wish there could have been more options available to make the experience 10/10.

My son and I had made the switch from another property due to a whole host of issues. Upon arrival, Gift and Tunde (two Omni associates) noticed my exasperation. They welcomed my son and me to the hotel and went above and beyond to ensure that we were accommodated. They were gracious and kind and their actions were much appreciated! The hotel is well maintained. Service is excellent. Valet is speedy. As well, the staff at The National Anthem restaurant on property couldn't have been nicer. All around, we had an excellent 2 days. Highly recommend.

During the late hours of the night, another guest was assigned to our room and was trying to enter with his key. I spoke with management the next morning and they were very friendly and apologized dearly for the mistake. Overall our stay was good, we hope to return without the mix up next time

I really appreciate the convenience of this property. It is so close to everything at the battery. Truist park is literally outside making my trek to see the Chris Brown concert short.The staff was welcoming and amazing. My room had a great view and the floor I stayed on was quiet. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely fabulous! We had an amazing view of the stadium from our room and the pool deck. There are so many dining options at Battery Park. The staff was great too! We enjoyed excellent service at the National Anthem Restaurant after the game. We will return!
