From the moment you get there, the valets are friendly and nice and helpful. Front desk was great. Gave us a beer and a glass of champagne. Rooftop was great and of course, the lounge downstairs the restaurant on site was phenomenal. Best steaks ever.

The hotel Is very nice and in a convenient location; near the beltline. It has a really nice roof top bar. The rooms are nice but a little dark. Needs a little more light. The one complaint I have is the only elevator to the roof top bar was not working on Saturday night. This caused all the people who were having fun at the bar to walk down the stairs It was very loud and kept us awake until about 2 in the morning. The room was not equipped with a phone to connect to the front desk I had to call from my phone. They stated they would send security but never did. I think I would have given the hotel a higher rating except for the noise

Overall decent stay, the aesthetic is cool but if you are a photographer keep in mind if you want to take any pictures with a camera other than your phone this property expects you to pay $500 per hour for ANY area of the hotel that is not your room. I am a wedding photographer in the Atlanta area and I have shot in many hotels (to include five star hotels) with couples with zero charge. I understand for big film productions and movies I get it, but for a couple who actually paid to stay at the hotel I believe that is a bit overboard. We had security escort us from the rooftop where we were away from any other customers with no one even on the rooftop. The room itself was nice however there were several towels that were stained and we did not use because they just looked that bad. Surprisingly, the shower was very clean though. The hotel overall gives mixed feelings. The elevators had a bad smell as well. Overall I would not stay again for the price they are asking and what they have to offer compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel was hopping when we pulled up on Saturday evening. We took this as a good sign. But once we got into our room, we wondered whether we wouldn’t be better off forgoing our pre-payment and finding another place. When we opened the door, we were met with the smell of mildew. The carpeting felt damp underfoot. It was gross. If we hadn’t just finished an 11+ hour car ride, we would have been out of there like a shot. I really don’t understand how our experience could have been so different from the other raters. Perhaps we are the only ones willing to try to warn others away.

First impressions count, although the overall design is nice the lobby furniture looks like it was picked out of an ally dumpster, very worn out and dirty. The food at Tiny Lou's was very good, however seeing a monster cockroach run across the floor kind of killed the good food mood.

Just a couple things. The property itself is fantastic, awesome venue, good ambiance, old school. However, the loud music can be heard through the whole hotel into the laste hours of the night, having to give your guests ear protection so they can sleep is alarming, and its LOUD. Secondly, we had a walk in shower, the door seal was broken at the bottom and when we used it, all our shower water would end up outside the shower, thus leaving standing water in my bathroom. Lastly and not a huge deal, but the lack of refrigerators in the rooms, is very inconvenient and im sure is a frustration for most people. Again, love the venue, but the devil is in the details!

Best described as cool and cute. Creature comforts are average. Served its purpose for this visit. Location is good! Beds should allow you to lay in bed and still see the TV. Found myself having to sleep at the opposite end problem with that it far to easy to knock your ham giving clothes off the post provide to hang them on. Green couch is built for kids / young people. Sits too close to the ground and has no real structure other than foam. Felt like I was all but on the floor. Way overpriced!

The hotel is nicely renovated and the rooms are stylish and comfortable. In our room the bathroom was set back from the main room but the shower area was open so if you aren’t traveling with someone you are okay showering in front of you may want to call to check that set up. However the shower was huge with great water pressure and lots of hot water. The toiletries all smelled great and were nice to use. The rooftop bar had great drinks and a good view. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was some of the best food we had the whole trip. We don’t try the taco truck but heard good things. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

I was disappointed by the services of this hotel, as well as the rooms. My reservation got lost in their system, and everyone else, including me was blamed for this. It was a frustrating, and lengthy experience. The lady at the front desk handled it unprofessionally. The room/hotel is next to a busy and noisy road. Not going to stay here again.

When arriving, I had to call reception to let us in. We arrived at 3:00 Am, after driving 7 hours. When checking in the receptionists, told that most people call when arriving late. I said that I was driving, however, online is check in after 4:00PM to anytime. She told me that she was going to do her nightly audit cause she thought we weren’t coming. Basically made me feel like a total bother to her. The room smelled awful but after the previous encounter with her, I wasn’t about to go down and rain on her parade anymore. We were suppose to stay 2 nights. After the first 8 mins with her, I cut it to one night. The smell was so bad that I left at 8:00AM and found a different place to go for the rest of our trip.

Really fun and creatively decorated hotel Excellent bar and restaurants onsite. Close to everything and the staff is excellent. They really uphold the brand. This was my first stay, and as I had to arrive earlier than my fill reservation, I had the opportunity to stay the first night on another room. Fun seeing the differences. Very spacious, very chic without being at all corny. Bar was great. Very helpful and caring staff.
