Stayed one night. The accommodation is well located within central Naples within easy walking distance of the main railway station, Metro and main tourist areas. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the host friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with through WhatsApp when, for example, agreeing a check-in time. Breakfast consists of tea/coffee and croissant and is provided in the kitchen area, which also provides access to a communal fridge and coffee/water.

Overall the room was in good shape, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The building the rooms are in is a little bit of the dirty side and is pretty smelly as soon as you walk in, which give a bad impression when you walk in. The fridges in room were broken so you have to us the communal one. To enhance the experience of each customer those could be fixed. Also the door to my wardrobe fell off after i move it for the first time. My husband put it back on. I noticed the second door was propped on the balcony. Overall, I’d say just more attention to the small detail and overall maintenance would be good for the hotel. The check in was very easy and the staff that checked us in was very helpful and nice.

This was a small, simply but tastefully decorated Room. The bathroom was new and spotlessly clean. Shared kitchen facilities were available and this area was immaculate. We loved getting a tea or coffee without going out. The manager was excellent. Very helpful and caring. She made contact to give us directions and guided us into the bnb. She was very knowledgeable about tours and dining opportunities in Naples and sent through a range of suggestions. The bnb is close to main station and various Metro lines. The bnb is close to the old town. It has a lift, too!

Lovely place, well situated and the room we had was perfect for us. The common area was nice with a small fridge, free coffee and tea and filtered water. Communication with the B&B was easy and they were helpful in providing tips for places to eat, visit, where to park, and even places to wash clothes, etc. The only minus is while it states it includes a free breakfast: 1) It's an Italian breakfast i.e. one drink (coffee, tea or juice) and one sweet pastry (culture adaption needed as we are more of a yoghurt, fresh fruit, and eggs family :-)) and 2) it's served a cafe within a few minutes (<5min) walking distance from the B&B. The staff at the cafe are super friendly and the pastries were fresh and delicious, which we took as a afternoon snack. I would stay here again.

L’affichage de cet hébergement sur Expédia disait buanderie et coffre-fort mais ce n’était pas le cas. L’eau fraîche dans la cuisine était grandement apprécié. Endroit sécuritaire. Ascenseur petit mais pratique !

It a typical old city down town accommodation with a large balcony. The room/ bathroom was modern and clean. The building and surroundings give a real feeling of old Napoli and offer an easy access to train station and port.Our hostess Francesca was easy to reach and was super helpful. We recommend this place.

Our host had great communication. He texted us using WhatsApp to coordinate what time we would arrive to meet us. The location is 5 minutes walk from the train/bus stop. We took the train then transferred to a quick bus ride. Very convenient location esp traveling with 2 small kids. The hotel has a little elevator to lug up your luggage’s. The room is located on the 4th floor so we were thankful there was an elevator. It’s a shared space. They offer some pastries, juice, coffee, and yogurt for breakfast. Free use of the kitchen and filtered water available to refill your water bottle. Would recommend!

The staff was super nice, the place very clean; well located and a lovely cafeteria area with tea, coffee and biscuits. 2 things that spoilt it a bit: the breakfast was served outside the B&B and you were only allowed one Sri k one specific slize of only certain things. Also bear in mind the car park is paid-for;5 mn walk and 20 euros per day.

My family and I recently stayed at B&B Universita (August 2025). The room was perfect for a family of four and was very clean. There was also a kitchen located down the hall, which is especially very handy when traveling with kids. This was available 24 hours per day and there were always snacks, espresso, etc...Parking was also available right behind the building for a fee. Our host was very friendly, flexible, and communicated with very well with us prior to our stay. The location was very central as well and we walked to major sites in Naples within 5-7 minutes and felt very safe. We would certainly return.

People we communicated with were polite and helpful but there is no staff on site so it was all done via What’s App. A big disadvantage with no one there. “Breakfast” (pastries) arrived an hour later than advertised. Says 7, came at 8. Very dated and no space to put anything in the bath or room. Bathroom not cleaned well with mold in the shower. Would never stay there again.

This was a perfect little spot for me, my mom and sister to do an overnight in Naples between Sorrento and Florence. The rooms are in a residential building set back from the main busy street. The room was very clean, well appointed with comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and great AC. It allowed us to explore Naples safely and among locals in a unique way!

The property was in a good location for getting around Naples. We stayed in an executive room but it was basic. No safe and the bathroom wasn’t very clean in the shower area. Mould and someone else’s hair in the shower tray. The executive rooms are in a building away from main building. It was reasonably quiet so that was nice. We also thought we’d have a balcony but our room was the only one that didn’t. Shared kitchen was ok just used for making a drink in the morning.

Francesca was an excellent host; her communication was consistent, her knowledge of the area, where to go and what to do was extensive and she strove to meet our needs. Unfortunately the residents in the other two apartment rooms were quite noisy, at very late hours and the walls are thin. The shared entry magnified their noise. Also, the bathroom, although well laid out and updated, had lots of mould.

Great location for exploring the city of Napoli. Francesca was great to communicate with and provided recommendations of things to see/do during my stay. The only downside is the rooms are all connected to a small (private) hallway so when someone comes back in at night or leaves in the morning, you can hear them from your room (especially when they let the entrance door slam shut).

Wonderful host, lots of communication and advice on where to eat and best places to visit. Breakfast pastries were always a delight! We stayed at the property for 4 days. The hotel was in a fantastic location and easy to find when we arrived. The building was really secure and we felt comfortable going in and out of the B&B. The biggest benefit to booking this property was the host, Eleonora was very helpful in telling us all the details for getting to the property and met us for check-in. Eleonora then provided us with lots of information about the area and make some good recommendations. It was greatly appreciated and we would stay here again.

Francesca was an excellent host; her communication was consistent, her knowledge of the area, where to go and what to do was extensive and she strove to meet our needs. Unfortunately the residents in the other two apartment rooms were quite noisy, at very late hours and the walls are thin. The shared entry magnified their noise. Also, the bathroom, although well laid out and updated, had lots of mould.

We took the train then transferred to a quick bus ride. Very convenient location esp traveling with 2 small kids. The hotel has a little elevator to lug up your luggage’s. The room is located on the 4th floor so we were thankful there was an elevator. It’s a shared space. They offer some pastries, juice, coffee, and yogurt for breakfast. Free use of the kitchen and filtered water available to refill your water bottle. Would recommend!

Wasn't what was advertised. Room wasn't even one from any pictures. 'breakfast' was a handful of pastries - which were good quality at least - that were dropped off in a morning. On a positive, considering the area feeling unsafe, and the accommodation being a tad untoward... At least the door to the apartment had a good lock on it.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Communication via whatsupp was smooth and quick. It's a B&B which one have to remember, it's not a luxery hotel. But value for moneny is 5+ stars. Perfect location if you are continuing to the ferrys later on (15-20 min walk)

My family and I recently stayed at B&B Universita (August 2025). The room was perfect for a family of four and was very clean. There was also a kitchen located down the hall, which is especially very handy when traveling with kids. This was available 24 hours per day and there were always snacks, espresso, etc...Parking was also available right behind the building for a fee. Our host was very friendly, flexible, and communicated with very well with us prior to our stay. The location was very central as well and we walked to major sites in Naples within 5-7 minutes and felt very safe. We would certainly return.

Kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Unter B&B stell ich mir allerdings ein anderes Frühstück vor. Es gibt leider keinen Frühstücksraum, es wurde lediglich süßes Gebäck vor die Tür gestellt. Vom Personl wurde uns immer sofort weitergeholfen und gute Tipps gegeben.

Says 7, came at 8. Very dated and no space to put anything in the bath or room. Bathroom not cleaned well with mold in the shower. Would never stay there again.

Lovely place, well situated and the room we had was perfect for us. The common area was nice with a small fridge, free coffee and tea and filtered water. Communication with the B&B was easy and they were helpful in providing tips for places to eat, visit, where to park, and even places to wash clothes, etc. The only minus is while it states it includes a free breakfast: 1) It's an Italian breakfast i.e. one drink (coffee, tea or juice) and one sweet pastry (culture adaption needed as we are more of a yoghurt, fresh fruit, and eggs family :-)) and 2) it's served a cafe within a few minutes (<5min) walking distance from the B&B. The staff at the cafe are super friendly and the pastries were fresh and delicious, which we took as a afternoon snack. I would stay here again.

Local agradável e muito bem localizados, a recepção dos rapazes é super gentil e são muito solícitos. o café da manhã é excelente e os pães doces recheados são incríveis. Destaque para o iogurte de cereja e as torradas dentro do quarto. Recomendo e voltaria mais vezes, próximo ao porto e a estação Duomo, além de ser bem seguro.

The staff was super nice, the place very clean; well located and a lovely cafeteria area with tea, coffee and biscuits. 2 things that spoilt it a bit: the breakfast was served outside the B&B and you were only allowed one Sri k one specific slize of only certain things. Also bear in mind the car park is paid-for;5 mn walk and 20 euros per day.

I booked a hotel but ended up staying in a guesthouse. There was no reception, no elevator, no one to carry my luggage. Compared to Rome, I paid more, almost 100 euros more, there was no breakfast except for a few pieces of sweet bread and small packets of jam. There was no hot drink like coffee, tea, milk or even eggs and juice which is usually included in the hotel breakfast menu, but it was included when I booked. Overall, I did not have a pleasant experience at the hotel and I did not get the service I paid for. I gave these few stars because of Mr. Omi.
