Communication with management was terrible. They did not respond effectively to problems we were experiencing with our suite. E mails went unanswered and no updates provided.

The unit was very spacious. But, we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work properly in the living room and the windows wouldn’t open anywhere in the unit. So we couldn’t get any fresh air. Also the doors in the unit wouldn’t stay open (nothing to prop them open), so that was a pain.

the property was great location and very clean, but getting communication with the host was very bad. got charged for the parking but never manage to use it and had to pay for another parking.

Martin was amazing. He was the only staff that we ever saw. I feel like during our 4 day stay someone from the property should have reached out just to check on us.

Beautiful apartment in the centre of town, what’s not to like.!? ❤️ it was keyless entry and I had a little trouble getting the code on my IPhone but the girl at the other reception was so helpful and was able to sort things out for us and even followed up with a couple of messages to make sure that we were fine.! Definitely stay again and brilliant customer service. I don’t know the girls name or I would mention it here for some recognition.! 👍👍👍👍
