Check in, especially after hours, is non-orthox when compared to checking in at a hotel. If you FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS, it works very well. Property is very nice and modern and located in a supurb location. Very secure building and underground parking. Lots of amenities in the apartment and surrounding area. Staff was friendly, helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend.

Great location. Sheets on one bed and in closet were not clean. Took 1.5 days to get new sheets. Check in all done by email as no staff onsite.

We didn’t eat or do laundry at the condo only done the towels and dishes upon our checkout conditions. All good experience with the best of location. We will be back.

This is a private residence and rental. Very difficult check in. Furniture is shabby. One bedroom was stifling hot, could not control the overall temp. The window blinds did not shut to block the city lights at night. We asked for but did not receive wifi password until almost check out time! Water pressure was minimal and there were few working lights!

This is essentially an airb&b type condo. As such the check-in process is unique. Be sure to bring the printed directions emailed to you which will aid you in this. Also kind of odd that I had to go to the 37th floor to take the stairs to my room on 35. Whatever. Super convenient location near Union station and the convention center. While only a block or so from the station it is a little confusing which door to access as ‘ice’ is a multi building complex and ‘ice2’ is the tower in the center. Once in however (with an elevator and door fob) this place while small has everything you would want for an extended stay. Decent size cooktop, oven and refrigerator as well as a washer and dryer. Dinged a couple of stars on communication as there was a fire alarm at 2:30 am. After waiting downstairs for the all clear, noticed everyone headed back up to their rooms so I followed them. Just as I was back in bed and drifting off, only then did the alarm return with an all clear announcement. Grrr.
