First review I have ever left and it deserves a zero stars. The most disgusting and dissatisfying place for smell and cleanliness. Whoever’s position is in charge of attempting to clean the unit should be reconsidered. We placed dirty bath mats on balcony and dirty towels to help with smell. My wife and mother clean unit up and washed towels and linens. Again,ZERO STARS

The apartment was clean and bed was very comfortable. Would've liked to have soap/shampoo - we only had 2 small bottles that were partially used. Parking was gated so we felt very safe with multiple locked doors to gain access to the building. The office/common area downstairs was a nice perk.

The unit was clean and comfortable. It was great to have so much room - 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - rather than being in a hotel. It would have been nice if they supplied more shampoo (not enough for more than a shower or two and we had three people for a week), but not a big deal. Also, there is a lot of stuff stored in the closet that we had to move to hand our clothes. Other than that it was great. The building was safe, although we did have beggars outside the building door.

I didn’t like having to pay for parking. The black futon was broken and I almost hurt myself, thankfully I didn’t hop on it. Very clean,

This actual apartment building is called The Byron on Peachtree, on Google maps. This building is heavily gated making it very secure. There is an elevator and there are cameras everywhere. They have a nice lounge to hang out with friends, with free coffee and chocolate drinks! There is a gym. No swimming pool. Publix Super Market at Piedmont is just 5-6 mins of walk for groceries, pharmacy and deli food, which makes this place extremely family friendly and convenient. Georgia World Congress Center is a 7-8 min drive. Georgia Aquarium is about 5-6 min drive. There are 2 Marta train stations: Civic Center Station and North Ave Station, both in 2 min drive or about 7-9 mins walk. Lyft is super cheap to hire and is easily available in less than 5 mins, Lyft seemed cheaper than Uber when we were there. I would recommend that over driving. If you take the train, it would cost you less than $5 by train and around $35-$40 by lyft to the airport from this location. Airport is about 20 min by drive and 30 mins by train. But, we were recommended against taking the train in the late evenings for safety concerns. Emory Hospital is right opposite this building. Apartment restrooms did not have toiletries! Beds were comfortable. AC was working. TV had netflix and other options. Kitchen had all cutleries, cookware and appliances including dishwasher. Ideal for cooking at home. I DO NOT recommend their sofa bed and futon, 2BHK is apt for 4-5 people. Checkout time @ 10 am was INCONVENIENT.
