Los cuartos son un poco pequeños pero para nosotros fue cómoda la ubicación, pero muy limpios una ventaja que aunque es sencillo el desayuno bastante aceptable. Lo que si cuenta con un estacionamiento techado muy bien. Si regresaría sin duda.

Parece más motel que hotel ya que desde que llegas hay una lona que dice "Habitación expréss" con una imagen de un cuarto con tubos y la recepción es como caja de banco, es decir puro cristal. La habitación es de buen tamaño así como el baño pero falta mucha ventilación ya que las ventanas dan al estacionamiento pero está techado. A los 15 minutos de entrar a la habitación alguien intentó meterse con unas llaves, me imagino que eran empleados pero eso me creo desconfianza ya que traía mi laptop. Más tarde se empezaron a escuchar ruidos de una pareja que estaba teniendo relaciones en la habitación contigua. Fueron los únicos inconvenientes que tuve y después los 2 días restantes todo transcurrió con normalidad sin embargo no me quedó un buen sabor de boca ya que en las fotos el hotel se ve muy bien pero la realidad es bastante diferente. Cama muy cómoda, A/C silencioso y TV con Youtube y Netflix, en general si pude descansar bien.

Hotel Bonn's rooms are comfortable, clean, modern, nicely lit with thoughtful amenities such as hairdryer and iron the TV has Netflix and Amazon, perfect for relaxing in a comfortable bed after enjoying Mexico City to its fullest. Good value for money especially with breakfast included and 2 pm checkout is appreciated.

Was in CDMX for a few a days and booked Hotel Bonn quite last minute. Was actually better than i expected, once in room quite clean and TV actually works (complete with Netflix, Amazon, etc). Fast internet. The buffet breakfast was actually surprisingly very good. The only comment i would say is that this is just slightly out of the way - it's about a 10 min walk from anything you'd want to go to. Saying that it's on a main road so Uber is very easy so this wasn't much of an issue.

The staff was great! I Stayed recently, and I liked it. The breakfast was decent. Room service cleaned my room everyday, and they had a happy hour, 2x1 cocktails from 5PM-7PM. The standard room doesnt have a mini fridge, which I think would've made the room better. Also, I think they need to update their sheets and maybe the lobby where you check in. Other than that, I thought it was good for the value, and I felt pretty safe in that neighbourhood.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, sin embargo la atencion de recepción es deplorable, al igual que el estacionamiento, le di un golpe a mi coche, era más facil decir que tenian otro estacionamiento y no hacerme meter allí en un espacio que no es nisiquiera un lugar. El desayuno muy rico, el cuarto muy comodo y tienen netflix incluido lo cual me encantó. Aire acondicionado delicioso y articulos de baño muy completos.

Let’s start with the positive, the breakfast staff were pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The staff at the front desk indifferent. When we checked in we were given our room key with no information on where breakfast was and when, wifi, amenities. They never acknowledged us upon arrival or departure in the entire week we were there. The breakfast staff were pleasant but they quite often ran out of food. Breakfast started at 7 and went until 12. We often arrived at 8, but they were out of bread and fruit by then. The housekeeping were not quite up on refilling soaps and shampoos. We even left the lid off the soap dispenser in the shower, but they just put the cap on it without refilling it. The walls are paper thin. We were unlucky enough to have some very noisy neighbours and we were constantly woken up by them either coming in late at night, or talking on their phones. At the end of the day I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Todo estuvo muy bien, estuve 3 noches, se nota que no hace mucho lo remodelaron, estuvo limpio, creo que el espacio de la habitación está muy bien aprovechado, el desayuno tipo buffet que incluyen es suficiente... lo único es el ruido, el exterior y el de dentro del hotel: como se encuentra entre avenidas se escuchan todos los autos que pasan, además, se escucha todo de las habitaciones vecinas: cuando abren (pareciera q es tu habitación la que están abriendo), cuando platican, si ven la tele, es el único detalle.

Soy cliente frecuente de este hotel por ser un lugar seguro, limpio y con instalaciones cómodas; sin embargo, en esta ocasión y en un par de veces más los recepcionistas solo del turno de la noche han sido muy groseros y el servicio que deben dar deja mucho que desear, en esta reservación al hacer el check in sin ofrecer alguna excusa o disculpa me dieron una hab de la sección utilizada de paso, solo me indicaron que no habían hecho el apartado y que solo les quedaban habitaciones de esas y que sino la quería que cancelara la reservación y hablara a hoteles.para que me hicieran el reembolso. Esas habitaciones no tienen las mismas comodidades que las de hospedaje y el costo desde luego no es igual. Fue muy molesto enfrentarme con un recepcionista negativo y desconsiderado de los huéspedes, no ofreció ninguna alternativa y solo insistía en que el no habían tenido culpa y que los que me tenían que resolver son los de hoteles.com

For the price we paid for was very worth it. We needed something close to Pepsi Center and this hotel this it’s job. Room was very clean, Breakfast was very good too, with a variety to choose from. Morning shift were very kind and professional. Afternoon/ night shift not so much… one of the nights we wanted to try out it’s restaurant and bar, but once we entered we were greeted by the bartender who was dying her hair… we sat down but then we immediately left because the smell of the chemicals of her hair were really stinking up the place :( very unprofessional. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars but just because of this incident I can’t.

The property is amazing for the price, however the front desk for me as english speaker was absolutely horrendous. They would not try to meet me half way at any time. I know a bit of spanish but when inasked them to speak slower they would not. I hate to say it but they acted as if they dont like americans. If you are fluent in spanish i recommend this place it is clean, modern, and affordable just do not expext any effort from the front desk. * The rest of the staff was helpful and courtious.

The breakfast was great each day and it's not too far from the World Trade Center or the airport maybe 20 minutes. In CDMX everything seems far. The front desk guys and lady serving drinks seemed as if they hated life. The rooms are small but cozy and it's quite quiet for the location. Plenty of restaurants around and Uber eats rappi deliver food as well. It's cheap hot water just wish they had better Internet.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, sin embargo la atencion de recepción es deplorable, al igual que el estacionamiento, le di un golpe a mi coche, era más facil decir que tenian otro estacionamiento y no hacerme meter allí en un espacio que no es nisiquiera un lugar. El desayuno muy rico, el cuarto muy comodo y tienen netflix incluido lo cual me encantó. Aire acondicionado delicioso y articulos de baño muy completos.

Was in CDMX for a few a days and booked Hotel Bonn quite last minute. Was actually better than i expected, once in room quite clean and TV actually works (complete with Netflix, Amazon, etc). Fast internet. The buffet breakfast was actually surprisingly very good. The only comment i would say is that this is just slightly out of the way - it's about a 10 min walk from anything you'd want to go to. Saying that it's on a main road so Uber is very easy so this wasn't much of an issue.

I have stayed here multiple times. AC is cold, room service is great and outlets and more outlets. I always book the queen size which includes breakfast. Get there early or they run out of food. Ubers are easy to catch.. the community is Escandón, and is about 10 miles in any direction to popular tourist spots. I walk around the area and grab quick snacks or sweet bread. I loved coming back and my room is always clean and the hotel is also always clean. The staff is very friendly. Never have I run out of hot water. If you like to save a few bucks stay here. It is clean, safe and comfy. The bed could be a bit softer.. but other than that I will stay there again in the future.
