Centra Wharf

My experience was wonderful!!! I had such a traumatising previous experience from a bNb and these guys restored my confidence… what they advertise is the real deal !!! trust me when you see the property so clean so comfy…. they are so attentive and everything I mean everything you need whether for a short or long stay is provided… microwave, a fridge, a fan, heating, tv, wifi, iron, ironing board, everything!!!! I was so pleased… I am definitely going back, I just pray I’m lucky enough to get my available dates… Thank you so much Nilgun for being a wonderful hostess x x Please guys keep it up!!!

Very warm welcome to the property, very apologetic that the TV remote wasn't in the room due to it breaking in the last visit and ordering a replacement that day, nice place to get your head down and sleep and a very short ride to excel centre (5 minutes walk to the tube stop, 10 minutes via tube to excel)

Easy access to local tube station, terrace room basic but clean, good size with open plan kitchen, ideal for a one night stay (number 7) however very noisy at night

Room is clean, tidy, bed is comfortable apart from the small space for toilet.

I did not get information on access to the studio after booking. Luckily, a nice & helpful cleaning lady contacted the manager. Small studio (not the size of the one in the picture, I expected that) but very clean & tidy. In a good area, close to DLR tube. Good shops & take aways around. Windows lock was broken, not a problem because it is summer time. Good microwave/oven, good fridge, iron, excellent shower, hot water. Excellent bed/mattress. Fan, basic cuttleries.

As it was an apartment there was a cooker and utensils. Everything I needed was there. The bathroom was small but had a large shower. Plenty of clean towels too. The bed was comfortable though I prefer to have a sheet as well as a duvet (long legs, feet get cold).

Beared no resemblance to the pictures, was noisy, washing machine and tumble drier were in hall way, in use early morning. Bathroom tap was loose, tiny window which even though the room was hot couldn’t leave open as its ground floor facing road! Room was tiny

Have to be clear - the apartment was excellent, but the check-in experience was chaotic. Hotels.Com don't make it clear you need photo ID to check in, via a WhatsApp message on the CW phone number, itself not easy to find on the booking sheet. However once that's sorted, the place I had was warm, comfortable, all the amenities with washing machine, oven, microwave, big tv etc - ideally suited for needs during my stay. Look forward to being there another time!

Booked it to get away from the cold and stress at home with my partner and it was difficult to find the property in the beginning but then once spoken with the landlord it was easy, it shouldn't be that difficult to find and enter a property that had been booked in advance. Kitchen area was not used, only the bathroom, bed and terrace was used. No sofa as shown online so not satisfied with that.

Although the location was absolutely perfect for our trip (and easy to get to the O2), there was no communication of how to get into the property until I decided to call the number on the booking. We were on the ground floor at the back and the ceiling was very weird as had sky lights that had been covered over and if you’re a light sleeper, take earplugs as it’s next to a main road and London airport is very close by. But all in all, a good location & clean.

The room perfect for what was needed , a quick place to sleep after work's Christmas party. I emailed through to let them know when I was coming and was greeted with a smile. Comfy bed in a very quiet room , was impressed with how clean the room felt. The price reflects the quality of finish you are going to get, I was only looking for a place to rest my head so this was perfect for my requirements at a sensible cost .

Our stay was great because we literally only slept there. Arrived and the wonderful cleaner let us in. We dropped out overnight bags and left. Gone again next morning by 9am. The place was clean BUT WOW it needs updating.

The cleaning lady was very nice!! However this property is click bate. The pictures you are shown of the cute little studio with a kitchenette and yard is not at all what you get. Of course when I booked I wasn’t paying much attention to the other pictures for the booking. I just assumed they were the same as the ones advertised. Over all the place was very clean. However it was by far the loudest room I have ever stayed in. There is zero installation and you can hear every step of the person staying above you. Which again I had no idea that someone would even be above me. Also make sure you book with the card you intend to use for the charge. Again I had no idea this wasn’t a “hotel” situation where you can change your card upon arrival. The host was of absolutely no help when I asked to use a different card. All they said was they already charged the one on file and wouldn’t even let me try and pay another way. Called a representative for Hotels.com which were also not of very much help. Spend the money to stay somewhere else. I should’ve looked better into the reviews so it is also my fault for booking in the first place. I wish I would’ve taken photos to add to this review but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough on the day we needed to check out.

Walls are paper thin, heard everything in the building and outside- noisy and did not feel safe at all! The door has an electric key, the door itself was thin and could easily be kicked in- no feeling of safety at all. Personally, as a woman travelling on my own - I wouldn't recommend at all.

Noisy room, can hear everything in adjacent rooms especially footsteps, loud enough to awaken from deep sleep at 4am.

do not stay at this place, completely mis-information on pictures, you think your getting a 2 bed apartment and we got 2 box rooms, we only stayed for 1 night out of the 3 and moved to another place, smelt of sewages.complained to expedia for a refund on the nights we didn't stay but no joy. avoid this place at all costs.

Agent refused refund of any sort, i was willing to accept a partial refund and they refused that as well. 0/0 I will never return to this listing.

The furnitures in the pictures online were different from the actual. For example, the couch, the fridge and the dining table. It was also noisy inside.

It’s not clear on hotels.com this is how you check in. If your not used to city noise, bring ear plugs, otherwise a great little stay

The place was very nice and clean and the woman working there was extremely nice and had great hospitality

Would not recommend this property, myself and my friend felt unsafe the whole safe. We had someone shouting and threatening to kick doors down, I messaged the property, they replied saying ‘ Unfortunately, as the hotel is managed remotely during the night, there is limited physical assistance we can provide.’. I would recommend to stay else where.

Asked for key instructions which never came! At 10:30pm a txt was sent although not received until11:45pm due to no signal. Had arranged with the owner to call at midnight to get the key (when I’d have a signal) only to see the txt they’d sent said they needed photo ID!? What’s that all about. Call owner as arranged and got no reply!! Had to book a hotel elsewhere or I’d have been sleeping on the street 😠 Following day they hadn’t even read my txt for a refund. NOT happy!!!

Manager has an excellent customer service. Very kind and helpful always with a smile.

Don’t go here, absolutely awful. I ended up not staying because they didn’t answer the phone, so didn’t know the code for the door. The front door was open and all I could hear was shouting and screaming. Felt quite unsafe.

The property is in a good location to get to the o2 arena. There was no checkin information shared so it meant it was stressful to arrive at the property. The flooring was chipped which lowered the standard and would have caused damage if stubbed feet on the flooring.

I stayed here for a concert in the O2. Only a 10 min uber to arena and felt safe walking in the area at night. Staff are very helpful if you need anything and rooms are secure.

Very happy perfect for work trip

This is great for short-stays only. I had a concert at the O2, so I only stayed for one night. It’s small, the walls are quite thin, and it doesn’t feel too safe.

Nothing like the pictures. Okay if you just need a room for a gig at the O2. The cleaner lady was very helpful.
