I highly recommend this place if you need to travel in to the centre of York or for the race course as Uber where very cheap. It’s also very accessible from the out skirts of York if you’re traveling in. Very clean house with 2 parking spaces and plenty of room to park on the road I’d highly recommend this place.

perfect location, a mile or so from Poppleton Bar park & ride and whilst it’s in a housing estate, it’s quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbours. The property had everything we needed, the kids loved the hot tub & we generally had a top time

The house was better than pictured. Lovely and clean, large hot tub. Large garden. The sun was shining for most of our stay which was glorious. Parking for two cars and on street. Plenty of glasses and mugs etc, comfy beds and an extra toilet which was handy. Loved it would deffo stay again.

We had a great stay while in York visiting the University, The house was everything it said it was, spotless and only a short taxi or bus run into the city. The hot tub is immense and really lifted the experience. If its cool out you may want to nip the heating up or take a throw but it doesn't detract from a lovely stay, one we'd look to do again

Quiet location. Local bakeries and pubs are walkable. The house was secure and nice, but a bit more tired than the photos let on. The bed linen and towels were hotel standard. You can bus to town easily, or the best park and ride is Poppleton Bar, which is about 10 mins drive away.

Such a brilliant property. We were a group of 8 and we were more than comfortable. We had a few very minor issues but they were easily solved and the lovely team at the end of the phone could not do enough to help. The house was perfect for us throughout. The hot tub was a great addition and we will absolutely be back!

Lovely house with everything you will need for a break. Quiet area, with a short walk to the bus route into the city centre. Only thing we would say is they need to upgrade the pillows, but apart from that it's perfect.

This is a good sized 3 bed house. 3 double bedrooms and plenty of space for us (fam of 4) to stay in. Downstairs toilet was helpful and the hot tub was an added bonus. This was permanently switched on so no need to faff with anything. Shower was good. had a decent bath too. Communication with owners was quick and easy. keysafe outside was ideal to use. Garden was big enough. neighbours either side but not at the bottom so didn't feel overlooked. location was great. 5-10 min walk to local row of shops/cafe/takeaway. Bus stop (catch the no1 into town) making it ideal location. Uber charge around £7 daytime fee into York center.

Beautiful home in peaceful area. Close to transport links in York centre, although note for future guests, uber was often cheaper than combined cost of bus for us all. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of kitchenware. Nicely decorated with well appointed bedrooms with good mattresses and nice linens. Would definitely stay again.

This house was lovely, it was perfect for our family of 4. We had so much space, a lovely garden for our dog to enjoy. It had everything we needed. Stayed here over the weekend for a hen do, there was 7 of us. Plenty of space for all, the house is in a perfect spot, very close to local amenities and a quick Uber ride into town, which we did on the Saturday. Weather was perfect to sit in the garden and enjoy the hot tub. House was beautiful and clean, would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in peaceful area. Close to transport links in York centre, although note for future guests, uber was often cheaper than combined cost of bus for us all. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of kitchenware. Nicely decorated with well appointed bedrooms with good mattresses and nice linens. Would definitely stay again.

This house was lovely, it was really comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed in terms of cooking items which was useful. There was plenty of space to park on the drive way. The garden was spacious and the hot tub was a welcome addition to the weekend. Hosts were responsive and helpful throughout. We had a lovely stay here!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this house. The house was clean and well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. Parking was easy and it was not far to drive to the car parks for York city centre. The host was easy to communicate with. We'd be happy to stay here again.

Myself and family stayed for the weekend and we felt right at home. Cosy, beautiful house. Rooms were comfortable and the dining area great for our family meal. Short drive to the town centre which was perfect. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.
