I was concerned about the proximity to a busy street and lots of bars, but inside it was very restful and felt like a sanctuary of sorts. Actually I enjoyed being able to go out and have everything within walking distance. The city felt safe even after dark to walk around. It was a good place to land with breakfast and friendly staff.

AMAZING location. Near everything (clubs, restaurants, etc) and walking distance from all the hot spot beaches. Room was slightly tight but overall it was well kept and somewhat clean, I did appreciate the AC unit in the room as it does get super muggy in PV. Shared bathrooms were overall clean but there was some sort of fly that gravitated to the humidity when showering- small but plenty of them on the ceiling they don’t bite or bother you but something to point out. Didn’t have breakfast as I was still sleeping when it was being served but for sure available, you do have to notify the receptionist when you’re in the kitchen area so the ladies from the upstairs floor can get bring it down to you!

You know... this was the only affordable place we could find on short notice. So, yes, you get what you pay for. However, the listing indicates they have breakfast, but that was not the case. The rooms are very outdated, but the AC and one light bulb did work. I could hear everyone in the building at some point either talk, snore, fart, or just poop. The restrooms didn't have TP at some point during our stay. I'm not happy giving this review...but some of the other reviews just were not accurate.

Excellent value for money. There’s no doubt about that. It’s inexpensive, but for a reason—you get the basics, and that’s it. The room is extremely minimal and the facilities feel a bit dated, but everything was clean and functional, and I had everything I needed. No insects or issues like that. The staff was also very kind. The only real downside for me was the noise coming from the bars and PV nightlife but I knew that when I booked, and earplugs helped a lot. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat: right in the middle of everything and close to all the action. Overall, great option if you want a clean, simple place in an unbeatable location.

Professional,polite, and efficient check in. Great location on Lazo Cardenas with balcony off 2nd floor common dining area to relax in. Rooms are basic and clean with decent bedding and AC.
