This property is very nice and the staff is also very friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was that the ice machine was out of order our whole stay and we had to go to other floors for ice. This became a issue because waiting on the 1 elevator that worked took quite a bit of time. Other than that the stay was pleasant and relaxing.

DO NOT STAY HERE! We had our vehicle broken into within an hour of check in as did another gentleman within 30 mins of him checking in. Cameras on property can’t make out type of vehicle or plates. Hotel staff was notified not long after the break-in and did not call the police. When I questioned why the police were not called in our vehicle was left broken into for over 12 hours putting it at risk for more stuff to be stolen or potentially the vehicle itself stolen we are told that they called the Constable at 11 PM and 7 AM. I found that to be a lie because the Constable‘s office is only open 8 to 5 so there is no way that they were able to call. I did call and verify with them that there was no report of the break-ins to the Constable‘s office as well or any other agency to include PD or SO. I did question if break-ins are a comment occurrence at this hotel, and I was told by the staff that it was, but because they had signs in their parking lot for people not to leave valuables in their car that that should’ve suffice for that not being disclosed. I ask what Security measures Were taken to prevent this common occurrence and save people the stress expense and aggravation, and was told that their poor cameras were there only Security deterrent. The hotel refused to refund my stay after I ask because I wanted to go stay somewhere else in fear that it would continue to happen And I had spent a lot of money on repairs for my truck.

The hotel was convenient to the highways to get around but the pool was very small my refrigerator in the my room did not work I thought my room was going to be cleaned it was not the room attendant only pulled up the blanket I had to go every day to get clean towels and wash cloths The breakfast was okay the fruit was not fresh every day and water was only given out in a dispenser that was on the front desk I had no clue as to when and how long it was in the dispenser the equipment in the gym was broken I know every hotel is different but usually I have been given bottles of water when I have stayed abroad or not to have water in a dispenser and it not be cold in Texas is ludicrous and to have a pool outside in Texas is ludicrous to me it was 100 degrees if I wanted hot water to swim in I could have taken a hot shower or bath Really

Staff was great! Broken elevator for entire 6 day stay. Seems owner is too cheap to get it fixed. Left empty pizza box in laundry room trash and after 3 days it was still there. When first checking in, we discovered bathroom light would not turn off and no remote in bedroom. Moved rooms.

One of our worst hotels. Pool was green with filthy water and cigarette butts floating Breakfast was cold eggs in cold bowl with burnt meat something. Staff was unconcerned with our requests and when told about the pool, just said ok. Bar not open because the front desk said they forgot to renew the liquor license. Was told they didn’t do housekeeping every day, no trash removal. Furnishings were nice and room looked good but untrained and uncaring staff made the trip almost comical. Hotel maintenance is not a concern for this property. Look elsewhere.

I had been at the hotel with a very similar hotel with the same name. I wanted to book one more night and because of the name I chose this one by accident. First off the area is in a loud and busy area of town. Secondly, the outside landscape and lawn have not been mowed or cared for in a long time. Mosquito heaven. Third. When you walk in the smell of mold is evident. After I checked in and was waiting for the elevator, I saw it. Black mold on the wall up by the ceiling. The room was clean. Thankfully I didn't smell any mold there or I would have had to leave due to my allergies. Some of the lights flickered at times and would go on and off. Because of how the bathroom was configured, there is no room for a toilet paper holder so the roll just sits on the counter. The walls are super thin. So thin that I could hear evertime the neighbor got a text and I woke up to him having a long conversation with someone. At checkout time I waited for a long time because there was no one at the desk. The moldy smell was being covered by some candle or room freshener scent.One of the housekeepers saw me and went and got the front desk clerk. When she arrived she quickly checked me out. I suspect the property had been damaged from the last hurricane and was still in recovery mode. I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

I only stayed for one night and at first glance my room was nice. I however noticed when I turned on the light to the bathroom that there were 2 roaches running for cover. I then also noticed that there were also roaches on the work station/desk. I have my back in a plastic back with all of my clothers in it to make sure that I did not bring any of those things to my home. I did let the staff know and the lady that I told did not seem to care at all. I was in room 409.

The hotel elevators - one was out of order and the other was dirty. The room was clean, no issues. The following morning breakfast was an absolute nightmare. Below is a copy of the email I sent along with photos,to the manager and corporate. I am writing this letter to you to inform you as the general manager of the Hyatt Pl., Houston Northwest Cy-Fair, your morning staff In the breakfast area has failed you and the Hyatt brand miserably. As you can see from the pictures attached the food that was out for your patrons was inedible. The kolache’s resembled more of horse excrement than they did a kolache. The sausage resembled hockey pucks. Actually, they were so hard you could carbonate them. Your oatmeal resembles cookie dough before it’s baked plus you have non-paying guest in the form of roaches. There are photos attached so you don’t have to just take my word for it. You can see them for yourself. This is the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen and I’ve traveled for over 28 years for business. Motel six puts out fresher, and more appetizing items than this. I did inform the front desk and she stated that she would also contact you. I let her know that in my personal opinion, the food not only was not edible, but should be removed from service Immediately. I’m forwarding a copy of this to Hyatt corporate, as well as the site I used to book my room, so as to not recommend this hotel in the future. I am also going to contact the Houston health dept.

the rooms was dirty and there was bed bugs on one of the two beds, to make it worse, there was nasty hair on sheets and it wasn't from the head either!! My rating is the worst - I expected so much better being a Hyatt property. The reception area was unorganized and didn't look professional at all. Not a happy guest!

The walls are paper thin and you can literally hear your neighbor snoring all night. We both slept terribly because the person on one side was snoring like a grizzly bear and the other person was watching TV at maximum volume. Wouldn’t stay here again for that reason alone.

Clean hotel the only thing is you can hear everyone next to your room. Each night it was something different it was either the kids next door, people arriving at 2 am drunk and noisy, someone snoring that was not in my room, or someone else's alarm at 5 am! Clean but you hear everything!

At the arrival we got room keys and when we opened the room there was someone already there!! Their dog came out than the people. Really akward and unacceptable. Receptionist didn’t even apologize for it, just gave us another room. Breakfast on Sunday was until 10am, we went down at 9:20 and there was almost nothing there! No plates, only 2 forks left, no hot food, no juice, no napkins, no coffee. Wouldn’t recommend it!

The staff was really helpful when we arrived on Christmas Eve only to find my daughter never actually pressed the "book" button on the website so she didn't have a reservation. The front desk staff went tright to work to find her a room. Very pleasant all the while. I enjoyed the breakfast. It had quite a selection. The only thing I found to not be as expeced was the bathtub in the "handicap accessible" room. I had recenly had foot surgey and was not able to sit in a tub. I was expecting a walk in shower.

Staff had no idea how to book rooms. Gave me 2 different rooms, key opened door they were occupied. Finally got a room, next night someone else entered my room, said it was theirs. Then front desk called in an accusatory voice told me I was in the wrong room. Where do I start. We prepaid with Expedia and arrived to the Hotel around 10:30pm. After unloading the car and waking the kids up we proceeded to the entrance to find the front doors locked. No one was at the front desk. We tried to use the intercom system and did not get an answer. We called the hotel several times, no answer. After about ten minutes of waiting another family showed up and we told them our dilemma so they started calling as well. *Note: When we first arrived a large sketchy looking guy walked out of the lobby while we were unloading smoking something (not a cigarette). After 15 minutes of waiting outside the same sketchy individual is walking through the lobby. He must have entered through a side door. At this point we're beating on the door. Of course sketchy dude doesn't come to the door, but instead hops on the elevator. Exactly two minutes later a guy dressed in jeans, crocs, and a hoodie comes to the door and unlocks it. He proceeds to my disbelief, to say " checking in". I was in total shock, like dude, you work here? So, I give him a once over, dudes eyes are super red, like I can't tell if he was high or asleep. He steps behind the counter and I tell him that we were outside for almost twenty minutes. His response was, well I'm the only one here, sooooo.

Our room blinds somehow were unplugged. Receptionist lady came and had to get a stepladder. She managed to plug the blind unit in ao we could open and close the blinds with ease. During this episode she was very pleasant and smiling. She had a great attitude and personality. Kudos to her.

The room had daily partial cleanings which was nice, but the front office staff was barely there and didnt answer the phone when i called from my room. Also, the breakfast was horrible. No eggs. Just biscuits, gravy, bacon, bread and cereal items, and yogurt. Good thing is the location is next to a tesla supercharger station, so great location for EV owners.

When we first checked in, our first room had a large blood stain high up in the bathroom wall. They changed our room and the second room had no tub plug. The agent did get us a tub plug. They only had 1 elevator working and all rooms were full so there’s was a lot of people staying in the hotel. The breakfast was fair. The waffle makers didn’t work well at all. They stuck to the plates and were gooey in the center. I was a bit disappointed in this hotel. However, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Likely won’t stay here again. I also got no receipt at check out or an email detailing charges.
