It was spring break so we expected it to be busy. The location was good, lots of great restaurants near by and was close enough the activities we had planned. Here are the things we didn’t like, the pool was crowded and often out of towels I had to ask for more towels 3 times one evening. A dirty towel was rolled up for use with the other “clean” towels, my 12 yr old son used it so he didn’t notice it was covered in what looked like black makeup. I didn’t feel comfortable using the other towels as I wasn’t sure if they were clean. When I called they prioritized our room being serviced. Which was nice. Breakfast was good but on the morning of check out we chose to eat in the dining room rather than take it to the room like we had the other day. My 5 year old was eating and it was 8:58am, they stop serving at 9 but if people are eating they are allowed to finish their food! A staff member came up to the table and took the plate from him! He was even holding it and she pulled it from his hands. I was across the room getting a napkin and was so dumbfounded I didn’t even know what to say. When I told the front desk they just said they would make a note of it. Well that didn’t fix the issue. My son didn’t get to finish his breakfast so when we left and I had to buy him breakfast. One of the reasons we chose to stay there was for the included breakfast

Great free buffet breakfast with made to order omelets and over 20 breakfast foods to chose from. The free evening reception was nice as well with unlimited drinks and snacks. The only complaint is that the pool wasn’t very clean. Water was not clear. Staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms felt like a small apartment and were clean. I didn’t hear any noise at all.

The staff was friendly at check-in, no complaints there. The room was comfortable and roomy. However, the grout was deteriorated in the shower and there was mold. The hotel was full and only 1 of 3 elevators were functioning. There were no signs to indicate that they were out of order so the waits were very long to get up or down and I was on a high floor.

We love Embassy Suites. The layout for breakfast here is really well organized. Great glow. The workout space was nice and great for pilates/ yoga. Also has a peloton bike and several treadmills. The pool was closed but looked nice.

Everything was good except I had to wait an hour for the essentials to make up the sofa bed. Van was amazing and so was the other young man that was there. The girls loved the pool and happy hour was a plus for the adults.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Hilton Name I booked a King Studio Suite expecting the comfort and quality associated with the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, my experience at Embassy Suites in Katy, TX fell far below expectations. The suite was extremely small and cramped. The refrigerator was not cold, which caused two bottles of champagne I had brought to go warm. I also experienced an allergic reaction to the feather pillows and down comforter, something that should be disclosed clearly in the room details. Housekeeping was another major issue. I had to beg for the room to be cleaned, and despite calling the front desk, they told me cleaning services were done for the day—yet no one ever came to clean the room at all during my stay. Things got even worse when I was in the shower and saw two cockroaches—one large and one baby—crawl over my clothes. I tried to grab my phone, dripping wet, but missed the chance to take a photo. They scurried under the sink. I reported it immediately, and when I informed the front desk, Meghan questioned me for proof instead of addressing the concern with professionalism or empathy. Her attitude was dismissive and made me feel unheard. Lastly, I called in advance to notify the front desk that we would need an extended checkout. Despite this courtesy, I was charged an extra $50 just to check out at 1 PM—a fee that felt excessive and unappreciative, especially given the series of issues we experienced during our stay.

The property was nice and my stay was pleasant. Everyone at the front desk was very nice. My only issue was when I got to the room there were dirty sheets on the bed. I called the front desk and they had new sheets sent up within the hour. Also some of the towels had spots on them. I called for towels but I think they bring them while I wasn’t there, when i came back and tried to request them again, no one showed up so I just used what I had. And the ice machine on my floor (8th floor) had mold in it. Very disappointed by that. But the room was decent besides that

I called and maintenance guy admitted they know they have blue tvs in some rooms and the only fix is replacement, which they have ordered. Would be 5 stars across the board but the staff will not help with even the simplest requests. 3 days every day we asked for coffee packets for the room because we are up and out early. We never did get the coffee. Staff said they would bring it but never did. The breakfast is all cold, however dining staff is great. As well as Gustavo in the bar.

Front desk reception are not friendly and will not go over the details for our stay. The front desk is the first face we see and its representing the hotel. Our experience was awful from start to finish. The rooms were very small. I was not able to sleep for 2 days due to very loud person on our floor. The noisy continue for 2 days. Everything was very nice until directly next door was a barking dog. It barked Friday night and Saturday. However, I went downstairs and reported it to the front desk. They immediately took action! The hotel is a chain; however, it was well above average. The hotel and room were very clean and fresh. The room was large in size, and the bed was comfortable. However, the breakfast was sub-par, especially the eggs - which were in edible. They must have been previously cooked well ahead of time, because they were cold and tasteless.

Staff always asking if they can get you anything. Wonderful folks. Big breakfast smorgasbord with a cook if you want an omelette or fried eggs ect. There is a lunch buffet menu in elevator for the week. Housekeepers do wonderful job of plenty of towels or whatever you need. Parking is safe Very easy to check in. I would say at this property you get more than what you pay for. Very respectful and Hilton honors members are greeted with a bag of stuff when you check in. Very quiet property. Higher floors on backside have a good view south of George Bush Park, not the freeway...

This one is ok. No covered parking though. The other one they have a little further down the freeway has a parking garage. When I flush the toilet and made a jackhammer type sound until the tank refilled with water, but other than that everything was pretty good. They had a lunch buffet for $12 that was all you can eat.
