This place is a dump, construction going on. inside the hotel looks like they don’t take care of too much. weeds growing all over the place, garbage cans full of garbage . Staff is pretty nice Outside and some stuff inside are awful I left a day early.

The staff here were absolutely amazing! They were very helpful and friendly. Now for the hotel itself, it was very outdated and kinda dirty. The wallpaper in the bathroom was all stained bright green, and the door didn’t lock. The pull out couch mattress was so old and dirty, it should’ve been replaced years ago. None of the lights worked on the one side of the room. The ice machine didn’t work on our floor so if we needed ice we had to walk downstairs and ask the front desk. The pool was tiny and dirty! The hotel itself was just an all around disappointment, I expected more from a Courtyard Marriott

Staff was friendly. Place looked industrial in location and exterior. Exposed pillars. Crap in the corners (dust, bugs) in public areas. Expensive food. Sweaty eggs. No diet Pepsi. Slow or broken ice machines. No fan. Could not access open pool without staff. Limited fitness room without wipes or a fan. Out of lots of breakfast items. Felt like a cheap motel with a shiney expensive food counter. Hard bed. Depressing. But nice people working in a crappy hotel. You shouldn't feel bad for the staff -;but I did. All guests looked like "we have made a mistake".

Everything was good, but the gym was like working out in a sauna. There were no yoga mats so couldn’t stretch or do sit ups. Needed a few more hand weights (sizes) also could use more weight machines or another bench.

Pool was out of Service for several months, we were not made aware until the day of travel. Stairs and elevator had a bad odor. Room was overall clean, staff was friendly. Where hotel was located seemed a bit rundown.

The property is not convenient to the falls. We had to walk back after the fireworks and the park light were not on. I did not feel safe. Room was fine but the outside of the hotel needs some tlc. Also they charge $10 for parking in an outside lot.

Not clen room, its actually wet all the carpet we felt like its wet. Clogged sink in the restroom, also not cleaned toilet bowl. Overall room cleanliness is not good. They do charge for parking front of the hotel is in under construction.

Convenient location close to the casino. Had another hotel not work out and booked a room here in a pinch and it did the job. The bathroom and pull out bed were pretty dirty and there was dirt up the walls even towards the high ceilings. Overall the hotel was pretty nice and quiet, just maybe needs some better house keeping.

The first room we were assigned didn’t look like it had been cleaned since the previous customer stayed there- the bathroom was clearly not cleaned. We were switched to a different room immediately but that a the room has an incredibly moldy shower curtain and a lot of dirt on the floor.

This hotel was located slightly outside of the Niagara Falls Park and away from most restaurants. A car was essential to visiting the park. We arrived early and checked our bags. Unfortunately, one bag contained a CPAP machine and the bag leaked most of our bags. According to my aunt, she had informed the staff to take care with this bag. With that said, I found the staff was generally kind and welcoming. An additional staff member may be helpful. The hotel appeared dingy in some spots with general wear and tear. The historical pictures were a good decor touch. Hopefully, the hotel will replace the drapes and carpet. The suite was not anything special. The pull out bed was flimsy. The room was missing a trash can and did not have reliable wifi. Due to security, a staff member had to let guest into the pool. Two members of our party had the chicken wings. I am told they were burnt and missed dipping sauce. I'm not sure if I could recommend this hotel.

The quality at the location was way below what I expect from a Marriott. Terrible tv reception and location was not very clean. Advertised soundproof rooms. But that was clearly untrue. It was very noisy. Slamming doors and kids running through the halls late at night. .

Arrived late from a long drive. Room was 68° when we arrived. Set thermostat higher, went to sleep assuming it would eventually kick in. TV had only local channels. Was told in the morning TV and heat would be worked on while we were out for the day. Came back around 8pm, neither issue was resolved. Staff didn't offer to move us to another room, I had to pursue the matter. Eventually, we were given another room, where the heat and TV worked fine. The lobby and other areas (pool out of order) of hotel are in a state of renovation. Noticed in both rooms, the towel near shower was plush and soft, however the other towels on rack were worn out and in need of replacement. The staff was friendly, just didn't meet expectations regarding resolving issues. The area is secluded, nothing within a couple blocks for snacks. Closest building looks to be a warehouse across the street.

Service was absolutely horrendous due to the person at front desk named “Jordan F”. There was no greeting and she was nothing but rude when asked why the room has not been cleaned. For the amount that was charged by the hotel, I would expect a clear explanation of the hotel’s policy (if there is one) of no towel change or removal of trash unless requested, not a rude, defensive remark by someone who works at the front in a service industry.

The staff at this property was amazing from the front desk to the Starbucks and eating place! They were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Parking was easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Kudos to the entire staff!

During check I had wait in the lobby for 10 minutes with no one at the front desk upon arrival. After checking in we went up to the room we were assigned to find that the room was still occupied, very embarrassing for the us and the people in the room not to mention a safety and security concern. After informing the front desk, the staff did not offer any type of upgrade or take accountability for the mishap. When we finally received our room we found it to be clean and modern however, the tv did not work. We let the front desk know and they had someone fix it for us while we stepped out for dinner. Two other notable items were; the pool was not available to use and you have to pay for parking.

This hotel was far from the falls and definitely NOT a $375 per night hotel. It was advertised to be 5 minute walk to falls. Not even in a nice area. But that being said, the management was very cordial, the room was comfortable and the hotel was clean.

This hotel is close to the falls but not directly in the hustle and bustle of all the traffic and crowds. The rooms are large with lots of bathroom counter space. I would stay here again.

Very clean rooms and polite staff. My only complaint about this place was that they need to consider adding a complimentary breakfast and coffee. They do advertise that breakfast is not free but that there is an onsite "restaurant". This is not entirely true however as it is a glorified Starbucks that had only 1 person working in the front both mornings we were there. The line for a cup of coffee in the morning was insane. Also, the coffee shop is closed after breakfast until dinner at 5 so if you think you'll be able to get a cup of afternoon coffee, you would be wrong as they don't even have complimentary coffee or hot water or anything available. I feel like this is generally pretty standard for most hotels so this was quite disappointing.

They charge you for daily parking! The cafe in the lobby closes during the day which is inconvenient. The rooms were decently clean! Hotel staff was very nice! The girl who worked the cafe was super cool! Would go back for her!!

Hotel is the definition of a diamond in the ruff. The area is all abandond manufacturing and is a bit run down. With that said, I felt safe with my family. The staff and hotel was amazing. I Was a bit skeptical, but they knocked it out of the park. Everyone who walked past asked how we were and if we needed anything. The room was clean and spacious. We also ordered breakfast from the lobby Starbucks/hotel kitchen and it was good. A touch pricey, but nothing beyond the expected hotel food costs. Overall, I would stay again.

This hotels pool isn't working and if you purchase breakfast with your stay better make sure you got it for everyone and not just one person in your room like they did me then had to pay 42$ for 2 breakfast to be added to my room... and the Starbucks drink I got was way too sweet and made by someone who obviously didnt know how to make it .. tased nothing like a white chocolate mocha...and coffe with cream was made like a latte.. also not correct...

First of all, the area is a food desert. The facility was fine, but the food options in the area are not great. Kudos to the one person who was working in the hotel restaurant - who had the responsibility of ALL of the duties to get food out to customers. Because she was the only one working, the menu was limited. She took our order, cooked the food, rang us up at the register....She was a sweetheart!!

Wow food ! Breakfast is not even what you can imagine small Starbucks coffe , with a sandwich for 2 days same no options and really cheap!! Dint like it at all need to go out to buy food there’s no restaurant on the hotel:( :/ not fair why you put pictures on the page of things not exists. POOR ABOUT FOOD DONT ADD NREADFAST ON YOUR RESERVATION!!!!
