Lovely and clean room, staff polite, rooftop bar is great! Only had breakfast but it was nice. Highly recommend for the hotel itself but it’s a shame about the location. I travelled with my friend and as two woman travelling together, we felt the need to take taxis at all times when leaving the hotel.

L'hôtel se trouve le long du périph mais depuis le rooftop, on entend pas trop la circulation qui, rappelons-le, est limitée à 70 km/h. Si vous ouvrez la fenêtre de votre chambre, là, vous avez le bruit mais pas besoin. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel est au petit soin avec les clients. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant de l'hôtel au rez-de-chaussée mais cela paraissait très satisfaisant. Nous avons testé le bar du rooftop. Franchement, les serveurs faisaient du bon boulot mais ils étaient débordés tant il y avait du monde le jeudi et le vendredi soir. Le boulodrome est vraiment sympa; nous avons fait de nombreuses parties avec nos enfants. Si vous n'aimez pas marcher un peu vous pouvez prendre le bus ou le tramway à proximité de l'hôtel, sinon vous pouvez rejoindre le métro, ligne 12 arrêt Jules Joffrin. J'allais oublier le photomaton Studio Harcourt dans la salle du bar ; cela permet de vous faire un souvenir de plus... cette salle offre la même vue (mais couverte) que le rooftop (vue sur le stade de France, Montmartre, la Tour Eiffel). Vraiment bluffant.

The hotel itself was beautiful and staff were always very nice. The rooftop bar had a pretty view of the city. One con of the hotel was the area, with this being a cheaper option for the city it’s not located in the best part of town. It was about a 10 minute walk to the metro station though to get to other parts of the city.

The bathroom smelled bad when I stepped in for the first time. I had to ask the staff to do something with it. The odder did disappear after that. In the next morning, I woke up just to find out that I had been sleeping with a bed sheet with big brown stains that look like somebody had a “accident” during their sleep.

Great quality hotel for the price. Rooftop bar and restaurant very nice, with outdoor area with lots of plants. You can sit and look at Sacre Coeur and the eiffel tower in the distance over your croissants. Rooms modern and had everything we needed. Not the most picturesque Paris location (our room had a view of the Peripherique, great if you love watching traffic) but only 20 mins walk up the hill to Montmartre and close to tram and metro stops.

Lovely spacious bedroom. Air-con, double glazing and blackout curtain all helpful for sleep. Large very comfortable bed. Walk in shower and useful things like kettle, coffee machine phone charging port and hairdryer. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was a treat. Great views.

Hotel personalet var venligt og imødekommende da vi ankom. Vi havde valgt deres næststørste værelsestype og havde håbet på at det var lidt mere lækkert end et gennemsnitligt hotel værelse. Vi fik et værelse ud mod hovedvejen, hvor vejen tydligt kunne høres døgnet rundt. Sengen på værelset var meget meget hånd og på ingen måder komfortabel. På værelset var det en plastisk stol samt tilhørende bord, så der var ikke noget behageligt sted at sidde på værelset. Da vi ankom fandt vi ud af at chromecasten ikke virkede og informere personalet om dette, de lovede at ville fixe det inden for den næste time. Det blev dog ikke fixet, så morgen efter gjorde vi opmærksom på dette, her lovede de igen at ville fixe det. Dette gentog sig i alle de fire dage vi var der, så ingen mulighed for at benytte cromecasten. De lovede at de ville kontakte os på mail, hvis ikke de kunne få det løst, vi hørte dog aldrig noget. Den næstsidste morgen lover de også at de ville ændre vores værelse til et andet, hvis ikke de fik det fixet i løbet af dagen, igen af delene lykkes dog. Ydermere er kvarteret omkring hotellet ikke særlig trygt.

We were supposed to stay in the best room they can offer, located in a Main Street where cars pass 24 hours. There was a big window that seemed to be locked but the cold air and sound from the street was coming from the small space they left between the window and the wall. I was cold and could sleep because of the sound of the cars what was very loudy. We had to seal the window with towels to have some calm in the room. In the morning I had to call 2 times to ask 2 capsule coffee and they said we’ll send in 5 minutes but none came. I had to go to pick them up by myself. To be the most expensive room in the hotel the comfort was not enough.

Overall very good stay at the hotel. Premises are fairly new with minimalist style. Room was clean and well insulated from noise. Friendliness and professionalism of the staff was very uneven. The vast majority was very helpful and welcoming, too bad that some male attendants at the front desk performed poorly. Very good service at the restaurant situated at the top floor with good value for money for the food. Distance from hotel to the next subway station is a little bit of a stretch.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly and always acknowledged your arrival or departure each day. Theres a good bus service just around the corner which takes you to alot if the major tourist attractions and plenty of shops, restaurants and eateries in the area. The only issue was there was no door on the bathroom so whilst having a shower the other person couldn't walk pass to the toilet and the area surrounding the hotel is a little unsavoury but we never felt unsafe. An overall lovely hotel and we would defiantly stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the bar was nice. However, it took over an hour to check in and the reception staff were more interested in interacting with their colleagues than customers. The area around the hotel felt unsafe with people selling random used items on the pavements outside which attracted crowds.

We dropped our luggage at 10am and registerend our arrival. Room was not available yet (from 15h) so we decided to explore the city. Around 11pm we returned to the hotel to check in and they very simply told us there was no executive room available and they wil give is a basic room and two drinks in the morning as a compesation. He told it like it was the most normal thing. Without any apologies or so. We booked the executive room in june allready. They asked us to sit down and left us waiting for more than 30 min and couldn't come up up with a solution. I was getiing a bit impatient because we were very tired and 2 of the 3 staffmembers were making fun of me in french. I asked the guy if we could cancell the room because I was not feeling welcome at all and he said it was ok. When we walked out 2 of the 3 staff members were staring and laughing with us again. Very funny... We had to quickly book another and more expensive room in another hotel at the other side of the city. We highly recommend to let the staf follow some customere care training because there was clearly non at all.

A experiência na recepção foi uma das piores que já tive pelo mundo. O recepcionista foi muito atrapalhado, cobrou valores superiores ao da reserva, demorou quase 1 hora para finalizar o check-in e quase 5 horas da tarde chegou a dizer que teríamos que esperar mais porque não tinha quartos disponíveis. E além das diárias pagas, bloqueou mais 200 euros no meu cartão. O funcionário Juan acabou substituindo o recepcionista enrolado e concluiu o nosso check-in. O local em em volta do hotel está repleto de moradores de rua. E cheio de feira de troca- troca.

Arrived on Friday 31st. Guy on reception was very friendly and helpful. You pay a despot which is returned when you leave , and also your tourist tax is taken at the same time (obv non refundable ) . Lovely and clean rooms , tea and coffee , good hairdrier .

The hotel was lovely, and the room was very nice, though a bit small. The surrounding area didnt feel very safe. We had planned to walk to the metro every day, but never felt comfortable walking outside, and ended up having to book rides, which cost us a lot of extra money.

Het hotel zelf is prima en personeel vriendelijk. We hadden een geschakelde kamer, zoals geboekt al moesten we die nog wel even open laten maken. De directe omgeving van het hotel is wel wat ruig te noemen met heel veel straatmarkten, elke dag op een andere plek. Liet een hoop rotzooi achter. Je bent wel zo in het centrum van Montmartre en met de auto is dit hotel perfect aanrijden.

The hotel is surrounded by a homeless population gated under the bridge of about 55 people who do blackmarket swapping daily, it is not a safe place to walk about for women alone. They do charge based on room plans which are not explained online, so make sure breakfast is included as they will act as it is. You get your own water from the reception or 8th floor. The rooftop outside has beautiful views and the food is okay but runs out quickly. There was not enough toiletries, towels, cups etc but upon asking were provided. They advertise room service and have a button on the phone for it but while there they had none. Some staff were kind and accommodating and others it felt like we were an inconvenience. We did not get a great vibe here. Upon checking out a surprise $140 charged for taxes etc and something they claimed we ordered and did not pay for but that was not the case. The Sunday brunch was amazing! $35 per person

Photos of the proper are deceiving. The hotel staff was friendly as well as the Kitchen staff on the main floor. The 8th floor bar had limited choices. The glass water container was full of stains and particles. Do not order the onion fritters from the 8th floor. They were overcooked and burnt. The manager refused to recook or substitute the item. The only option was to pay for burnt food. We never received our drink orders and left frustrated, disappointed and likely never to return. There is no where to upload photos. Pictures are worth a thousand words. Customer service and being treated like you matter is important to everyone.

Lovely service and a clean, spacious room. We just couldn’t get the room to cool down and it was too hot. The roof top bar is a great viewpoint and the a la cart food is decent if you don’t want to go out. The breakfast buffet was okay. The games to play up there are a nice touch when you have a bit of time. There were a lot of sellers lining the street when we came in which wasn’t the most comfortable way to enter a new place, but there was no bother and it was cleaned by morning.
