We booked last minute for St Andrews so this was one of the few properties left that had an opening. It was a little more expensive than I would have liked to pay, but the room was big and the bed was comfortable (albeit a bit on the small side for two people). We were in their other building across from the main hotel. There were a lot of stairs which was fine for us but could be an issue for others. The parking situation wasn’t ideal. There were apparently free spots somewhere but they were never open so we had to keep feeding the meter during our stay (be sure to have coins!). The hotel is on one of the main streets so on one of the nights it got a bit noisy. The included breakfast was pretty decent. All in all probably one of the nicer hotels in St Andrews.

We loved the location…Bedroom was amazing…we only seen two members of staff in the hotel on our stay but they were great..we were very disappointed the restaurant wasn’t opened,we got told it closed in 2022 and didn’t ever open again…. But breakfast was very good..we would definitely give the hotel a 5* but there was no atmosphere in the hotel very quiet nobody using the bar area…so it felt more like a 5*apartment…

Nice hotel and spa facilities are included which is great. Breakfast is delicious. Room was spacious and clean, however the bed was very uncomfortable. It was two singles pushed together but the mattresses were different heights so was a very wonky/uncomfortable nights sleep. Also a shame the bar was closed even though it says it’s open on weekends (we were there on a Friday)

An amazing experience from start to finish, the staff are friendly and went the extra steps to ensure we had a great stay, Lovely Spa to chill out in, The room was luxurious with everything you could need, Delicious breakfast and as an added extra the coffee van over the road makes tasty coffee which is free to residents for the whole of the stay, Free parking car park next to the building We will stay again next time we’re in St Andrews

Spa is no longer available without purchasing a treatment. We booked and paid way too much to not have this offered any longer due to new ownership. No AC meant windows had to stay open allowing bees and wasps inside and very loud due to traffic and birds. Our room was located across the street and on the 3rd level with no assistance with luggage up a tight spiral staircase.

The hotel is lovely and staff were very helpful the only thing was the smell of curry in the reception and restaurant even our towels smelt of curry. The breakfast could have been better food was overcooked and not appetizing.

I had a fantastic one night stay. The hotel is located in the heart of St Andrews, close to all of the town’s amenities. The staff were professional and welcoming (Klaudia in particular was very kind and took the time to talk to me about my visit to St Andrews). My room was spacious and had a very large, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent: there was a plentiful continental selection in addition to the cooked breakfast. -My room was mostly very clean (apart from some dust on the top shelf of the wardrobe).

Really nice hotel. We were in the annex across the road but the very helpful receptionist took us over to our room. Room was huge as was the bathroom which had really nice toiletries. Staff were lovely and accommodating, nothing too much trouble. Excellent breakfast options and very tasty. I would not recommend staying top floor in the annex to anyone with walking difficulties or even those who can’t manage steep steps. The room layout with the windows and low slopping ceiling meant my partner cut his head open and I bumped mine too but was only bruised. Only one chair at the table where coffee machine was and this was broken - so was disappointing.

The receptionist couldn't have been any more helpful, even climbing the stairs to the top floor despite being 6 months pregnant. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Bar staff were lovely.

Boutique hotel in center of St Andrews. Clean, tasteful rooms with excellent service. Breakfast was included. When we advised the front desk we were leaving early, they offered to make sure a simple English breakfast would be available to us before the official start time, which was very nice of them and greatly appreciated.

Lovely hotel, great location. Room was very hot. We complained as a few of thought the sausages at breakfast were off. The server told us they were from the butchers the day before, but that didn’t mean they were fresh! I would have expected the dishes to be taken away but we were left sitting in front of them until we left.
