Stayed 1 night

Very helpful gentleman answered the doorbell, showed me to the room (including asking if he could carry my bags for me up the stairs) and pointed out all the amenities. I stayed in a single room, so it wasn’t large, but had more on offer than many bigger ones do. Good working tv in the room, sink with soap, water bottle, kettle with hot drink selection, heater, hair dryer and a towel and dressing gown to use. There was an individual toilet on the same floor, and a shower room with toilet next door to that. Downstairs there was a lounge, with a microwave a little fridge in it. I was worried about noise as it’s on a main road that had lots of traffic at rush hour, but it was very quiet in the room on a Friday evening all night. Parking was free on the main road outside at night, or for 3 hours during the day. Otherwise there was a car park less than a block away. The only negative I can say was that it was hard to find, as the hanging sign was no longer there and you could only see the name when you were up close. Overall good value for an easy overnight stay.
