Nice clean rooms - excellent breakfast - on site parking - bar and restaurant- outdoor seating overlooking the promenade

Lift wasn't working so couldn't stay in room booked had to stay in ground floor looking over carpark not sea view room window was humming all night wind blowing through no sleep did move to other room next day with what we had booked sea view

Nice place to stay. The room was what we wanted, sea view. Nice big windows and comfy chairs in the room to look out over the prom. Location is great. Right by the sea front. Easy walk to the pier and pubs. Private parking was very handy. Landlady was very nice and helpful. Ideal

The hotel and staff very good. However, because we were in the top floor, this became a chore as the lift was out of action. We were informed that this was reported in 2022 as well.

Bit difficult to judge, as the lift was out of order, should be back in service in April! I was on the 3rd floor!! Apart from that, very friendly Staff, great breakfast Sat & Sun, cosy bar (draught only available summertime). Will book again for next year.

Very well placed with great views of the promenade and sea,on arrival we were informed that the lift was not working and the room was up four flights of stairs! The hotel is in an older building and under new ownership so I would say its still in a settling in period as obviously some money has been spent on improvements, needs more investment to fulfill its potential. The staff however were friendly and helpful giving guests good service.

The Good: Very nice staff: Superb lounge area on the front of the hotel with sea views: TVs and well stock bars. Great breakfast, plentiful, hot and tasty. The Bad: Car parking. Hotel has 16 spots. Need to take it down to 14 and widen the lines. Difficult to exit your car when parked without doors touching car next to you. Ok if you have a Smart Car The Ugly: Skirting boards in room need serious attention. The visible wall from breakfast room is in dire need of a paint and clean up. Overall a great stay and would recomend the hotel

Lovely ocean view from our window. Wear earplugs because the seagulls like to tap on it at 5:30am, expecting to be fed (or draw the curtains). Appreciated the onsite parking. Overall, basic, small room, decent bed, nice hot shower and a very pleasant time.

TV not tuned in. Unuseable shower - too hot or too cold. No shelves in bathroom! Lift out of order. Car park too 'tight'. Hotel not suitable for disabled guests. Staff were very helpful, hard-working and pleasant. Excellent breakfasts!

The hotel is dated and needs refreshing. Nice lick of paint maybe. Towel rail fell off. Lift out of action for whole stay. Staff where excellent and very friendy.

Great hotel near the Bay that provided a really nice hotpot, water, instant coffee or tea, and biscuits which was greatly appreciated. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was updated with great shower.

Very disappointing stay, the images provided online when booking did not reflect our room in the slightest. Poor standard of cleanliness, with our bin not being emptied from the previous stay, mugs and spoons with tea stains, dust all over, rust on areas within the bathroom, the decoration within was poor, areas that haven’t been painted, electrical cables wrapped around the radiator or just left hanging off the wall. We felt really disappointed with this stay and would not return! Unfortunately upon check out no staff were at reception otherwise we would have complained directly!

A good choice budget hotel. Central location lovely staff. Room a good size and a really comfy bed. Clean and tidy nothing to complain about although some probably would.

Slept on top of bed ,sheets were marked, hairs on relatives bed , toe nails on the floor plus biscuit wrappers, Staff were helpful at check in and out.

Tired room, the “parking” consisted of about 6 parking spaces hidden around the back of the hotel and for everyone else it’s a fight for sea front parking which is pay and display…my room was right next to the lift not great when needing to be up at 6am and can hear guests using the lift until early hours. The bathroom was very tired and the toilet was temperamental about flushing and the shower liked to randomly go either scolding hot or freezing cold and in desperate need of an update. No mixer taps in the sink either which a huge annoyance of mine. The shaving light over the sink also was hanging off and didn’t work . Cobwebs in the room .

The Good- Easy check in, nice views of the ocean, plenty of street parking if you dont want to park in the back of the hotel. The Bad - property and room are very outdated. The carpets look dirty and needs to be replaced.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Twin room with sea views and views of the great orme were lovely. Room was clean & beds very soft & comfortable. Staff very friendly & helpful. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Llandudno.

Great one night stay a the Central Hotel to visit the theatre - Venue Cymru whitch situated very conveniently close to the hotel. Twin room was very comfortable with lovely sea view. Room and bathroom very clean. Shower powerful and easy to use. Plentiful supply of tea, coffee, bottled water and bisuits etc.The gentleman on reception was very polite and helpful on check-in.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the bed was extremely comfortable. However there was rubbish in the room from previous occupants, cobwebs on the wall as lowdown as head level, and wallpaper ripped and hanging off the wall under the window, and lift out of order. Breakfast was excellent and fairly priced considering how much you could have.

The hotel is quite dated and unfortunately all of the mattresses in our room were very hard (i know this is personal preference). Location was excellent and on site parking.

The welcome was so warm and welcome. The lady at reception was wonderful, always saying hello and making sure you were OK. The room was too hot, but that's a preference, turned the radiator off but it was still "on". But that was fine. Unfortunately the hotel was very loud on the Saturday evening, with some of the guests getting home late. Between 1am and 3am. And didn't know how to whisper or not stomp. The walls are very thin so you could hear everything. On the Friday night there was no noise we thought we might have been the only ones there. I would stay again.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, only problem was we couldn’t turn the radiator down as the knob on the side had broken and the window was broken so couldn’t be opened. A note was left on the windows by the hotel to tell us not to open the window because a previous guest had broken it. So it got very hot in the room.

Great room with a fantastic view though we were woken in the morning by a friendly seagull tapping its beak on the window but what’s the seaside without seagull’s? Very comfortable bed and we will definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay in one of the deluxe double sea view rooms. Large room with seating in the window, plenty of storage space and the bonus of having a bath. Chose to not have daily housekeeping but the lady of the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful when i asked for extra supplies, also offering clean towels. Room was clean and lovely and warm, needed this time of year. I even ended up extending my stay. Great location with parking. Would highly recommend.

Cute little hotel. We had a refurbed room which was sea facing and a great view at that. Room is comfy. It wax spacious. Check in was very prompt. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The only think Is the curtains don’t completely shut. So it was bright very early!

A lovely friendly hotel greeted on reception by Raimunda (she was from Lithuania) she was so nice & efficient checked us in earlier than the 3pm given time - showed us our room then we had a beer in lovely bar with another couple that had just arrived & watched Wimbledon. 😊 lovely bar & longe area with beautiful views & garden/flower pots out front with seats, very nicely kept. Our room wasn’t sea view which I would av liked but nice & quite at back car park below but room had lovely towels & toiletries - furniture all looked new & bed comfy slept well nice updated bathroom very nice lovely & clean everywhere - tv good plenty tea & coffee,milk biscuits. All the staff were friendly & helpful - one guy (tall thin Indian) sorry didn’t get his name showed me 2 sea view rooms when he was cleaning on change over day no16 was beautiful fully refurbished lovely decor & sea views great 👍 would book this room next time 😊 king size bed too. This nice guy served us at bar also very friendly & loved his job, nice to see got parked quite easy, moved car once over 3 days & got back in. Stayed 3 nights had 3 breakfasts all lovely cooked by Raimunda & you don’t wait long after u order, dining room is relaxed & well set out with plenty of choices enjoyed everything lovely breakfast I could recommend this hotel to anyone & it doesn’t deserve those bad reviews they should be ashamed whoever they are - if I am in llandudno again we will certainly stay here again if only to see Raimunda 😊

Clean and tidy hotel. Double bed good. Pillows all too hard, resulting in sore neck, lack of sleep due to moving about for comfort. Shower head too heavy for holder, meaning it wouldnt face out. Was not informed front door would be locked at 7am when i left for work and only seen this via a notice on the door as i tried to leave. Could not find my way to the backdoor and when i did i had a 7,8min walk around the building to get to my car which was parked directly outside the front door. Terrible service!!!

Property conditions was poor. We got stuck in the lift which broke, no staff around to answer the phones or able to hear us. Alarm on loft wasn’t picked up by anyone, eventually we got ourselves out of the lift. Was basic hygiene and facilities. There was 1 members of staff the entire time, she was the receptionist, chef, waitress and god knows what else. Would never stay at this hotel again. Location was good though, right on the beach

We were travelling with two young children and the staff made a big deal out of them which they loved. The hotel is slap bang in the center of the peer just as advertised. Would recommend to others.

I travel most months into Wales on business and need a hotel for 1 night. This hotel is in a great location in Llandudno, it has very comfortable rooms, a great breakfast on offer, and a very friendly feel to it all, ideal for solo travellers. This is a very competitive area, but I would certainly choose this hotel again. One of the reasons I would choose this hotel again was Raimunda. She is so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. She seems to be in control of everything here, and does the job perfectly. She is a real asset to this hotel, and is always on hand at all hours to help.

They are very knowledgable about the area and give us hint and tips on activities to do while out exploring. Breakfast was lovely and very reasonably priced. Lovely hotel right on the sea front, great value for money.

I booked a weeks holiday while I had work done on my property. I have been to Llandudno previously but not to this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I was welcomed on my first night, getting there late due to my train being delayed, I asked for a change of room due to me wanting to have a low level room. This was done without any fuss.

The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The updated parts of the hotel are very nice however our room was very tired/outdated. Hopefully the renovation will continue so it will match the standard of hospitality .

Cot was offered for our baby but didn’t explain that there as some extra charges. We were shocked when we check out and ask to pay some extra charges

Centrally located & leave the car - easy walking distance for amenities. Overlooking the beach & nice garden and seating area.

Tout était impeccable. L accueil impeccable du personnel de la réception. Gérant arrangeant. Chambre familiale pour un couple et une ados parfaite. Hôtel donnant sur la très belle corniche. Tout est a 5min a pieds.

Stayed one night in a family room. The beds sloped to the side and the window did not open, only the fire exit door which is no good when you have a toddler. The whole hotel and rooms clearly need a makeover. Car park only has about 10 spaces with the majority of them only being good for a small car such as a Ford Fiesta. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The coffee with breakfast was just a tea pot filled with instant coffee, is it really that expensive for filter coffee? Actually regret saying yes to breakfast, could have been cheaper and better by going to Wetherspoons just a 5-10 min walk away.

Had a fantastic stay. The property was clean and tidy. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and pleasant. She let us check in early as the weather was terrible and the children were cold. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and more than enough for us Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Worth paying a bit extra and having a sea view, it's amazing. Breakfast very tasty and the lovely staff make you feel very welcome and do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable.

Was a great stay and fantastic gluten free breakfast

The room was clean & had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was comprehensive with an excellent full English with good quality food .

Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great- served fresh and piping hot. Perfect location too.

Owners working really hard. Our room was lovely, especially the view. But the beds were hard.Breakfast was OK but I would have liked some fruit & more choice of cereal.
