깨끗하고 안전하며 비엔나 여행에 편안한 숙소임. 아파트라고 하는데 방청소 서비스가 있음. 다만 장기 숙박시 숙소내에 세탁기가 없이 지하층에 공용으로 있고 유튜브 방영 안되어 아쉬웠음.

The apartment was clean and modern. Check in was easy just a little timely. In communication with the property beofew our trip I asked about early check in if our room was ready and was told it wouldnt be a problem and we could store bags if it wasnt ready. Good thing someone told us we would be charged for early check in if we checked in before 2:30pm. We chose to store out bags in the basement locker to avoid the fee. I'm not sure how you would get access to the locker without checking in to open the electronic door though. Someone just happened to be there so they opened it for us. Location was about 8-15 walk to the station or main Mariahilfer area which we didnt mind. We only had one issue where towels were not replaced after cleaning and we had no way to communicate with the property. They do have an app but it is not managed after 6pm. There is an emergency number but as Canadians we were traveling with data only and no direct number so we couldn't use the emergency number so no towels until the nect day. Would stay again and hope that no emergency occured.

Very nice, recent and well furnished small apartment. Layout very functional. I appreciated being able to store my bags upon arrival (too early for check in). Grocery store right across the street, plus other nearby. Lots of transit options around as well, easy to get anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Alles super - sehr neues Appartement mit Küche und Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller. Viel Stauraum im Appartment und schöner Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. TV im Wohnzimmer. Leider war der Zimmerservice etwas schluderig. Betten wurden nur manch mal gemacht und leider in der Woche auch nie neu bezogen. Sonst aber sauber.

This is a beautiful & very spacious apartment. Definitely somewhere you could stay long term if needed. Full kitchen facilities, dining table & chairs, work space, TV, large bathroom with a beautiful shower & toiletries. Aircon, lots of storage space and an intercom system available for visitors. There’s access to lockers downstairs for bag storage if needed before/after you check in. (Make sure you have 1€!) & there’s a laundry room in the basement to wash & dry clothes. Really easy to find & access. It’s all automated check in so pretty simple. Although there is an intercom system available if you need help. It really was a lovely stay. Great location. Walking distance to two metro lines which took us anywhere & everywhere. There’s some recommendations available in the room for places to go!

Very convenient location, walkable distance to Margaretengurtel and Gumpfendorfer U-Bahn stations, as well as tram stations. Loved the room cleaning services. Grocery stores available within walking distance. Only wish the communal space on ground floor and laundry rooms were more comfortable and renovated to allow for studying, relaxing, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oliver’s Apartments. I booked one apartment with a balcony and one without. Both were very clean, and the kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. One small suggestion: since we stayed for three weeks, it would have been helpful to have the option to rent a vacuum cleaner. We were traveling with a toddler, so keeping the floors clean was a priority. We ended up buying a mop and a broom, not a big deal, just an idea to make the stay feel even more like home. We'll be back!

Great little apartment, we loved it! Got entry instructions the evening before we arrived which was greatly appreciated as I wouldn't have had internet connection until we got to the accommodation. Self check in was straightforward. The building and apartment was spotless. Our apartment was on the front, no noise pollution at all, wonderful! Really good layout and well finished throughout. Well stocked crockery, kitchenware etc. Full fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing up liquid and sponge. Shower gel and hand wash in bathroom. A real cosy home from home. Supermarket opposite and others close. Transport was all around. A walk into the city centre but doable if you like a walk. We really loved our stay there, would highly recommend.

Liegt gut, alles ist neu und bequem. Das Apartment ist etwas eng, aber es passt. Check-in war etwas kompliziert, da trotz Buchung über booking nochmals ein Betrag von der Kreditkarte abgebucht werden sollte. Nach kurzem Rückruf wurde das Problem in 10 Min behoben.

A very interesting concept. I wasn't sure at first, the building and staircase look like a very generic building but the rooms/apartments are absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommended.

Well stocked crockery, kitchenware etc. Full fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing up liquid and sponge. Shower gel and hand wash in bathroom. A real cosy home from home. Supermarket opposite and others close. Transport was all around. A walk into the city centre but doable if you like a walk. We really loved our stay there, would highly recommend.

Very good location, close to subway stations. Nice, tidy family apartments. Easy check in and out. Recomended place eould stay here again. The only problem was that houskeeping service came 90 mind before check out time. Volante pizzeria is a good place 500 m from the place.

The apartment was clean and modern. Check in was easy just a little timely. In communication with the property beofew our trip I asked about early check in if our room was ready and was told it wouldnt be a problem and we could store bags if it wasnt ready. Good thing someone told us we would be charged for early check in if we checked in before 2:30pm. We chose to store out bags in the basement locker to avoid the fee. I'm not sure how you would get access to the locker without checking in to open the electronic door though. Someone just happened to be there so they opened it for us. Location was about 8-15 walk to the station or main Mariahilfer area which we didnt mind. We only had one issue where towels were not replaced after cleaning and we had no way to communicate with the property. They do have an app but it is not managed after 6pm. There is an emergency number but as Canadians we were traveling with data only and no direct number so we couldn't use the emergency number so no towels until the nect day. Would stay again and hope that no emergency occured.

I am truly pleased with my stay at Oliver Apartments. The location is superb for getting around Vienna. But the best part is how pleasant, comfortable and well-kept these apartments are. Finding them was no problem, check-in was easy, and having daily housekeeping was a bonus. I will definitely stay there again when I’m back in Vienna.

Quiet street about 30 mins walk to central Vienna but also lots of public transport options. We were here New Year's eve, and found lovely surprise of bottle of sparkling wine outside our door. Lovely thought. Extra special as it was also my birthday.

Very nice, recent and well furnished small apartment. Layout very functional. I appreciated being able to store my bags upon arrival (too early for check in). Grocery store right across the street, plus other nearby. Lots of transit options around as well, easy to get anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Grocery stores available within walking distance. Only wish the communal space on ground floor and laundry rooms were more comfortable and renovated to allow for studying, relaxing, etc.

Nice, spacious room with kitchenette. The kitchenette was reasonably well equipped - there was no oven (a small airfryer would be a welcome idea), so it meant what you could make to eat was limited. I felt I didn’t sleep the best - the shutters didn’t seem to work effectively so perhaps that was why. Nice bathroom also. There was no shower gel - just bath gel so that would be a nice extra. Overall, a good base for Vienna. Location was good with public transport options nearby. The cleaning staff were knocking on my door some time before check out - appreciate they have work to do but not something I’ve encountered in other places I’ve stayed in. Having said that, the room was very clean.

The room was tidy and clean. We had room service as well. The area is nice and close to two different underground stations. Only downside was that the hot chocolate in the common area of the coffee machine did not work, it poured halfway and malfunctioned. But other than that it was nice.
