Friendly and accommodating staff. Only stayed for one night but would’ve stayed more. Small lobby but rooms are very spacious and well decorated which is rare for London. Would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Nice having a kitchen. Website implies laundry room but they send it out. That part of London does not seem to have any self service laundry.

Not enough space in Lobby with all bag stored there .. They had only one elevator.. I stayed here at the hotel in the past. When to hotel was new I had ad a superior room liked it .. Now this time I had a double studio not so good very small ... Kinda worn ...Airconditioning was good .. One light bulb was out.. The TV quit letting us cast ?The fan and light over the range didn't work... Won't return too small .......I think this group has better rooms at there other locations..

Great reception from the team there. Had a basement room which had excellent aircon and was really well equipped.

Very nice and friendly straff. The locations are the best, close to everything!! The rom was a little bit small for three persons. The bathroom should have walls around the shower to provide making the whole bathroom wet when showering. There should have been a bench surrounded the bathroom sink to put stuff on. We had a room upstairs, but they had a two story basement with rooms aswell. Happy we were not placed there. Hotels.com said there was breakfast served at the hotel. That was wrong, and that information should be changed. All in all a pleasant stay.

Location, location, location. Hard to beat. Nice folks, little tiny kitchenette allows for you to have snacks and breakfast on hand. Small rooms for an American traveler. One elevator makes getting up and down seven floors time consuming, especially when the staff is cleaning.

Great location near bus, tube, train and boat connections. The rooms are small. We chose a basement room; great value if you’re mostly out and about but not a great room to relax in. Every inch is carefully arranged to squeeze the most out of the small footprint. Wonderful staff and I like the free drinks in the morning and evening. Would book again.

First and foremost, we would like to thank the staff of the Wilde for making our first time in London one to remember. We were very nervous about finding the right place to stay and we would not change our choice of being with the Wilde if given one million chances. What did we like? 1. Communication between us and the staff was seamless. They have a WhatsApp set up which made making requests so easy and not a single request went unanswered or unfulfilled. 2. We arrived early, about two hours before check in and were given our room right away. 3. The room was stunning and exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious, with a great view through the floor to ceiling windows. For snacks, we had a wide selection. Drinks included waters, sodas, teas, and espressos which were restocked with a moments notice. Given that this was an apartment hotel, we had a mini kitchen but it was all one would need. Fridge, stove, microwave, and even a dishwasher. 4. The area was clean, safe, and very convenient for those looking to hit all of the major attractions. Very walkable. A driver is not needed to get across town, but all Ubers were able to find the hotel very easily if one didn’t want to walk. 5. The property offered so many complimentary items. Free umbrellas were staged at the entrance in case of rain. Complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages were placed out, fresh, every evening. Staff were order the elevator for guests and were polite at each and every interaction.

Terrible place. Probably because I got a cheaper room (only available) they put me in the basement with no windows. It was hard to find the way back to reception which led me to an under construction stairway. If you are planning to stay here to be able to walk around the city, make sure to plan well since the elevators are occupied all day by cleaning staff. Morning, afternoon, night, doesn’t matter. I spent almost 25 minutes waiting for an elevator at one point since the staff was cleaning in the morning.

I regularly travel and use Expedia to book my hotels and have never written a bad review before. I booked this hotel for my mother as she had a business conference in London and it was three (3) minutes from it. The room they gave her was extremely dirty and not up to standard, the bedding was dirty with black stains everywhere and she was bit 5-6 times all over her body with the bites looking like it was bed bugs or spiders. She went to the Doctor and got a note as well in addition to pictures and videos of the bites. She asked to move to another room and went through the same exact thing the next night. I have personally never experienced this while travelling and it's unacceptable. I need to get a refund as this completely ruined my mother's trip.

First impression they used a harsh cleaning chemical on the dishwasher. Once it finished its cleaning cycle the smell went away. The staff was super helpful to find out why the room smells. Friendly front desk staff.

Much smaller room than expected, also there was hair in the bed so we had them to change the sheets (still hair in bed even after changing sheets! But at that point we just dealt with it…) the hallway and elevator smelled extremely musty at times like bad body odor! Definitely wouldn’t stay here again… only positive is the location.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed In London. Staff were fabulous, location perfect, rooms very clean and modern, very quiet considering it’s in the middle of the strand- will definitely go back!

I stayed at Wilde Aparthotels London Covent Garden from May 8–13 with my brother. While the staff was friendly and professional, our room was disappointingly unclean—dusty with visible hair from previous guests on the furniture. The situation became worse when we discovered an insect crawling on the bed. We believe it was a carpet beetle but can’t be sure. We alerted the front desk, who were apologetic and offered to refresh the room. However, only the bed was addressed, and the rest of the room remained untouched. I appreciate the kind staff, but overall, the experience was far from ideal.

Convenient location. Tiniest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Floors weren't cleaned well. Control panel for lights glowed annoyingly all night.

This Apart Hotel is offering more space and convenience for a longer stay. Their welcoming and the staff are all very nice. There was always a person to talk to us on our way in and out. Their recommendations for transportations and sites to visit were excellents. They supplied coffee for our 7 nights stay. This is very clean as well. More than well locate we would recommend it to anyone. Everything is walkable. This is where we will stay next time we are in London.

Location was outstanding! Just a few minutes walk to the Covent Gardens Market, a very festive area with many nice restaurants, pubs, upscale shops and entertainment. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was modern and clean but rather small/tight for my wife and I. Also the room design wasn’t practical. For example the King bed was pushed against the far wall so that one of us had to crawl over the other to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night (actually 2 times/night for this 65 year old man). Also the bathroom was so small that there was no sink in it. The sink was outside the bathroom next to the bed. This would be a great setup for a single person but quite challenging for us.

Great location, great staff and very clean BUT... Rooms are very small. When they say a single room, they mean a room for one person and one person only.. definitely not room for two people in the single room.

Stayed in a room on the Basement level. Halls were dark, narrow and difficult to navigate. Very small room for 2 people

Clean and modern. Shower excellent. Window had covering on it so could not see through. Much much smaller room than expected. Felt a bit claustrophobic. Getting out of far side of bed not easy. Modern touchscreen light switches look good but took a while to work out what operated what. Coffee machine no instruction and could not work. Mentioned it in reception but not fixed. All in all not ideal for older guests.

Staff were super friendly and helpful on checkin and throughout our two night stay. Room was small as expected but had wonderful large picture windows with good views and automatic blinds up on sixth floor. Everything was clean. Our shower backed up and overflowed really quickly but otherwise maintenance generally was good. Great location, close to the tube, shopping and numerous London sites. We used this hotel as a base to see Buckingham palace (easily walkable) and lots of other sites around covenant garden. We would recommend.

The bed was incredibly large and comfortable! Only thing, it seemed a bit dark even with the lights on full!

Loved the location and the overall quality of the hotel. I was there on a vacation trip with my daughter. While the room was small, we loved having the kitchenette and Nespresso was a huge plus. We booked for 5 nights and would recommend the hotel but not the basement rooms. It might be ok for a night but after a day or so we never really knew what time of day it was.

Lovely room. Good location. Unfortunately there was a smoke alarm battery issue or something as there was a constant beeping in the room throughout the night so not much sleep was had. Did try and get someone to look at it at midnight but the app didn’t respond until 1am by which time I couldn’t face dealing with it. Nothing offered other than an apology.

Fantastic stay. Would highly recommend to anyone. Location is amazing - able to walk to so many different things. The service was also wonderful. Love the use of whatsapp - feels like getting really personal service. I had to check out early around 4 am and I texted and someone met me quickly, checked me out, and called me a cab. They made everything so easy and stress free. Loved the room - had everything you would need. As a solo traveler I always felt safe and well taken care. I have stayed in several different areas of London and I will return here every time from now on. I truly loved everything about this hotel and the experience.

Beautifully designed. Every space has been used for stage so it’s easy to stay here without feeling like you’re living out of your suitcase. The location is excellent - everything’s at your doorstep. The staff are fun and energetic and know how to make you feel welcome.

Checking seemed troublesome. Also, son left phone in hotel room after checking out. Returned and was told it was found but no one called me. They should have called to inform us instead of having to backtrack and ask.

They put my group of six in three separate rooms in handicap rooms. I had not requested handicap rooms but they put us all in handicap rooms. If you use a third party like Expedia for booking they put you in the least desirable rooms and of course then tell you they are booked solid and you can’t change. The photos for booking on Expedia showed rooms with two queen beds. The actual rooms had one queen and then a twin bed that folds out from a chair. They blame you and the third party booker (Expedia) and then play it off as that you must talk to Expedia it’s not our fault. Of course you are stuck then with what they give you. I will always call the actual location from now on to verify room details and then cancel if Expedia has misrepresented the roonms. Very poor service.

Perfect location for a night after a show, nice place and nice people

Perfect location on The Strand just off Covent Garden. Walking distance to most landmarks and centres, Trafalgar, Covent Garden, Oxford Street and so much more. Had a wonderful time. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Space was a little tight in the room.

Amazing location - less than a 5 minute walk to three tube stations. The rooms are on the smaller side but totally fine for a couple. We really enjoyed our experience and will plan to stay again next time we plan to see a show on the west end

Location was great. Could walk to several tube stations and bus stop was close too. Rooms were small but had everything you need and comfortable. The view from our room was really nice! Our towel dryer wasn’t working, but they gave us new towels when requested so it was fine. Overall a pleasant experience and would stay again.

Staff are friendly, location is perfect to walk to a bunch of tourist locations, west end venues and food options. Close to public transport too. Rooms are cosy but space is designed well. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location central to transport options and the theatre district. Friendly staff, and room was quiet and had everything needed. Not a huge fan of touch-button controls for everything (maybe I'm old-fashioned but I have no issues with a light switch and a tap!), but that's not a big deal.

The apartment had everything required to offer a peaceful and relaxing stay. It also facilitated self catering. I would have loved a small complementary breakfast cereal pack and some Yorkshire breakfast tea. 😂😂. Lovely stay.

Really enjoyed this small studio apartment hotel. It was a genius use of space. There was basically a full kitchen in a tiny space and a table to eat or work at. The bed was good(a tad too firm for my taste actually but okay for most people). The bathroom was small but completely serviceable. The location was excellent, near so many restaurants, theaters and sights. The staff was all very friendly and super helpful. I liked that they readily replenished coffee pods, dishwasher pods, etc. And it was very quiet despite being in a bustling area. Will definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel because of its location which suited us perfectly. The rooms are small as they say but very well thought out and very comfortable beds. The staff are super friendly and efficient so we would reccomend this hotel for short London stays. The only issue we had was with the fridge which was actually a wine cooler which had problems keeping cool. It turned out that the cubby hole it was fitted in did not allow a good air flow around it to keep cool so our milk ended up as cheese but we resolved the problem. The locale has many eateries etc and good transport links so we would definitely stay here again when out on the town.

Excellent hotel in great location. Walking distance to the theatre district and shopping. Room very cozy and stylish, and kitchen has pretty much all one needs to cook (no oven tho) a simple meal. Room in good condition. Not too big tho, especially the bathroom, but we didn’t mind at all. We had a twin room with two beds. There was a tiny space between our mattresses, some might think it’s not really two beds, but, again, my friend and I didn’t mind. Staff friendly. All in all a great stay in a great place, will definately stay again.

Great spot for a quick stay over in London. Walkable, safe, close to great coffee, food..and bus line easy to catch to go into other areas. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If you’re not accustomed to small spaces just go with it..the rooms are compact but that’s city life in Europe. I will be returning for sure.
