The room had paint peeling on the ceiling. The air-conditioning didn't work great. We were only there one night and spend an hour checking in and taking a shuttle to the room. Took 40 min to leave. The tram was down. I would not stay there again

The resort is amazing, our room was very nice, no view and next to the elevator and ice machine but we actually loved it bc there was no noise from it, and we could get ice easily whenever we wanted! The bed was so comfortable I slept better than I usually do in hotels. It's confusing to get to the ocean tower at first because it's part of the bigger resort with a separate address. You have to go to the main hilton hotel and then take a tram (which wasn't running while we were there) so mapping the address provided did not get us to the proper entrance. Take advantage of the big pool at the main hotel, it was so fun. Everything is overpriced but that's resort living. We drove to queen's market to the food court and grocery store for cheaper options.

The campus was incredibly hard to get around. Staying in the Ocean Towers mean it takes as much as an hour to get to the parking lot via the monorail. The tram was closed, most of the restaurants were closed. There is no accessible beach on the property. The pools close early. The prepaid breakfast wasnt reallt a thing. I'd never go back or recommended it.
