Nice place, convenient to shops and restaurants. Nice pool, hot tub, and gym. Dryer did not work very well, took 3 cycles to dry small bath of clothes. Ice maker was broken as well. Complex was doing construction on the exterior of the unit starting at 7:30 am and worked till 4 each day, workers camped out on our front patio. Notified property manager and they apologized as they were told the work would be done after we left.

The villas property itself was good, nice walking distance to the shops and Marriott where we went for a luau. The pool was on the smaller side but kids loved it. We stayed in one of the older units so it was dated which didn't bother me. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable though. The utensils and items in the kitchen were very minimal. Only non-stick pans (which is fine, I can use them) but only a plastic flimsy spatula which was hard to use with the pans. My brother stayed in a newer unit and his beds were very comfortable and had a lot more kitchen essentials. I would stay there again as long as I got a different unit.

The property was secluded and had a great pool and hot tub! There was a grilling area of around 6 bbq’s which was very handy. The only big drawback was that every morning at 5:30 am on the dot, the riding lawn mowers would pass through and wake me up. They had bright lights on their mowers that shined into the condo and the motors were very loud. Our u it overlooked the golf course. Who knew that a golf course green has to be mown ever day? Besides that, the place was great!
The property was secluded and had a great pool and hot tub! There was a grilling area of around 6 bbq’s which was very handy. The only big drawback was that every morning at 5:30 am on the dot, the riding lawn mowers would pass through and wake me up. They had bright lights on their mowers that shined into the condo and the motors were very loud. Our u it overlooked the golf course. Who knew that a golf course green has to be mown ever day? Besides that, the place was great!

Everything about vacation property was top notch! Clean, quiet, well equipped, nice pool, and great location. Lots of good eateries within walking distance. Aloha Wine Bar (attached to Island Gourmet) is a hidden gem! Will definitely stay there again!

Well equipped, and clean condo (we got a three BR, two level) with sliders to back patio table and recliners overlooking beautiful surrounding grounds, a golf course (which our family golfers said was great), a community infinity pool/jacuzzi a short walk away, small open air gym and bbq area with 6 grills for use near the pool area. Only issue was transportation to condo from check-in office in shopping center which is within 5 minute walking distance, but difficult if walking with luggage. Best to have a rental car for this property. Parking is convenient and our assigned space was right outside the front door of the condo. The nearby Kings and Queens markets shopping centers are a short walk away and included grocery store, sports equipment rental shops, gift shops, restaurants, designer clothing, art & jewelry, and the most amazing shaved ice. Also a nice beach a short drive away (5 min.). The property was quiet, the loudest thing is the sound of birds in the mornings which is an amazing way to wake up! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family members here and will not hesitate to return to this location in the future!

Stayed 10 days and overall very nice and enjoyable. It is a bit dated but very comfortable with everything you need. Seems to be more of a family spot. We enjoyed watching all of the young families at the pool. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Golf is right there and clubhouse restaurant was excellent.

I stayed 10 nights at this property. Condo is well kept, it had all necessary appliances and features a condo should have and even beach chair, snorkels and surf boards probably left by previous guests. It was a pleasure going to the pool and jacuzzi. There are a good number of Bbqs in good condition and kept clean. Location is great, close to the A-Bay beach and walking distance except when is is very shot and sunny. Then it's better to go by car. Condo is also walking distance to numerous shops at King's Mall and Queen's Marketplace. Patio was overlooking the golf course and provided a quiet and serene view. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and fully furnished condo, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Enjoyed the pool & BBQ facilities. Unit needs updating inside. Carpet was really worn & looked dirty. Lanai was nice overlooking the golf course. However, lanai chair cushions didn't cover seating area. No visitor parking made quest visits difficult. Not a good enviorment for kids. Great for adults looking for quiet, restful get away. Near by shoping was great. Be aware that there is no smoking of any kind anywhere on the compound.

This is a fantastic property where we spent a 5-day family getaway. The unit is spacious, clean, fully equipped overlooking a beautiful golf court. Shops, grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. About 10-30 minutes to any of the well-known beaches. It will take about 2 to 2.5 hours to go to the volcano. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. Definitely will consider staying there again.

We stayed at ground floor unit: - as we arrived the code we were provided did not open the lock with the key from the unit. -the kitchen sink was plugged on the 1st day ( was repaired next day) - we were locked out twice from our unit due to the malfunction of deadbolt. - we had only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we checked in and had to go to the management office to ask for more - kitchen had all necessary things but we would suggest the owner to buy a few new pots since a couple of them looked very old. Same with kitchen towels. - the mattress is very old and uncomfortable, it is time for upgrade. - would be great to have extra blankets, or at least one for cooler nights - the unit was cleaned ok but not super clean, specifically floor. - the TV in the bedroom never worked - the manager and staff of the property was very friendly, helpful to solve the problems but we would not stay in this particular unit again.

All in all it was a nice place to stay. Plenty of room, lots of amenities and it was really quiet. There was some areas that could’ve used a good cleaning..the cabinet doors were pretty gross. But that being said, it really is a nice property…nice golf course view. Easy check in, easy check out.

Stayed at the Outrigger on a girls trip to Hawaii and it was the perfect accommodation for us! The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for 5 of us. The location was so convenient- walking distance to groceries, restaurants, beach and shopping. Also an easy drive to other beaches and sight seeing.

Absolutely loved the condo. Rooms were great, master bath was great. Very roomy and loved our view from our lanai. Only issue was the 1st room was not very clean, lots of dust and dead bugs under bed.

Well equipped, and clean condo (we got a three BR, two level) with sliders to back patio table and recliners overlooking beautiful surrounding grounds, a golf course (which our family golfers said was great), a community infinity pool/jacuzzi a short walk away, small open air gym and bbq area with 6 grills for use near the pool area. Only issue was transportation to condo from check-in office in shopping center which is within 5 minute walking distance, but difficult if walking with luggage. Best to have a rental car for this property. Parking is convenient and our assigned space was right outside the front door of the condo. The nearby Kings and Queens markets shopping centers are a short walk away and included grocery store, sports equipment rental shops, gift shops, restaurants, designer clothing, art & jewelry, and the most amazing shaved ice. Also a nice beach a short drive away (5 min.). The property was quiet, the loudest thing is the sound of birds in the mornings which is an amazing way to wake up! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family members here and will not hesitate to return to this location in the future!

I stayed 10 nights at this property. Condo is well kept, it had all necessary appliances and features a condo should have and even beach chair, snorkels and surf boards probably left by previous guests. It was a pleasure going to the pool and jacuzzi. There are a good number of Bbqs in good condition and kept clean. Location is great, close to the A-Bay beach and walking distance except when is is very shot and sunny. Then it's better to go by car. Condo is also walking distance to numerous shops at King's Mall and Queen's Marketplace. Patio was overlooking the golf course and provided a quiet and serene view. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and fully furnished condo, yet close to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Enjoyed the pool & BBQ facilities. Unit needs updating inside. Carpet was really worn & looked dirty. Lanai was nice overlooking the golf course. However, lanai chair cushions didn't cover seating area. No visitor parking made quest visits difficult. Not a good enviorment for kids. Great for adults looking for quiet, restful get away. Near by shoping was great. Be aware that there is no smoking of any kind anywhere on the compound.

Absolutely loved the condo. Rooms were great, master bath was great. Very roomy and loved our view from our lanai. Only issue was the 1st room was not very clean, lots of dust and dead bugs under bed.

We stayed at ground floor unit: - as we arrived the code we were provided did not open the lock with the key from the unit. -the kitchen sink was plugged on the 1st day ( was repaired next day) - we were locked out twice from our unit due to the malfunction of deadbolt. - we had only 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when we checked in and had to go to the management office to ask for more - kitchen had all necessary things but we would suggest the owner to buy a few new pots since a couple of them looked very old. Same with kitchen towels. - the mattress is very old and uncomfortable, it is time for upgrade. - would be great to have extra blankets, or at least one for cooler nights - the unit was cleaned ok but not super clean, specifically floor. - the TV in the bedroom never worked - the manager and staff of the property was very friendly, helpful to solve the problems but we would not stay in this particular unit again.

All in all it was a nice place to stay. Plenty of room, lots of amenities and it was really quiet. There was some areas that could’ve used a good cleaning..the cabinet doors were pretty gross. But that being said, it really is a nice property…nice golf course view. Easy check in, easy check out.

Great condo on third floor overlooking golf course, with elevator, and within walking distance of shops. Well stocked, spacious and clean. Helpful staff. It would be a ‘no-brainer’ to stay here again.

This is a fantastic property where we spent a 5-day family getaway. The unit is spacious, clean, fully equipped overlooking a beautiful golf court. Shops, grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. About 10-30 minutes to any of the well-known beaches. It will take about 2 to 2.5 hours to go to the volcano. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. Definitely will consider staying there again.

Stayed at the Outrigger on a girls trip to Hawaii and it was the perfect accommodation for us! The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for 5 of us. The location was so convenient- walking distance to groceries, restaurants, beach and shopping. Also an easy drive to other beaches and sight seeing.

Stayed 10 days and overall very nice and enjoyable. It is a bit dated but very comfortable with everything you need. Seems to be more of a family spot. We enjoyed watching all of the young families at the pool. Very walkable to shops and restaurants. Golf is right there and clubhouse restaurant was excellent.

Everything about vacation property was top notch! Clean, quiet, well equipped, nice pool, and great location. Lots of good eateries within walking distance. Aloha Wine Bar (attached to Island Gourmet) is a hidden gem! Will definitely stay there again!

Clean condo. Six of us had plenty of room. 3 adults, 3 teenagers. Excellent value for 3 bd 3 bath. Kitchen was equipped but not chef level but we prepared only simple breakfast food and ate out mostly. About 12-15 minutes walk to beach but beach parking is plentiful. I would recommend to families or couples.

Traveled with our little family. Overall very satisfied with our stay. The check in process, the property, the communication and check out was all a breeze. The unit was great, clean and spacious. Only saw one cockroach on the last day outside near our door. Which I’m guessing is not a big deal for Hawaii. The only thing I would wish for is having the most basics in the kitchen, like salt, pepper and cooking oil. Also, having more laundry detergent available would be ideal. I ended up going to the office, which is not on site, to ask for extra and they gave me some extra no problem.
