Staff was amazing! So close to the arc de triumph and metro. As an American in Paris super easy to navigate the area and many speak English including at this fabulous hotel. Please steam room it is amazing !!!

Fazia calor nos dias da hospedagem. O ar condicionado simplesmente não funcionou. Era 1 de maio, feriado, o tecnico não poderia vir. No dia 2 ele não conseguiu arrumar. Resultado: passei as duas noites com muito calor. E não tem frigobar no quarto, então impossível beber agua gelada... Abrir a janela não resolveu e era um problema enorme por causa do barulho da rua. No sábado de manha, no horário do inicio do café, não havia pão, croissant, etc. Falaram que a padaria não entregou. Mas que era a primeira vez... Enfim, são problemas que acontecem, mas que um estabelecimento que almeja ser 4 estrelas tem que resolver. Tem que ter um plano B. Achei amador, improvisado. Hotel é bom, o staff é simpático e parece se importar, mas não ficaria novamente. Não recomendo também.

One of the best boutique hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying at! Every detail was impeccable. I wish we could return sooner. From the moment you step through the doors, the magic begins. The room, bathroom, decor, staff, and social areas were all flawless. And the spa in the basement? Absolutely breathtaking! You won't believe it!

Staff nowhere to be found . Hotel offers limited breakfast, no other meals. Room : tiny (we got the “big” option) . More focused on being “part of Elle Magazine “ than taking care of the actual guests and hotel service overall. For me is a 3star hotel , based on the very poor costumer service and the rooms that have lots of issues (we were without light for sometime bc we were using the iron !!, very poor light inside room , zero suitcase space and no minibar/ amenities.

Great location and pleasant surprises—this small boutique hotel is very well-designed and meticulous. They even provide afternoon turndown service, during which you can request a bottle of water or anything you need for a room. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The night shift—Flo was fantastic, truly enjoying entertaining guests. I will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Schick und zentral gelegen. Gutes Bett (mit zu vielen Kissen, die dann den Boden des kleinen Zimmers blockieren) und schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche ohne Niveauunterschied. Generell zu viele Lichtquellen im Zimmer (Telefon/AC/Sensoren), die mich nachts stören. Den Fernseher musste ich händisch am unteren Rahmen ausschalten, damit nicht ein nerviges Standbild nachts noch mehr Licht erzeugt. Keine Minibar. Safe ist auch nicht für kleine Laptops geeignet. Bei einem weiteren Paris-Aufenthalt werde ich mir lieber ein anderes Hotel aussuchen.

yes beautiful clean and homely environment - loved the casual welcoming atmosphere in reception lounge and complimentary drinks … my welcoming card was very special and very friendly staff, my only comment is that the lighting was very low (lovely and relaxing) but too low for evening make-up! I would prefer a brighter option please for the bathroom area - thankyou

Sfeer /style van kamer was goed: bed was goed Praktisch zijn er wat puntjes: alle knoppen hebben hotelschakeling met elkaar: na 4 dagen geen idee hoe sommige lampen wel/ niet aan - en uitgaan. Het is ook alles uit of alles aan! Ook (te) veel lampen voor de ruimte Een klein pedaalemmertje van 10 liter in de kamer: stond elke dag open met afval. Hele leuke hutkofferkast als kast maar niet praktisch: hang alleen geschikt om een trui op te hangen: een jurk zou te lang zijn. Stoffen daybed op kamer vol met vlekken. Glazen deur van douche sloot niet goed doordat strip onder de deur niet goed was geplaatst: na 1x douchen gemeld maar niks aan gedaan daardoor stond badkamer elke keer blank! Regenshower maar veel van de “gaatjes” hadden kalk. Te weinig mogelijkheid om handdoek te drogen te hangen zodat je ze nog een keer kan gebruiken. Geen kapstok: jassen maar in badkamer aan de haken gehangen. Tip: neem zelf (nespresso) koffiecupjes mee want je krijgt eenmalig maar 4 (decafe) cupjes.

Apesar da cordialidade dos funcionários, as instalações são precárias e os serviços deixam muito a desejar. Não fizeram a limpeza da acomodação quando retornamos ao hotel entre a primeira e a segunda noite. Quando reclamamos, a atendente nos disse que faltou pessoal, problema que não pode ser transferido para o cliente. Café da manhã ruim, se optar por esse hotel, dispense.

Mycket trevligt bemötande i receptionen. Fick rum högst upp, tyst och lugnt! Sköna sängar och kuddar, rent och fräscht. Rejäla handdukar i badrummet! Även tofflor och badrock. Kanonläge nära Triumfbågen. Åt inte frukost på hotellet så kan inte bedöma denna.

Love, love, love Maison Elle. Such a lovely boutique hotel with amazing and warm staff. They were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the rooms clean and tidy. It is close to everything and we literally walked everywhere. Steps from the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysees and all the nice restaurants. Definitely recommend!!

The hotel is new and closed to metro / RER A which is convenient. The size of Premium room is acceptable with enough space for 1 standard luggage and 1 handcarry luggage. Some of the staff is nice and helpful, especially the elder man at the evening shift. However, the air-conditioning/ heating system is a disaster. They claimed that we can adjust the room temperature by ourselves inside the room but unfortunately we cannot. They told us that they were using heat in winter time (mid Oct) and it was French culture. We do understand but it is unacceptable with room temperature over 27. Indeed, we didn’t feel any heat or cool air coming out from the system. They asked us to open the window but it is noisy. Finally, they gave us a fan on the second day and arranged a technician to come with us in the morning of the third day. The temperature on the third day is perfect (using heat with 20-21 degree). However, the system changed to cooling from the 4th day… the temperature dropped to 17 degree.. and we cannot adjust the temperature up… Besides, they don’t replace all the toiletries, for example, bathrobes, toilet paper… they only replace towels and box tissue. They also don’t change bed linens. We asked them to change on the fourth day. Well, they did offer us to upgrade the room or refund the remaining nights to us if we wanted to change hotel. We didn’t want to pack all our stuffs therefore we declined. Then, no more offer (even a box of chocolate) and follow up with us.

I was travelling with my daughter and the shower being completely open to the entire room is not ideal. “Private bathroom” means the toilet is private, that’s it. The shower is behind a glass wall. Our friend’s room was the same. Our room also had a vent that linked directly to room on the floor above and we could hear everything. We had to put pillows in front of the vent in an effort to block the noise. We were upgraded to a “junior suite” and I would have been disappointed had I paid full price.

Small Boutique Hotel that allowed the owners to remember everyone and treat personally. Ideally situated for transport. The metro and Arc de Triomphe were only 5minutes walk away. The area was busy, but quiet at night. We felt safe walking around with good dining options close by. Our room was small and had limited storage, but this was compensated by the excellent service and ambience.

yes beautiful clean and homely environment - loved the casual welcoming atmosphere in reception lounge and complimentary drinks … my welcoming card was very special and very friendly staff, my only comment is that the lighting was very low (lovely and relaxing) but too low for evening make-up! Since the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Flo. He is an amazing receptionist and the ideal ambassador for Hotel Maison Elle. He gave us a history of the hotel, and provided recommendations for restaurants, cafes and breakfast. The rooms are a bit compact. If you are used to big rooms, this is not the one. But, it was sufficient for our needs. The bathroom was quite large. This is a boutique hotel, and very close to the Arc De Triomphe and the Champ Ellysee. Every thing is walking distance. The Charles de Gaulle station is only 5 minutes walk. Room temperature is perfect and adjustable. Shower pressure is good. We had the queen bed. The lighting in the room takes a bit of learning to use. The chef bakes a cake a daily and you can help yourself to a slice. We didn't try the breakfast, but I believe its only 22 Euros per person. We asked Flo for dinner ideas and he recommended a wonderful place in central Paris. Lou, the other receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. Flo and Lou really made our visit to Paris very memorable and enjoyable. We will stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat.

The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The hotel is small, quaint and cute. It features all of the history of ELLE Magazine. The room was great but a little small like a lot of boutique hotels. The location is safe and excellent for walking, shopping, metro access, etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

The worst experience in my life The worst thing happened in this hotel. The money was stolen by an employee of the hotel. During breakfast time the employee broke into our room and stole the cash from my wife’s and my wallet. He stole only big bill cash of about 1000 Euros with Euros,Swiss francs and Japanese yen. As it was such a short time of the breakfast. I left my wallet on the desk and my wife left her purse in the handbag inside of the closet. There was a safe but we didn’t use as it was such a short time of 45 minutes. Hotel is so small that outsiders will not come up to the room. We found out missing money during the day lunchtime. As we had the schedule of watching the Olympic Games we only went back to the hotel in the evening. We reported the front desk and the police in the same evening as soon as when we arrived at the hotel. The suspect front man was still in the front desk. I thought he was the strong suspect when he said if we would go to French Police we would lose our precious day with their long investigation, which sounded very strange to me. We went to the local police next morning and spent 3 hours explaining the incident. I told the police that the stealing happened during the breakfast of the previous day. It happened in 30 minutes of our breakfast as it was the only time my wife and I left our wallets. As there was continued announcements of the awareness against pickpockets in the city of Paris we were always careful about our wallets and bags. I

The Perfect Parisian Hotel! Maison ELLE Paris provided the most pleasurable accommodations I've had while traveling. Above all, the hotel staff were extraordinarily welcoming, warm, and helpful. We enjoyed absolutely everyone we encountered during our week in Paris, but I must give particularly high praise to Flo, who was extraordinarily charming and went out of his way to help us decide what we should do, telling us the best way to do it (including travel options throughout Paris) and what he believed were the must-see destinations around the city, and offering perfect suggestions for where he thought we might enjoy eating. In addition to this, Flo gave us much-appreciated historical background for different destinations, giving us an insight we did not find anywhere else. We cannot thank him enough for making our trip so special. And what a hotel! It is mere steps from the Triangle D'or. The rooms are beautifully appointed in a modern and sleek style. The beds are so inviting one could be forgiven for wanting to sleep in. There is always water waiting in the room at the end of the day, or one may choose from beverages and a lovely cake at virtually any hour. Consider adding the breakfast package, as it is perfect, with plenty to choose from and, of course, espresso, café au lait, and gorgeous French pastries. This is my home now for every Parisian adventure.

Staff nowhere to be found . Hotel offers limited breakfast, no other meals. Room : tiny (we got the “big” option) . More focused on being “part of Elle Magazine “ than taking care of the actual guests and hotel service overall. For me is a 3star hotel , based on the very poor costumer service and the rooms that have lots of issues (we were without light for sometime bc we were using the iron !!, very poor light inside room , zero suitcase space and no minibar/ amenities.

Great location and pleasant surprises—this small boutique hotel is very well-designed and meticulous. They even provide afternoon turndown service, during which you can request a bottle of water or anything you need for a room. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The night shift—Flo was fantastic, truly enjoying entertaining guests. I will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Maison Elle is a gem. It's an intimate, friendly, small hotel with well-appointed rooms and a wonderful, welcoming and helpful staff. The location couldn't be better, being just steps from l"Etoile and a transportation hub both for metro and RER that can get you almost anywhere you want to be in the region.

Não fizeram a limpeza da acomodação quando retornamos ao hotel entre a primeira e a segunda noite. Fazia calor nos dias da hospedagem. O ar condicionado simplesmente não funcionou. Era 1 de maio, feriado, o tecnico não poderia vir. No dia 2 ele não conseguiu arrumar. Resultado: passei as duas noites com muito calor. E não tem frigobar no quarto, então impossível beber agua gelada... Abrir a janela não resolveu e era um problema enorme por causa do barulho da rua. No sábado de manha, no horário do inicio do café, não havia pão, croissant, etc. Falaram que a padaria não entregou. Mas que era a primeira vez... Enfim, são problemas que acontecem, mas que um estabelecimento que almeja ser 4 estrelas tem que resolver. Tem que ter um plano B. Achei amador, improvisado. Hotel é bom, o staff é simpático e parece se importar, mas não ficaria novamente. Não recomendo também.

We asked Flo for dinner ideas and he recommended a wonderful place in central Paris. Lou, the other receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful. Flo and Lou really made our visit to Paris very memorable and enjoyable. We will stay in this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Clean rooms with good beds. But during a power outage, staff got passive and then refused to help with simple measures. Attitude unacceptable. As a company leader myself it is hard to watch such poor customer care.

Hotel canceled my reservation because I was late to check in and made me repay to book the same room at a different rate that cost more. I essentially paid twice for the reservation. I have yet to receive a refund after I purchased the protection plan.
