Parking would be tricky if the hotel was full up, but in the off season, we didn't really have an issue. Everything we wanted to see on the Plains of Abraham was within walking distance, including the citadel and old Quebec city centre. The apartment was well equipped. Our water was out briefly but the hotel was prompt with help. It was awesome that they provided laundry soap for the washing machine. We would love to come back someday.

Liked the clean modern room in the form of a studio apartment. Property was close to our area of interest which was old Quebec City and other tourist attractions. Only drawback was the tight parking but once we were in the spot we didn't move out until we were leaving. Also we were on the third floor and the building does not have elevators. Not a real problem as we are both in good health.

Loved our stay! The hotel was perfect walking distance to all of the sights in Old Quebec. We didn’t need our car even once! The inroom washer/dryer was a huge benefit as well. They even provided laundry soap! Only wish they also provided creamers and sugar for the coffee (we received only 2 creamer pods and no sugar for two people and 3 days) in the hotel. No local grocery stores to get these items. This was the perfect place for our first trip to Quebec and we would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful building and great, spacious loft. However, there are many stairs to climb to get I to the front door and then no elevator so it is a bit inconvenient lugging all your things especially as we were on the third floor. The customer service is very responsive to texts or emails. There is no one onsite however. There is no room service but as there is a full kitchen, you can buy food to eat in your room.

I enjoyed this property because it had a laundry machine and was conveniently located to several restaurants and old Quebec. There were a few cleanliness items that could have been improved on, for example some slight smudges in the white sheets that looked like some leftover dirt/mud or some hairs in the shower that were not mine.

청소가 그렇게 꼼꼼하게 잘 되어있지 않았어요.. 욕실 바닥에 꼬부란 털들이랑 다리털이 구석구석에... 있고, 건조기 안에 먼지들이 가득해서 제가 물티슈로 닦고 사용했고요. 그외 다른 건 다 만족해요. 체크인 방식이나 시설도 괜찮고.. 조용하고.. 구도시랑은 좀 멀어서 우버타고 다녔지만 건물이나 주변도 이뻐요

The apartment was suitable for our needs but could have done with a few extra little touches such a dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid … both of which we needed to buy. Some of the towels were dirty and need replacing also.

Cons: Incredibly wonky hard-to-use magnetic key fob made it hard to unlock and lock door one has to use fob to lock door from inside. This makes it dangerous if one has to get out quickly. The A/C system did not work correctly. There are no directions on how to use it and the separate fan. We struggled, then finally called the anonymous number on email. A very nice man came to help us, but it still didn't work correctly. There were a few flimsy towels in room and we were there for 2 nights. I asked the man if we could get more towels and he said extras were in a closet on another floor and that that was stated in email, but he brought us a nice pile of larger towels anyway. NO! No info on extra towels in email! I checked with another guest and they confirmed that there was no info in emails. Bed is situated in a way that makes it hard to watch TV and for a second person to get in and out of it. Will not be staying here again.

Comfortable accommodations. Very quiet in our unit. Even though it is on a busy street, we were not bothered by the sound of the traffic. The location is excellent, allowing us to experience the Old City on foot easily.

So this place was a great stay for us, a small apartment type stay with everything you need including full fridge, washer dryer, and the location really couldn't be better, we parked and walked for nearly our whole stay. The checkin was no touch and easy, same with check out. I really don't have any complaints, there is no cleaning during your stay which is too be expected in this type of accomodations, if you like this type of travell this place will be good for you

Great location, very close to some great restaurants and easy to walk to the popular sites. Unit is clean, well furnished, has basic utensils and kitchen accessories. Only downside was that conditioner and bodywash weren't provided in the shower, only shampoo. Overall a great accomodation.

Bed was uncomfortable and lumpy. Also because it was up against the wall on 2 sides it was difficult to get in an out of. The room we were in was on the top floor and was very warm -- in excess of 25 degree Celcius, so it was difficult to sleep -- the air conditioning did not work and the windows did not open because the crank had been removed.

We had a great stay and were very impressed with the property. The building was nice and quiet. We had Loft 103 which had a small sunroom/living room that we thoroughly enjoyed. It was nice to come back at the end of a busy day and have a separate sitting area to relax in or to enjoy a coffee while planning our day. The loft was clean and contained a full kitchen. We will defintely be back!

Great top floor loft with a kitchenette, comfortable bed, and a pull out couch for our 3 year old. There’s no front desk but check in was super easy. Only complaint is that the remote for the retractable bollard for the parking was a little finicky but otherwise, everything was great! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Quebec City.

We were not able to access our room the first day because the keys did not work. We had to wait for over an hour to get the problem resolved. The bedding was quite thin and the mattress did not have a protector. The sofa bed had dirty mattress cover and clean sheets were not provided, the duvet was also dirty. The TV was falling off of the wall. Love the fact that coffee was provided. Location is good for walking to the old city and dining options.

The bedding was quite thin and the mattress did not have a protector. The sofa bed had dirty mattress cover and clean sheets were not provided, the duvet was also dirty. The TV was falling off of the wall. Love the fact that coffee was provided. Location is good for walking to the old city and dining options.

A notre arrivée notre clé ne fonctionnait pas. Aussi la télévision ne fonctionnait pas (l’instruction ne correspond pas à la télécommande), nous avons demandé à ce que la personne vienne lors de notre absence (environ 1h après notre appel) et notre retour, 3h plus tard, place n’avait pas été réparé. Le temps de réaction est donc assez long.

Check in took two phone calls, 1 email and 2 texts. Not sure why the email with instructions on how to check in wasn't sent automatically, that would have made the experience much better. Finally got the check in code within an hour of check in time. But property was well located, clean and beautiful.

Malgré un petit problème à l’arrivée, j’ai pu parlé avec une personne très facilement qui a corrigé la situation à ma convenance. L’emplacement est idéale, à proximité de tout. L’appartement était très propre et était équipé de tout le necessaire.

Loved our stay! The hotel was perfect walking distance to all of the sights in Old Quebec. We didn’t need our car even once! The inroom washer/dryer was a huge benefit as well. They even provided laundry soap! Only wish they also provided creamers and sugar for the coffee (we received only 2 creamer pods and no sugar for two people and 3 days) in the hotel. No local grocery stores to get these items. This was the perfect place for our first trip to Quebec and we would definitely recommend it!

So this place was a great stay for us, a small apartment type stay with everything you need including full fridge, washer dryer, and the location really couldn't be better, we parked and walked for nearly our whole stay. The checkin was no touch and easy, same with check out. I really don't have any complaints, there is no cleaning during your stay which is too be expected in this type of accomodations, if you like this type of travell this place will be good for you

Great location, very close to some great restaurants and easy to walk to the popular sites. Unit is clean, well furnished, has basic utensils and kitchen accessories. Only downside was that conditioner and bodywash weren't provided in the shower, only shampoo. Overall a great accomodation.

Beautiful building and great, spacious loft. However, there are many stairs to climb to get I to the front door and then no elevator so it is a bit inconvenient lugging all your things especially as we were on the third floor. The customer service is very responsive to texts or emails. There is no one onsite however. There is no room service but as there is a full kitchen, you can buy food to eat in your room.
