There was no tea in the room, only instant coffee, which was disappointing.

Having stayed here before, I wanted to return. The location is really excellent, just a short walk into town. The rooms are comfortable and spotless. The breakfast is very nice with lots of choices. Finally, the staff are so friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff at a nice hotel. Location was close to the city centre attractions, but was on the edge of a slight run down area. Rooms were clean and tidy BUT lacked storage space. One shelf in wardrobe, no drawers, no coat hooks, etc... As a family of three on a city break we didn't have a lot of clothes, but still struggled to find a place for things.
