The only complaint is with the elevators. They were slow, full and caused issues for those who didn’t know how to swipe their card to reach their floor. The doors closed too quickly and my friend who had to step out to let passengers off missed getting back on.

This place was a great place to stay. Clean and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here a 100x’s over. The only issue we had was the bedding was damp but when we realized it , it was late at night when we got back into the room. I am sure they would’ve fixed it had we said something to them. It really was a nice place to stay. We will be back.

PROS: Room was absolutely spotless. cleaners came in daily to refresh towels and remake bed. You can book a ride in the Tesla for short trips (remember to book it when you arrive). Tennis was fun, roof top pool was amazing and screening room was more fun that i can tell you. Food great, service great.CONS: the pool had 2 loungers beside it (it is winter) and 2 small chairs. They could really use more as there was a lot of space and not enough chairs, even for the few people that used the indoor/outdoor pool in -20C weather! Also, the mattresses were a bit too hard and there should be more pillows on the beds (2 per bed is not enough - should be more as they were rather flat) - all in all - excellent experience and i would definitely go back again

Front desk staff were very friendly. Location and proximity to Bud Stage excellent. Rooms are spacious and updated however our bathroom was not cleaned properly and had visible blood stains behind door and on tile. I inquired for it to be cleaned and it wasn't. Also, our toilet tank made continuous gurgling/water pressure sounds which was bothersome when trying to sleep.

The view was fantastic! I loved having a separate bathtub and shower. The pool was a little cool but beautiful. I didn't like the door to the bathroom. There was no lock and a lot of light comes through the glass making it difficult to sleep. It would be better to have a solid door. Also, blackout curtains are not actually blackout as there was still a lot of light coming through the sides.

Beautiful hotel with super modern layout and aesthetics. Well located for a show at Budweiser Stage which was our reason. Direct access to the beautiful lakefront trail system in Toronto. Easy parking in underground garage. Super nice staff and great food. The room itself was kind of weird. It was freezing cold once we entered, and it was summer so heat didn’t ever really kick in until the nighttime thermostat cycle kicked in. Tiny shampoo and soap bottles smaller than any I’ve ever seen. We picked a lake view which was stunning but street noise was crazy pretty far into the night. Minor things really but surprising for a high end hotel. Overall we had a great stay.

The hotel is gorgeous. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake, the beds were so comfortable, and the bathroom was enormous. The staff were also lovely. The only issue we encountered was a weird knocking/banging sound coming from the walls in the bathroom of our room. It was constant, and made it difficult to sleep. We called the front desk close to midnight and security came to check it out. He heard the noise and said he was going to another floor to investigate, but we never heard anything more from him. We do wish that they had dealt with that better as the noise interrupted our sleep quite a bit.

Having enjoyed our stay at Hotel X in August 2024, we returned. Unfortunately this time was disappointing. Staff interactions were cold and unfriendly. Room cleaning was reluctant and not timely. Unable to get a drink poolside. Being on a lower floor, the road was loud. Room service was tasteless. Under new management, this is no longer a 5 star property

The hotel and amenities are absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. However, our stay wasn’t without issues. We had to call down for housekeeping on two out of our three days, and on one of those occasions the room still wasn’t serviced on time. In addition, a male employee entered our room without knocking while my friend was changing, which was very uncomfortable and concerning. While the property itself is lovely, these service lapses affected our overall experience.

The hotel never informed us our room was ready sat around an extra hour and a half had no place to really go as all the common areas need a reservation and the one spot we could get to outside they would allow a server to take care of us. The hotel seemed more concerned with outside customers th. The people staying there. Highly disappointed and will not be in a hurry to go back.

We arrived an hour after check in (at 5pm) and our room was not ready. We had to wait an additional 35 minutes to get our room. Then when we got to our room we had two queen beds vs 1 king as we had booked. Otherwise the hotel was great. We booked it for walking to concert at Budweiser Stage so that was super convenient. Gym was excellent. Dinner at Roses fab. For price paid for one night would have liked our room to be ready when arriving an hour after check in time or compensation for something in lieu of that.

Overall the property was great. The staff was fantastic and super friendly. The restaurants that were open were good and parking was easy. It's in a great location if you have an event at Enercare or participating in one of the many outdoor events (Marathons, parades, or carnivals) that start or end by this hotel. Otherwise you are better served staying somewhere you can walk in and out of the city. Traffic is a nightmare in this area!

Property / roof / staff were all Amazing - just a heads up - there are zero stores / pubs / restaurants within 20 min walk in any direction You either have to take Uber or walk 15 min to train etc No a huge deal - but for anyone with walking / getting around issues - something to consider - I forgot my toothbrush - first morning had a an hour round trip walk to nearest store

If you are going to a concert at Coca-Cola centre or Budweiser Stage you are within a 5-10 minute walk, depending on how quickly you move. Downside, located inside exhibition grounds there are not a lot of walkable restaurant options. Great place, lovely staff.

This hotel is within walking distance of the Budweiser stage. We were provided with complimentary shuttle rides to and from the YTZ airport. We also had free rides to the Eaton centre and anywhere within 5km of the hotel. All staff were super helpful, it felt just like being at a Disney resort. Our lakeside room had a gorgeous view and was so very clean.

This a fabulous hotel. Very clean and modern. Our only complaint was the city doing construction at night for two out three of our nights. I realize this was the city and not the hotel but nonetheless we didn’t sleep well. Good restaurants on site but not within walking distance to any other dining or shopping. The staff were all pleasant and eager to help. We would stay again.

We had a great time at Hotel X! The staff were amazing and we enjoyed the rooftop pool and Valerie restaurant. We were there on a Sunday and some restaurants in the hotel were closed. We saw some patrons trying to find a place to have a drink in the evening and were frustrated that there was no where to go. Ontario place is under construction and there weren’t a lot of options around the area to eat, drink or explore. The hotel is beautiful and has fun things like an Art Gallery and movie theatre in it.

We were there for the Indy car road race and traffic was horrific. The restaurants, were Medicare with the exception of Valerie's on the roof. The staff was stellar. Especially the girls at the temporary check in and a couple sort friendly and helpful guys!

The hotel, amenities & location were great, will definitely stay here again! The coffee was amazing, front desk staff were outstanding & the view was spectacular. Very clean, amazing gym facility & roof-top pool. We loved the dining options & the food everywhere was great, however the service at the restaurants was disappointing and very underwhelming. It was also a let down that there is only one single draught beer option at all of the restaurants, which was unavailable at the steakhouse for our entire 3 night stay. Other than that, a great experience!

My first time staying at Hotel X. Very impressed by the staff. I checked in on a very busy Saturday with multiple sold out events nearby. My room wasn’t ready yet, so I used the bathroom to change into my swimsuit and cover up. I was able to easily find an employee in uniform to store my luggage for me. I went up to the rooftop, the pool attendant let me in and added my guests to the lists. There were no pool loungers left, so I sat at the tables on the restaurant patio. No shade at all on the roof so keep that in mind. I received a text an hour before check-in that my room was ready. Loved the suite! So much space to enjoy and gorgeous views of the water, harbour, and CN tower cityline. We even had a private patio with a couch. Turn down service was a nice touch after returning to the room. Room service was prompt and friendly. Oh, forgot to mention valet was also prompt and efficient. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet and dark at night. Grabbed coffee on the second floor and enjoyed it on the rooftop before the pool got busy for the day. Made reservations for breakfast early that morning for 9am with no issues. Breakfast options were perfect. Packed up and checked out in 5 min. No front desk wait at all. We will definitely come back.

My son and I came to Toronto for a concert at the amphitheater. The location was incredible as it was just a 10 minute walk to the venue and only a 20 minute walk to the airport. The staff here are top notch and will and did go out of their way to help us. Food is delicious and so many other amenities to take advantage of such as sport simulator, theater,gym and a gorgeous roof top pool with an outstanding view. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
