The walls at this hotel are very thin, and the noise was a major issue. The people in the room next to me had their kids staying in a separate room, and starting around 7 a.m., the kids kept going in and out, slamming the door repeatedly, yelling, and screaming in the hallway. I called the front desk and asked them to intervene, but nothing was done. It made the stay very frustrating and not restful at all.

Tile was missing grout especially in bathroom. Room coffee machine would not work second day. And room had a color identity issue. Is it a blue green room, an orange purple room or a brown and red room. Not all these colors go together. Staff was amazing.
