The property was easy to book. We had to request clean towels during our stay since house keeping did not prove clean towels daily. The staff were professional and helpful. I booked a room with a kitchenette; however, we had to call for dish soap, cooking pots and pans and a dish sponge. Front desk keep attempting to charge my card for the room days before check-out without my permission. That was alarming.

I tried numerous rooms and all nonsmoking rooms smelled of cigarettes. The kitchenette had no fork, spoon, plate pan or anything. Well best thing about the Studio 6 was it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The worst thing was the Wifi service was always either very slow or non-existent. The 2nd worst thing was there were no extras like no pool, no food. Oh there were two vending machines. The snacks machine was nearly empty and took an $3 to get a $2 item. The soda machine would not even take my money.

Pros: Good quiet neighborhood, nice clean outdoor appearance, convenient location, affordable price. Cons: Internet not working, foot-stomping on above floor annoying, hallway carpet dark and dirty, one ice machine out of three floors will only fill the ice bucket seven ice cubes multiple times I tried to fill up, side door opening without card key.

Towels were almost rags, no shower mat, minimal supplies, kitchen but had to ask for pots, pans, etc, no breakfast, very weak coffee in room, bed was ok. After a month of hotel rentals, this one was on the bottom of our list.

Hotel was not cheap, considering that it was not great. The room served its purpose, we only needed to be there for one night. Outside doors required card key to get in, and they did not work. Anyone could have gotten in.

We checked in and our room was full of small roaches. All over the room and also in the shower. We had no choice but to stay one night. Early the next morning we checked out and told the staff about it and told them we were not going to stay out second night. Over all we only used one night and lost money because we checked out one day before our due date.

Checked in around 8:30 pm and the front desk didn’t even know if there was a room ready. He had to go check and found one. The hotel smelled like smoke even in the halls. Although it says no smoking. Even found cigarette buds in the hallway. Doors were open to other rooms that were dirty. My room was unswept or mopped. Roaches in the bathroom. Don’t even think the sheets were changed. Only stayed there a few hours and left.

Had a 2 night stay arrive late Friday night, had no towels in the room. Towels requested. Saturday morning still no towels. Didn't get towels until 6 pm Saturday after many request. Cross the hallway rooms had trash sitting there all weekend long, staff did not bother to take trash out even after coming to our room to open door. Corroded microwave, phone room didn't work and was not given a card for room, staff had to open door every time we needed to get into room. One of the times staff tried opening it 3 times and couldn't, a gentleman tried opening it with a screw driver and a card after multiple times and waiting 30+ minutes it failed. Finally, was opened by attempting with a small black box. If all these issues were communicated at check-in it would be different but, they were not other than staff would go open our room door. Of course, never said sometimes we have problems trying to get into rooms. Staff can only work with what is provided to them, facility owners should not have this facility open. Would not recommend staying here. Expedia before putting a facility on your site make sure you know what the facility actually looks like. Pictures are deceiving.

Floor hallway smelled like smoke. Bathroom and kitchen were not very clean. ROACHES found on bed. Mirror had unknown substance in it. Pink nail polish scattered throughout the room. One of the worst stays I have ever been in. Never again.

The elevator smelled of urine. The hallway also had a weird smell. The room itself wasn't cleaned well. Food and dirt residue was on the table and on counter tops. The towels were extremely cheap and worn. The towels left white fuzz all over me. I had to take another shower to get it all off. The bed was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Checked in, went to room on the 3rd floor, opened the door and turned on lights, and then spotted the roaches. German cockroaches. I saw three just on the walls. Walked out of the room and immediately checked out. My friend was halfway down the hallway in another room, and she had several roaches in her room as well. Gross.

Staff was friendly but the room was very badly maintained. Hair dryer not working, no remote for TV, stove top not working and the electrical one they provided in the room was very dirty and old. No basic handsoap in restroom and only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people. Towels were very cheap, thin and worn. Shower had Sheetrock coming off of it.

There was apparently an electrical issue right before we arrived. The whole building's air conditioning wasnt working. Due to the humidity, the locks stopped working on the doors. Our room the first night did not lock at all. They did move us to another room the next day, but that room was so humid the mirrors were fogged. It was rather miserable to try to sleep while soaked in sweat and condensation.

When we checked in the room was not ready. The bed was being made but there was no blanket on there. We had to ask twice for a blanket. The ac in the room didn’t work right. We had the temp set to the lowest setting but it didn’t work right. The room cool but only if you slept in your under garments. The was dust everywhere and most of the things in the room were broken. Stove top missing a knob. Stop of stove cracked. Alarm clock didn’t work. There were absolutely nothing in the room to even use the stove. When we booked it said room was equipped with that stuff. Not happy with our stay at all. The staff was great though. The lady who checked us in Marion was so sweet and nice. We didn’t need the blanket after all seeing the ac never got cold enough to use it.

The stay was ok but the staff members are not very competent. I was locked out of my hotel room twice after extending my reservation and made it VERY clear to the front desk of my extension. Came back from working only to be locked out with my belongings inside because they marked me as a no show. After fighting back and forth with them, they finally let me in. I checked out the next day and went to a different hotel for the remainder of my stay. Very disgusted by the way I was treated.

When we checked into the hotel and got our room key we went to the room we were assigned and luckily the door was already propped open but there were other guests assigned to that room and we almost went inside. They were assigned to that room as well This type of situation could have ended really badly and made for a very uncomfortable, uneasy, and concerned rest of the trip for the rest of our group. The team member at the front desk was apologetic and fixed the situation quickly but it was still very uneasy walking into a hotel room thinking it was ours but other people were inside.

Cross the hallway rooms had trash sitting there all weekend long, staff did not bother to take trash out even after coming to our room to open door. Corroded microwave, phone room didn't work and was not given a card for room, staff had to open door every time we needed to get into room. One of the times staff tried opening it 3 times and couldn't, a gentleman tried opening it with a screw driver and a card after multiple times and waiting 30+ minutes it failed. Finally, was opened by attempting with a small black box. If all these issues were communicated at check-in it would be different but, they were not other than staff would go open our room door. Of course, never said sometimes we have problems trying to get into rooms. Staff can only work with what is provided to them, facility owners should not have this facility open. Would not recommend staying here. Expedia before putting a facility on your site make sure you know what the facility actually looks like. Pictures are deceiving.

The room I stayed in was quite damaged - patches on the walls and a missing cabinet door. The walls are quite thin in this hotel and I heard a lot more than I'd like. The biggest issue of all was that the front desk work made an "error" and assigned another group of guests to our room after we had already checked in. Imagine my surprise when I was on in my room and a group entered using their own key. That was completely unacceptable, not only an invasion of privacy but a HUGE safety concern. The front desk simply brushed it off and gave me a new key and was not nearly as apologetic as you'd think one would be for a mistake like that. Overall, I wouldn't suggest staying here if you value safety and cleanliness.

This is a dodgy hotel. Shady characters hanging out at night when we checked in and a police raid occured the next morning when we checked out. Well never stay here again.

Check-in was quick and friendly, and the room was very clean and nice, especially for the price. As long as I didn't leave the room, it was enjoyable. Outside the room was a little different. Several of the other people I encountered in the halls were a loud and obnoxious and I'm pretty sure one couple was homeless and wandering in and out of the property but not actually staying there (I mean, with this heat I can't blame them). Let's just say I watched my back and my vehicle the whole time I was there. I probably would not stay here again due to the area and clientele, but the room and staff were nice. I've stayed in much worse.

Pros: Good quiet neighborhood, nice clean outdoor appearance, convenient location, affordable price. Cons: Internet not working, foot-stomping on above floor annoying, hallway carpet dark and dirty, one ice machine out of three floors will only fill the ice bucket seven ice cubes multiple times I tried to fill up, side door opening without card key.

Hallway was nasty. Room appeared to be clean, but property was not maintained at all. Abandoned vehicles in parking lot, one was up on blocks. Will never stay at a Studio 6 again. You need to remove this hotel from your website. I did not feel safe.

The property was easy to book. We had to request clean towels during our stay since house keeping did not prove clean towels daily. The staff were professional and helpful. I booked a room with a kitchenette; however, we had to call for dish soap, cooking pots and pans and a dish sponge. Front desk keep attempting to charge my card for the room days before check-out without my permission. That was alarming.

I tried numerous rooms and all nonsmoking rooms smelled of cigarettes. The kitchenette had no fork, spoon, plate pan or anything. The freezer was frozen shut, the refrigerator was letting our food spoil, and the coffee maker kept messing up. We checked out early, giving them a days notice, but got no refund because I had prepaid Expedia.

Well best thing about the Studio 6 was it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The worst thing was the Wifi service was always either very slow or non-existent. The 2nd worst thing was there were no extras like no pool, no food. Oh there were two vending machines. The snacks machine was nearly empty and took an $3 to get a $2 item. The soda machine would not even take my money.

This place is a hidden gem. The front desk clerk, Brittany, was wonderful. It's clean, comfortable, and not a bank breaker. I mean, how many places can you find with a full kitchen, a bathroom that works exactly the way it's supposed to, and a comfortable bed. It even has a small eating area. And the rooms are not tiny by any means. Goodbye Marriott!
