This property felt like it had some energy. People were in the lobby and at the bar when we arrived. Front desk staff member was polite and welcoming when we checked in. Even tho the property was pretty full, our room was quiet. Beds and pillows good. One of the treadmills was broken and three people came in and tried to use it while I was in the workout room. Overall, great stay.

Room was excellent,bed was very soft along with pillows which is a plus. Room was very clean,shower was clean. My only gripe out of the whole experience is I wish the bar stayed open longer then 10PM. The overnight front desk lady was extremely nice and helpful.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the university and restaurants. However, the noise from traffic is too loud to enjoy the pool. Walls are thin and you can clearly hear your neighbors. We were disappointed that the bar closed at 10pm, but it wasn't a big deal! Overall, clean and pleasant experience.

My truck was broken into and not a single staff member informed me of the situation. I had to find out on my own. Didn’t seem like the hotel really cared at all about anyone’s vehicles that were broken into.

This is probably the worst visit of a Hilton hotel I've had. We were checking in at 8:30p due to a long drive. The in house bar was closing early due to "no customers". A Hotel with a BAR was the point of me picking this hotel!! The room didn't have "Regular" coffee, decaf only. WTH is DECAF doing in a room! Ridiculous! The only way to get a cup of "Regular" coffee was from the breakfast bar... $12.00/per person. We were on the 3rd floor... elevator was Out of Order. What a JOKE! Our society has 24hr services, monthly contracts, Critical tickets... coming out to fix an elevator in a HOTEL seems a rather simple process. When I asked the front desk rep about these 2 incidents, he replied very calmly... yes, the elevator is still out of order, and we ran out of "Regular" coffee for the rooms-- all we have is decaf. How terrible. This hotel is a horrible mark on the "Hilton" name. Do not stay here!!

Went to check in at prescribed time and room was not ready. 45 minutes later I went to check in and received a room. Opened the door and all I could smell was cigarettes. This was very disturbing because I had reserved a non smoking room. I then went back to front desk and received another room that was absolutely disgusting. There was a dirty q tip in the bathroom as well as nastiness on soap pump at bathroom sink. A booger was found on bathroom sink. There was no where to put our clothes like a dresser or something. For the $392.00 I spent for 2 days I. This room I could have stayed at a motel 6 and had a cleaner room. I am absolutely dissatisfied with this hotel and the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail of the cleaning services. The bathroom door didn’t even close all the way. Additionally, for the kind of money that I spent for a two day stay, I would at least have expected a complimentary breakfast. This place was disgusting and I will not be staying there again.

Everything was clean except the bathtub. The front desk offered to take care of it but I chose to use my own cleaning stuff and did it myself. There was also trash and something that spilled under the refrigerator.

My husband and I were traveling with our two dogs for a dog competition and chose to stay here. We stayed in the one-bedroom suite so that the dogs would have plenty of room. The suite was huge! It felt like having our own apartment rather than a hotel room. It even had an extra half-bath and a jacuzzi tub in the full bath. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the breakfast. The breakfast that they provide is fine, but at $12/person, it isn't any better than the continental breakfast that is included at no additional charge at places like La Quinta and Best Western.

People were pleasant. The room only came with two bath towels and did not have a floor towel which I thought was odd. Also, the bedding is not cotton so I ran very hot even with the ac set to 63. Hubby woke up sore from the mattress.

The beds were way too stiff. We were put in a handicap room, so that may have something to do with it. The shower had no curtains because of the handicap access needs. No ventilation in the bathroom. Worst sleep I had all week. Staff dresses in everyday street cloths and spends alot of time on cellphones. They were helpful when you got their attention though. Nobody was rude. One more thing, there was nowhere to hand a bath towel, that was anoying.

Staff is outstanding. Both the gentleman from Texas State who checked us in late (1:30 am) to the gentleman who checked us out in morning to cleaning to waitress who waited on us for breakfast - all top notch and friendly; room clean and cold (like we like it). Always a great stay! Thanks!

Upon arriving at the hotel at approximately 4:00pm to check in, they were unable to provide me a room key because the manager had left and locked the keys in safe. After waiting for over 2 hours, I was finally able to check in around 6:00 pm. I attempted to check in using the digital key access, but again they were unable to accommodate because the manager was not able to approve. Once the manager finally arrived, they began to provide excuses for why he left and locked the room keys in the safe because he is the only one working. Please provide some customer service training to the staff. A paying customer does not need an excuse for why a mistake was made, not to mention the girl at the front desk was able to even suggest using the keyless entry by downloading the app. Just inefficient and unprofessional experience.

My reservation was wrong and had to be corrected. The Wifi in the lobby is terrible and resulted in taking me about 30 min at 10:30 at night to address it. The girl at the front desk was rude and unaccommodating. This is actually the second time I’ve stayed there and interacted with her. The room size I needed (2 queens) was unavailable even though I had to pay for an increased rate for making a date change and the new reservation reflected a double room. Very disappointing.

For the great price and location to TSU, it’s the best hotel in the area.. Lobby is super nice and has a restaurant/bar. The rooms and property were clean, and they even text you to make sure everything is up to your standards. Will be the only place I stay when visiting my son at school.

The hotel claims to have a restaurant, it was a disgrace, 5 items to choose from and all overpriced. The food was terrible and deep fried greasy rubbish. The breakfast buffet was very limited, worse I have ever had. Upon check out no request for feedback on the stay.

This is a good, clean property. The staff was great. Not sure why some Hilton properties charge for breakfast, but this one does. It’s $12 for the buffet, and it’s nothing fancy. We went elsewhere for breakfast. The bed was not personally to my liking, and the pillows were FLAT. These two things are the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise, it is a 5 star property.

Everything was great, only thing I did not like was that breakfast was not complimentary. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where they charge for the food. Also it was not advertised anywhere that you had purchase the breakfast.
