We chose to stay at this location for the amenities. So keep that in mind on this review. Going on a Tuesday / Wednesday night was NOT ideal. Not only is the resaturant closed and no real services provided but then when it did finally open for just a few hours on Wednesday from 1-8pm, I was about turned away at 730pm so they can close the kitchen. With all the info they passed out, there was nothing to mention the kitchen closed 30 mins before closing. When you choose a place for its restaurants, ambiance of the outdoor pool bar and to find it closed upon arrival then to be turned away when they were still open was very off putting and doesn't make us want to go back. We stayed in the Chalet and although it was lovely, it is VERY tight on space. The fire pit was a nice touch and the large pool and music was nice, still bummed me out on their very early hours and poor service. READ the fine print to avoid any surprises..

Can’t wait to return! Such a cute cabin and so very clean. Front desk girl was such a sweetheart, she made us feel very welcome. Nice having the little market too. Everything was great!!!!!

My husband and I are so grateful we stopped here on our way to north Cali. We stayed in one of their Casa’s and everything was so well kept and well thought out. Minor issue with the a/c making a weird noise but that wasn’t a problem for us. Loved the pools, hot tub, and playing mini golf. I would stay here again. Super family friendly and just a special place all around!

The property is really lovely and has a lot of potential, but many things were not working while we were there. The restaurant was not actually serving food, one of the main hot tubs was not working and the dog parks were not stocked with poop bags so there were lots of land mines!

The lights on the AC unit were so bright that we had a fitful night's sleep. We tried to cover them but that did not help. There was no closet (and that should have been disclosed), and that made managing our clothes a real problem. I would have never booked a place with no closet. The toilet had some residual poop stuck on the side of the bowl. The coffee pot pour spout was misaligned but we were able to make it work. The coffee pack was torn open, so we had to get it replaced. For the right situation, the chalet would be fine.

Did not realize this was predominantly an RV site. We stayed in a nice private chalet. However the amount bugs around our unit made it a bit difficult to enjoy the indoor outdoor setting. If you’re looking for that kind of retreat, this is a fantastic setup.

Went up to participate A bicycle club bike ride. I picked the location because it seemed to be the closest to where the ride was going to originate. Very pleased with accommodations, the only negative thing I have to say is that the Wi-Fi router was not working and after having personnel come and investigate, they determined it was faulty, but we’re unable to replace it. They did not offer any compensation, which I thought was a bad management decision. Other than that, it was a very nice weekend

It was a very cold night, 37F, and it was late at night when we arrived. The 24hr staff was very nice, but it did take a while for the maintenance to come out and see why the heating option was not working. Otherwise, I loved this place and will be back!

Overall it’s a pleasant atmosphere, seemingly great for families, nice facilities, and comes with some nature. However there were quite a few unexpected twists… First off: This is an RV park and was not advertised as such. We thought it was a resort. Second: The staff was very pleasant and well meaning but clearly had overbearing management as there were bizarre rules in place… They required wristbands for purchases and did not accept cash or credit cards which I question the legality of. It was also poor business as we were not going to wear wrist bands while wine tasting and upon return were unable to purchase such basic items as water and passed on quite a few purchases as we didn’t bother to fetch our wristbands. This cheapened the stay and was quite an annoyance. Third: there was no housekeeping, they did not make beds, empty trash, provide towels, etc. Also, there wasn’t any lotion or normal hotel amenities. It’s basically glamping and should be advertised as such. If you’re an RVer I think it would be great but we are not.

We chose to stay at this location for the amenities. So keep that in mind on this review. Going on a Tuesday / Wednesday night was NOT ideal. Not only is the resaturant closed and no real services provided but then when it did finally open for just a few hours on Wednesday from 1-8pm, I was about turned away at 730pm so they can close the kitchen. With all the info they passed out, there was nothing to mention the kitchen closed 30 mins before closing. Overall it’s a pleasant atmosphere, seemingly great for families, nice facilities, and comes with some nature. However there were quite a few unexpected twists… First off: This is an RV park and was not advertised as such. We thought it was a resort. Second: The staff was very pleasant and well meaning but clearly had overbearing management as there were bizarre rules in place… They required wristbands for purchases and did not accept cash or credit cards which I question the legality of. It was also poor business as we were not going to wear wrist bands while wine tasting and upon return were unable to purchase such basic items as water and passed on quite a few purchases as we didn’t bother to fetch our wristbands. This cheapened the stay and was quite an annoyance. Third: there was no housekeeping, they did not make beds, empty trash, provide towels, etc. Also, there wasn’t any lotion or normal hotel amenities. It’s basically glamping and should be advertised as such. If you’re an RVer I think it would be great but we are not.

Can’t wait to return! Such a cute cabin and so very clean. Front desk girl was such a sweetheart, she made us feel very welcome. Nice having the little market too. Everything was great!!!!!

The property is really lovely and has a lot of potential, but many things were not working while we were there. The restaurant was not actually serving food, one of the main hot tubs was not working and the dog parks were not stocked with poop bags so there were lots of land mines!
