The property was very nice. The amenities are fantastic. Free breakfast, supper, soda, and 3 free alcoholic beverages- wine, beer, and mixed drinks. Indoor/outdoor pool with a hot tub. Everything was clean - and I am a stickler for that. I was on the back side of the hotel and it was quiet. There were dogs in the hotel but I never heard them. The a/c cooled down the room well and stayed comfortable. I only wish they had hotels in more places. This is a great value.

This was a very nice hotel. When you walk in the door, there is a little restaurant a bar right there and it’s very nice and it seems like a good place to hang out. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

This Drury hotel in Columbia was fantastic. I am amazed that they are able to provide a morning breakfast buffet, as well as a dinner buffet style in the evening all included in a VERY reasonable rate. Their indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for when it rained a bit during g our stay. We were still able to swim. The hot tub was spacious. My husband enjoyed the weight room. We didn’t mind the pets as they were all well mannered (dogs/pet friendly hotel). It was very clean and the lobby was perfect for me to teach an online class in peace and quiet. We stayed 3 nights and had room cleaning service to straighten up and replenish towels. Bobbie Jean and Cassidy were very helpful at the front desk…very friendly and knowledgeable. Mehrette was part of their cleaning service and kept the restrooms clean and pool towels filled. She was exceptionally kind. I was able to get an extra blanket from the front desk without any problems (it was late in the evening). There is a market right next door for odds and ends as needed. No problems with the community surrounding either. Close to many businesses/food/stores. I highly recommend this hotel for the cleanliness, good rates, food availability, and amenities.

We've stayed at Drury Hotels in other locations and have always had great experiences -- this one is no exception. Staff is always super helpful, friendly, and professional, and the rooms well-appointed, spacious and comfortable. The only complaint here was that the shelves in the nightstands and closet were coated with dust, and consequently, so were the clothing items put there. Because of late nights, we didn't get to enjoy either happy hour or breakfast, but look forward to trying them on our next visit.

This was a good place to stay on my vacation journey out west. My only complaint was that I was NOT able to control the room temperature to my liking. I sleep better with cooler temps but the room temp would never decrease to my liking. This seems to be a common problem with many hotels. I'm paying good money for the room so I should be able to make it comfortable for me. Other than that, it was a good stay. It was clean and the staff was friendly and the amenities were nice!

Overall it was a nice stay. However, our room was on the 2nd floor and it had glaring LED lights shining directly into the room and it was a great view of the roof, RTUs, etreme panel of LED lights, and the neighboring hotel ... I guess somebody has to get these rooms. But it seems very common with any room I book through Expedia.

Very well maintained property, great staff and nice breakfast. Only area of complaint was the noise late into the night from trucks traveling down I70 which is in close proximity to the front of the hotel. If you book, ask for a room in the back side of the hotel.

We love this Drury. This was the first time I wished we had gotten a different room. In the future, I will ask for a room that isn't facing the highway. The traffic noise was just too loud. Other than that, the room was comfortable, the complimentary meals and drinks were good and very appreciated, and the people who work here are great.

Stay was generally very nice! However we were not able to use most of our room's amenities (TV, phone, microwave, mini fridge, power outlets) in the morning due to a power outage. We were denied any kind of prorate or voucher, and were still charged full price - this was the only negative aspect. They also did not notify guests of the power outage, and at one point the power flickered while I was using an elevator, and the elevator temporarily stalled.

I requested a late check out & the best they could do was let us stay til 1.. we left to grab lunch and quickly change in the lobby bathroom and get ready for the wedding. Upon getting ready in the bathroom, I was treated rudely by a manager and staff member for getting ready . I explained to her we requested a late check out and we’re in town for a wedding. The whole point of staying at this hotel. She seemed annoyed and allowed us to stay , but told us not to be too long. No one was in the bathroom at this time. One lady did use the bathroom while I was in there and was very kind and told me to have a good time at the wedding. We just checked out an hour prior and was rude. My daughter was embarrassed and left the bathroom immediately & got ready in the car . We were not bothering anyone and no one was in the area. We left the room clean and were quiet guests. We had to complain to the front desk the night we stayed because of the noise levels in our hallway. We stayed at another hotel chain this weekend and had no issues and were treated with kindness.

I travel at least a few times a month and have for years, so it says a lot when I say this was the best check-in staff ever. It was 6:55 and the amazing worker said, “Hurry, the bar closes at 7 and you don’t want to miss your free drinks and dinner buffet! I’ll bring the paperwork and your card to you, go!” And I seriously had the best surprise dinner and margaritas ever. That’s service!

Great stay. We flew in early for a wedding and the manager checked us in. He was super friendly. Got us right into our room even though check in time was 3pm and we showed up at 11am! Hotel had tons of perks like free drinks, free food at night, free breakfast, etc. The staff was very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Love staying here! Its our first choice when in Columbia for sports events. The staff is professional and friendly, the breakfast plentiful, and the free evening snacks are a great light meal. The rooms are always comfy and clean, and the beds great. Conveniently located off I-70, its also on the free game day shuttle route -- one of the city's best kept secret! Stay here and skip the hassle of driving and parking at the stadium!

Everything about our stay was excellent. Our only request would be to offer more food options for those with allergies. One member of our family has a severe gluten allergy and the only option available was yogurt. Most other hotels we’ve stayed at also tend to have fresh fruit and some have even offered gluten free bread.

We absolutely love it here! Free dinner and three drink tickets per adult make it easy to relax and unwind after a busy day. Gloria, the head chef, takes the time to personally welcome guests and make them feel at home. We travel often for our kids’ sports, and I can honestly say this place stands out. The staff is exceptional, the atmosphere is beautiful, and the property is always being thoughtfully updated.

Very clean, check in staff was great, the people working the eating area were a little bit to be desired. The night gal had no beer and only dark on hand, she acted like she was doing you a favor. The morning gal was no where to be found, no bagels with 45 minutes left and couldn't find her to ask. I realize this is free, but I'm also paying for it in my room rate.
