We traveled to Oklahoma City once a year and love staying at this location because of the dog friendliness, proximity to events, and how clean the hotel is and friendly and helpful the staff is. Very appreciative that they have a dog park area for us to let the dogs run and have their own little backyard while we travel.

Very nice property. Located in trendy neighborhood, walking distance to good restaurants as well as the National Memorial which was very sobering especially at night. Close to state capitol. Free laundry was a bonus. Charge for parking but all the area hotels do the same. Staff were excellent.

Spacious clean room. Super breakfast. Located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, baseball field. Nice gym and pool. No social time as mentioned. No lounge. Paid parking which I’ve never encountered with a lot that was like every other lot in every other hotel and have never paid for! Wouldn’t be my first choice next trip.

Pool was closed and after a long road trip the kids just wanted to be in the pool. If I had known the pool was out of order we would have booked somewhere else. The shower didn’t drain and someone could slip easily because of that. The toilet kept making noises during the night.

2nd time staying here because it's THAT good. This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Super clean hotel, smells amazing, squeaky clean rooms that are super spacious. I have stayed in both a king suite and 2 double bed suite and both were really nice. I'm an IHG member, so I got free late checkout and wifi. Free laundry facilities and free delicious breakfast buffet. I was impressed with how expansive the breakfast was--omelettes, sausage, waffles... Feels like a luxury studio apartment. Price was extremely reasonable for what you get. I did have to pay for parking, but knowing the parking is monitored is worth it. Ended up staying 2 nights on our last visit as we were exhausted driving cross country and it was SO comfortable and relaxing, that it called for a layover. Parking lot is really safe anytime of day, the area is nice. I initially stayed here solo and felt at ease. My last stay I was checked in by Zoee who is so sweet and incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions and was extremely welcoming. I love the staff here, they are very friendly. If you are staying in, or passing through OKC, stay here!!!

Property was very nice, clean, and the staff did a great job. But….it was 102 degrees outside all weekend and they had inexplicably CLOSED their pool already?? Central OK does not get cold until later in November?? Crazy! Was VERY disappointed that I was unable to fully enjoy the facility like I should have been able to.

It was a great hotel. It is not the brand new but a clean and staff was very friendly. The pillows in the room were very comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean The breakfast was a very good, has a many variety, fresh fruit like a strawberry, grape, bananas, apple, preserved peach. Fresh waffle, different kinds of sauce for waffle,mini Nutella and more. My kids like it!

I booked a suite with a bedroom and living room for me and my two grown daughters. I took the sofa which was very comfortable and having the kitchen came in very handy. The hotel had wonderful staff and a great breakfast.The location was so easy to get to and to enjoy all that Bricktown has to offer. I would recommend to anyone.

Nice clean hotel with on-site parking! Rare in this area! Have never stayed in a Staybridge Suites before. Rooms are spacious with a cute kitchenette and apartment sized refrigerator! Bed is comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, but in a very noisy place next to highway and train tracks. Fitness is good(for hotel standards), breakfast does its job. Rooms a large, well maintained and clean. Staff was very friendly. Only issues was the noice from highway just outside and the thin walls in the hotel. With earplugs it was a great stay

The property was very clean and the staff was exceptionally kind, however our AC was extremely loud and did not cool the room whatsoever. I’m sorry to admit but of all the hotels we stayed in our move, my wife and I could not sleep due to this issue and quite honestly made for terrible experience especially when we had to drive 9 hours the next day. I want to highlight that the reception workers were amazing but due to the terrible experience we had with our room I don’t know if we could ever stay at this company again.

Unfortunately walked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, but the staff was very apologetic and upgraded us to a nicer room. Everyone was courteous and the room was clean and vey comfortable. Breakfast was great. Really likes the yogurt and fruit as an option.

This property was amazing and I have stayed in some expensive hotels. This property gets a 10/10 for everything. The room/hotel was so clean, the bed was the. OST comfortable bed I have ever slept on. They also had a 4th of July dinner for everyone. I will 100% be back here again over any Hilton anytime. Oh and not to mention we came in from Houston a little early and they had a room available. I mean just great customer service all around. Keep doing what y’all are doing because yall are doing great service to your guests.

Hotel itself was good. It was clean and very accessible (walking distance) to the Bricktown area. Breakfast was great. The only problem we encountered was on Saturday. We had two nights reserved but ended up having to leave early so we checked out on Saturday afternoon. My husband asked since we had already paid for our night if he could have a free water to take on the road. The staff acted like he was asking for a kidney. They would not think about it and told him he could buy it. They were very rude about the whole situation. Maybe he was unreasonable asking for it, but it shouldn’t have been such an inconvenience and hassle to them to give it to him seeing that we had already paid for the night that we weren’t staying for. Especially since most hotel give you water for free.

We called early if we could check in at 2pm verse standard check in at 3, they stayed no, but at 3, room would be ready. We arrive and they say sorry your room still is not ready at 3:45pm. Staff member stated they would come get us in waiting room, after 30min. I see housekeeping leaving for their shift. I ask the front desk if my room is now ready, they act surprised and say yes of course! I was annoyed they didn’t acknowledge their mistakes.

We stayed 2 nights in 4 rooms for 1500$ or so. We needed to extend our stay. Since I booked direct with hotels.com, the 12 year looking clerk would not help me. I explained 3 times, 3 ways that I under stood but wanted to book direct with her thru hotel. She told me they would not do it. I justed wanted to keep our stuff in room, pay right then & extend for 2 more nights. Still she would not help. So guess what. We packed up & moved to another hotel would like our $1500.00. I will not be staying there again. Poor customer service. I have done this many time but never have I been rejected, so we took our money & moved around corner. Not to worry! We have staff staying in OKC at least 2-4 people a week at a time year round. I'm going to be sure I send email mail to our employees to avoid this poor customer service hotel. Unhappy customer!

Great stay! Check in was quick and front desk was accommodating by giving me two rooms next to each other. Breakfast was great and area was kept clean at all times. Location was great and located near Bricktown. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

We had a great weekend stay at Staybridge Suites Bricktown! The hotel appears new and was extremely clean. The setup with the kitchen and couch made the room feel quite large. The price of parking was far cheaper than other hotels we considered in Bricktown. There is a gas station right across the street we walked to for snacks and drinks. You can easily walk to bars and restaurants in the area. This was our first trip to Oklahoma City as we were in town for a concert at Paycom Center. We were blown away with how clean, safe, and walkable this area of the city was. We will definitely return and would stay at this hotel again!

Hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, and free breakfast was nice. Future guests should be aware (not the fault of Staybridge) is that there was no crosswalk or a fully paved sidewalk for walking the northwest route toward The Criterion venue.

Close to Bricktown. You can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or uber to Bricktown. It is down the street. However, far enough away that you are not downtown or too close to the noise. A convenient store is across from the parking lot. Basspro shop is a couple of blocks up the street. Great stay!

Perfect location to stay if you’re visiting for a Thunder game if you are healthy enough to walk. It only took us 15 minutes to get to the arena.

Absolute wonderful place to stay, highly recommend. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Free breakfast was a bonus, as well they have a reception M-Thursday free alcohol and snacks. Rooms are spacious and we really enjoyed the outdoor pool every afternoon as it’s very hot there In the summer months.

The staff were very nice but there was one morning many of the breakfast items & drinks were empty. There was at least 30-40 more minutes of breakfast time and the kitchen staff were in their area laughing and having a great time and tables were not wiped off. My husband asked them for eggs and about 8-10min later they brought him his own plate and then shortly after refilled the serving dish for everyone else. Also, we used expedia to book and they include the fees in their price. Upon check in we were told it was another $12 a day for parking. My husband and i felt taken advantage of by the hotel. This wasn't prior knowledge and was deceptive to appear to offer a lower room price but charge more at check in under the guise of parking.

OH my what a wonderful breakfast hot fresh and everyone was so friendly!! Especially at 730 am, so many great things to say made my first stay and trip to OKC breeze!
