Our arrival started with a bit of an unexpected situation at the check-in desk. We hit a tech snag with your system, which unfortunately meant waiting for a good two hours after a long day of travel. It was a bit of a drag, to be honest, but your staff were absolute pros, keeping their cool and doing their best to manage the situation gracefully, which we really appreciated. Once we finally settled into our room, we discovered our in-room phone wasn't working. This meant our simple requests for extra towels or quick questions turned into mini-expeditions down to the front desk. It certainly added a few extra steps to our day and, more importantly, it got us thinking about how we'd reach out quickly if a more pressing matter or emergency came up. Having a functioning phone really helps with that peace of mind! I emailed a staff member, who never replied back.
