Very nice clean hotel the only problem was valet scratched the side of my car up when they moved it I had a problem but the hotel is not responsible for valet they are third party the manager of the hotel did accommodate me for that

Perfect spot to attend a Chicago Sky game. Didnt love that the pool was very cloudy and too much chlorine.

Tried to go in the pool twice. Undersized and filled with like 40 kids. Hotel itself was fine and staff friendly and helpful

For 3 hotels in one building that pool is extremely too small. Each hotel should have their own pool. As we could not enjoy it during our stay due to the fact there was an over amount of children in the area. Over 20 kids in one group.

Like that it connects to the McCormick Place and has laundry.

We enjoyed our time in Chicago at Home2Suites. The room was great. We loved the kitchen and the size of the room. The laundry was great, the gym was nice, and the free breakfast was so nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Nice hotel! The food choices were limited. The food in the hotel restaurants was just ok...but it definitely was not worth the price! The cost of parking is ridiculous at $59/day!

Loved the convenience of this property and how easy it was to get to neighboring attractions.The valet parking is a little overpriced, the breakfast was mediocre and some of the extended stay guests were pretty sketchy. The valet service is very convenient, though and they always retrieved the car very quickly!

This was my first visit to America. As Chicago is an urban area, I was worried about the safety. But area around the hotel was quiet and safe. You can use UBER to go to downtown. This time, I attended the international conference at Maccormick place. The westward of the building was connected to the hotel through skywalk and it was very convenient especially when it pours. Breakfast was also good. Thank you.

Room was very clean and huge! Front desk staff was very helpful.

**Rating: 2/5** I recently stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton Chicago McCormick Place and was disappointed with the experience. Check-in was excessively long, which set a frustrating tone for the stay. The breakfast options were very limited, not what I'd expect from a Hilton property. Additionally, the room was less than impressive— the carpet was very stained, and overall, the cleanliness was questionable. This hotel did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Liked all aspects, of this large room queen suite except... The stained carpet. There were 3 large stains on the rug and many small dots by the desk. It was disappointing. I covered them up with furniture pieces so I didn't see them. Please clean them up for next guests.

There were rose petals on the bathroom floor from the previous guest when we arrived, and a sock under a table. Made us wonder what other places weren’t cleaned well.

The room had a strong pet (dog) odor. TV and the bathroom exhaust was not working. Room is much smaller in size to accommodate 4 people. Also compared to other Hilton home 2 properties, the room felt very congested and couldn’t move around freely. Overall I was not pleased with the property.

Room was OK, but carper was extremely stained in the room- did not give an overall sense of cleanliness.

Location was perfect for a Soldier Field concert. Some staff waa friendly, some were uninterested. Found the room to be okay. Main issue for me was i didnt find the bed to be comfortable. Also, we asked housekeeping to make up the sleeper sofa into a bed. When we arrived back to the room at midnight it hadnt been done. If you dont offer that as a service, fine. But dont say you will do it on the phone but then not actually do it?!

Love the ability of having a suite for the same price as a regular room at other hotels. The room was perfect, very spacious and clean. Having a fridge makes life for a pumping mom so much easier! The breakfast was also one of the best free hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

The staff went above and beyond, the car was always ready when we needed it and our room was HUGE!

Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well equipped.

Bed and pillows were old and uncomfortable. TV had horrible reception. Wasn't worth the very large price tag.

We enjoyed our time in Chicago at Home2Suites. The room was great. We loved the kitchen and the size of the room. The laundry was great, the gym was nice, and the free breakfast was so nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Staff was friendly and had excellent people skills!! Room was clean- was a little surprised thought it would be a tad bigger and actually have a door to the the bed side rather then a curtain but overall a nice hotel! Would rent again! Loved that our event at Wintrust Arena was directly across the street:-)

Constant call for maintenance and repair in the room. The room has no hot water and it’s very inappropriate having a room right under a rooftop bar; the noise caused us a headache.

This property is close to McCormick Place, and is even connected by an enclosed bridge, so great for attending Conventions there. My one disappointment this time was that my reservation at Home 2 Suites was NOT HONORED, and I was placed instead in the Hampton (NO kitchen or included breakfast).

Property was nice and check in moved fairly quickly, given the busy rime frame.

I booked the Home2Suites for the Chicago marathon on Sunday. When I checked in, the clerk took like 45 minutes to figure out my room then told me they didn't have a room at the Home2Suites but would put me in the Hilton Garden Inn. He informed me I could go up to 22 floor for breakfast but when we went up, that property didn't include breakfast for free like my original booking. They failed to inform me of that. After the marathon, I was exhausted and just wanted to shower and relax and my keys didn't work! Then when I asked about it at the front they asked for my I.D which I didn't have. I had to wait another 40 minutes before I got escorted up by security! When I checked out Monday, I had an additional fee of $477 on my credit card that they never communicated to me about. Not anything I charged to the room, just them trying to cover the costs they failed to mention when I initially checked in Friday! If you are goiing for the marathon and want to stay at this property, just be warned they seem to have no problem giving away your booking, randomly locking you out of your room, failing to give the breakfast you are supposed to get with your booking and have no problem charging a difference in fees after you have left their property! To me, they lack basic respect for their customers who are depending on having the room they booked with breakfast actually available when they arrive their tired from a long flight & marathon.

Quick stay. Check-in was a bit slow but the staff was nice and the place was clean.

The room was good. Breakfast was good. The service wasn't. On the second day of our stay, we asked for housekeeping after 1:30 pm after we went out. When we came back around 5 pm, housekeeping wasn't done. Then, we asked for towels. They were not delivered for an hour. So, we called the front desk again, and it took them another hour to give us the towels. A person sent me a TEXT asking how it was going with our stay and stated that I could TEXT back with any questions. My questions and requests were never answered.

Loved the stay at the hotel! It was within walking distance to soldier field, which was where my time was being spent in Chicago. Also the hotel breakfast was amazing, with so many different selections.

We stayed here because we were in walking distance to Soldier field. It was a very spacious room and up to date in appearance. Every day staff stopped by to see what we needed which was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the “Fatpour” pub right next door. There is a Starbucks right near the hotel as well although we didn’t use that. There are not a lot of other things around there. You do have to walk a fair distance to get into the hub of shops and restaurants. But there are neat places to walk and see the great architecture and houses in Chicago. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was perfect for a Chicago family trip. It was very nice, clean, and valet parking was great. There's a small grocery store across the street and bus stops nearby, which made transit via bus quite easy - we went to the museum campus and Chinatown without needing our car. I will absolutely use this hotel again when we come back.

It is right across the street from Wintrust arena, which is where university graduation takes place. Very convenient.

The room was amazing! I loved that it was super clean and didn't have any bad odors. We stayed for 3 nights, and it was nice knowing that we had a buffet style breakfast ready every morning. Bao from the breakfast buffet was so sweet and made us feel like family. She is the main reason I'll be coming back to stay at Home2 suites Chicago.

This triple-branded Hilton property is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to Wintrust Arena and Mccormick Place. Every employee I engineered during my stay was warn and friendly. My room was spacious and have a kitchenette equipped with dishes and flatware for 6, a sink, microwave, and full-sized fridge/freezer. My only reasons for giving it 4 stars instead of five were that the free breakfast was not that good, and while i had lots of water for in my shower, there was little pressure. It was like standing under a watering can. However, I had plenty of hot water. There's a Starbuck's in the lobby. The rooftop restaurant (Vu) has great views of the city and the restaurant on the corner (Fatpour) serves up delicious pub food with a nice selection of beers on tap. This hotel was a good value and I was more than satisfied with my stay. I would stay here again when attending a trade show at Mccormick Place.

Excellent amenities: pool, fitness room. Our room had a nice view, great kitchen, comfortable bed. The negatives were the breakfast: it earned a D. Desk staff were not helpful nor knowledgeable.

I gave this a 4 instead of 5, because the continental breakfast was a disappointment. The bananas were old. There were no open-faced breakfast sandwiches. It wasn't what I expected and maybe the 2nd worst hotel continental breakfast I've ever had.
